The only thing I would say is they should not charge so much for people to use the lawn chairs by the pool and make sure all the guests at the hotel have a place by the pool if they need one no matter what time of day. Otherwise, the hotel was very nice. The food was good. The staff was great.

After flying most of the day, we were looking for an early check-in and the staff was very accommodating and great to work with. Resorts World is in the middle of everything from Zoox to the mall, and from the Walgreens and Ross across the street. If you dont want to dine at the resort, Bagelmania and Pepperdines is very walkable and both are great eats.

Was like any other hotel room - other than EVERYTHING costs. No coffee maker in room. No complimentary coffee anywhere. Disappointed in that- I need coffee first thing in AM. Room was clean and decent sized. Quiet at night!

Long wait for check in after a long flight had to stay in line for over 45 minutes for someone to check us in. Then I was told that the room $100 beverage credits were going to remain open for the day after checkout, however they closed it and I lost the $100 beverage credit. I ended paying for drinks out of pocket.

Staff was the star of the show! From the front desk to the cleaning ladies I had they were super friendly and helpful. HOWEVER, my 3 big issues with staying at the resort was first of all paying for a parking pass when you’re already paying a pretty penny for the room is insane to me. Second of all, my key card will stop working if I try to add it to my wallet as a digital and it would’ve been nice to have two options especially when you’re going to be sharing the room with people. My final issue was that although the sheets and pillow cases were clean I did have some stains on the pillow cases during my last day there and it was gross, it looked like blood stains. I could tell the sheets were clean though I smell that they’ve been through a washing machine so I didn’t say anything also it was my last day so I was in too much of a rush checking out to catch my flight on time. Probably will not be staying here again just because of the paying for parking I will never think that’s ok but other than that we had a great time and made some great memories.
