The property was excellent in and of itself. Some things a bit pricey as we learned of other less expensive properties almost as nice. Seems to cater to those less practical. Especially when considering the minimum spa massage cost was over $700 for a couples basic massage.

Long wait to check in. Booking thru hotel kids you immediate access to phone check-in rooms are small but nice bathroom is extremely nice with a rain fall shower in the standard room. Hotel lobby is small with access to one other hotel. Not much sitting area.

Overall really nice property. Only issue I had was that my room had hair everywhere. The sink, shower and bed had the previous people’s hair. I didn’t want to make a big deal about it, so I just rinsed off the areas and we travel with our own pillows so it wasn’t that big of a deal. Nice property, really nice!

A beautiful, but somewhat isolated property. We like to run and found it necessary to go to a mile of undesirable territory before reaching anything that would be safe and suitable for jogging. The property itself, though it is new, clean and welcoming.

They over charge in security deposit I thought they charge 150 for security but is 150 a day in security. They close the pool at 4 don't have room service don't have tub only shower no microwave and no coffee pot what am I paying such high costs for?

We had to wait in two several hour lines to check in because of a "system upgrade". The first trip through the checkin line was only to fill out a paper form to give them our information. Then we were told that we would get a text when our room was ready. The text never came, several hours later, so we waited in line again, and were finally given keys to our room, after waiting again while "a manager looked into it". All of the staff that we talked to where as helpful as they could be, and it wasn't their fault, but rather the management of the property mishandling the situation. We arrived on a Wednesday, and each night we walked back up to our room there was a bigger and bigger line.
