Great food at the D Grill, hotel staff were kind and helpful, overall good experience.

The wind was whistling from the seal around the air conditioner so loud the first night i couldnt hear my son talking to me. Hotel maintainence came up to the room and said there was nothing he could do about it. We wrapped a damp towel around the unit and that stopped the wind by 90%.

I enjoyed my stay my room deposit was put back on my card within 30 minutes after check out

The D is always good. Very efficient check in and check out. Decent food. A little smoky though. Especially near the front desk area.

Totally awesome Will be there again next year Thank you D

Pool closed. Staff watched us walk to pool without telling us it was closed before we got there.

All staff helpful and efficient. I only wish the pool had been open when I stayed.

Would be nice to know the pool was going to be inoperable before we move booked

The first 2 out of 3 days Never cleaned our room unltil we had to call house keeping for clean towels! Their policy is if you have a “don’t disturb sign” on your door At 7:00a.m they will not clean your room! Had to pay for resort fees. Never told us the pool was being renovated! Should not have had to pay for any resort fees. Still charged us for it. Never got my rewards play! Never offered us compensation until we asked for it after checking out! Wasn’t much of anything, just trying to pacify us.

Had a nice view of downtown. Of course when you walk through the casino it’s basically like laying in an ashtray. If you don’t mind smoking it won’t bother you, if you aren’t used to it you’ll get a small headache but it’ll go away. The room was nice. Bed is comfy but the pillows get flat in 10 secs. Carpet is U-G-L-Y. Shower is a half shower..... it’s a shower but there’s only half a door. So put towels on the floor when showering. The staff is wonderful! Upon arrival they didn’t have the room we paid for and gave us another, the next morning I went down and asked to be switched to the room we paid for because we really didn’t need two beds. Plus the double beds are in between a size of full and queen. Idk it’s weird. But anywho we were given our new room with KING size bed in it. Like I said great bed but pillows not so good. Overall stay was ok. I liked that even though Downtown is literally right there and the music and everything is right there, you couldn’t hear really hear it. I was drunk and did play music but OVERALL you couldn’t hear it. I would stay there again because of the STAFF. I lost a jacket there and they kept it in lost and found until I was sober enough to get it. So thank you.

We enjoyed this hotel. Right in the heart of Fremont street. You’ll see some negative reviews by others about the loud music all night, it’s vegas people... the city never sleeps. Nice area. Nice amenities. Low minimums in casino. Easy to get around :)

Our window rattled all night from the wind so loud it kept us up, the building engineers came up and looked at it and they said the seal was completely dry rotted out. The front desk told us they would give us ear plugs and didnt have another room for us. The next morning we went down to speak face to face with them and they finally got us into another room the next night and erased the resort fee so we were ok with that. It was just handled extremely poorly by the staff, we had to pack up our stuff, leave at the front Bell Hop and then come back and get our stuff when another room became available and then take our stuff to another room. This is Vegas for God sake and we have been there many many times, always staying on the main strip so service is always at a premium but dont expect the same on Fremont, youre on your own, not even a guest shuttle, they said take the public bus.

Everything about our stay was nice. The beds were very uncomfortable. But otherwise it was fine.

This is my second visit. The hotel is updated, casino and music great. The only problem was the bartender at the bar refused me water. Off the bat he assumed I wasn't a guess. I had to show a receipt for my stay!!!@! Water really!!!! It's free...im insulted to say the least. I won't stay downtown on my next visit.

I didn’t hesitate using the hotel elevators alone. And I always felt safe in our room. Very clean and comfortable.

Check in was a joke. Made us come back later to check in even though it was well past our check in time. We were exhausted from traveling and forced to wait. Horrible.

Loved our stay here it was great. Only complaint is if a room is non smoking think the whole floor should be. Our room was nonsmoking but the room 2 doors down smelled of smoke the whole time we stayed.

This is a perfect hotel if you want to be right on Fremont street! The only thing that was a bit overwhelming was the smell of pot on the 4th floor where our room was but the room itself was great.

Had a very nice time at THE D all the staff was very friendly, The gentleman the was standing near the elevators always said hello and remembered us every time we went in and out of that area. the staff at the front desk even gave us an upgrade . Over all i would stay at THE D again

good hotel but it has alot of hidden fees and can be pricey
