Great checkin. Offers water and beverage immediately. Fantastic room but stay in the south tower. The lower north is directly next to a band on Fremont. We were awake til 2am every night. Had daily HK service which is becoming less since Covid.

This hotel was excellent. The customer service, cleanliness, and location are perfect. I loved being able to step out on Fremont to constant activity and choices of food places. The lobby and rooms were clean and well-staffed. The staff were very pleasant and dedicated to making sure our stay was perfect. The rooms were comfortable! They do need to update some things, such as putting microwaves and refrigerators in the room. Also, the TV was too small for a double bedroom. I had to request additional pillows because they were small and only three per bed. These are only suggestions and did not affect our stay as the hotel was perfect!!! For those who don't like noise, please be aware that there is a lot of activity going on outside at night (live music), so if you have issues sleeping with a little noise, you may need to bring sleeping pills or whatever works for you. It didn't bother us at all.
