I would never stays at that hotel again I am upset even at the app for not posting the true photos, filthy room. The elevators got stuck. We missed our flights terrible I hope I get a refund.

Been Vegas over 5 times and booked this new resort. After reading the reviews we was little worried. However this resort was amazing. Stayed here for 14 nights and defo made the right decision. Modern, clean, everything on site. With shops and restaurants outside. We do a lot of walking so the walk down the strip was fine for us. Only snag was no coffee machine in room, so had to go to Starbucks on site or McDonald’s 5 min walk away. Defo would book here again as we enjoyed every bit of this resort 😍

When I checked in, the front desk agent told me that no rooms were available for the reservation I made, and asked if I wanted to upgrade to a different room for an additional charge. I declined, and they gave me only facility keys without any instructions on where to get the actual room key or how long I would have to wait for a room to be ready. I wasn’t sure what to do, so I got in another line and asked a different clerk whether my room was ready. That clerk immediately said yes and gave me the key. I felt embarrassed and confused because one employee told me there were no rooms, while another gave me a key within five minutes. When I asked how the room could be ready so quickly, the answer was simply, “Yes,” in a short and dismissive tone. It felt like they were just trying to push an upgrade for extra money, which I suspect may be a common sales tactic.

This is the worst casino/hotel I’ve ever stood at staff is not helpful/nice they don’t take CASH! they was a rusted screw that my son stepped on in our room, it was dirty with old urine stains in bathroom and they did not want to clean or switch my room. Worst experience in Vegas. Lady’s and gentleman STAY AT THE WYNN/ENCORE this is not worth it. Wish I can give 0 stars 👎👎👎
