If you book a room with a Strip view, prepare yourself for the exciting surprise of a regular city view instead. Apparently, the “Strip view” is subject to availability—even though they had no problem charging you extra for it. Impressive business strategy. If you decide to ask about it at the front desk, you’ll be invited to wait 1–2 hours and assured someone will call you back. They won’t, of course, but optimism is free. Try again a few hours later, and this time a manager may personally promise to move you to a “better” room sometime after 9 PM—because nothing says hospitality like spending your evening waiting to switch rooms. And if you mention that you also paid for early check-in at 1 PM, they’ll politely agree that it’s frustrating while reminding you they have no rooms available. Best of luck to you—and to Aria with this outstanding business model.

Clean, spacious room. Casino is nice, not too smoky or feel like a maze you get lost in. Check-in was good, but the problem is getting to your room. The lobby is on one side of the casino the guest elevators on the other. You’re forced to walk across the entire casino floor, it can be crowded and if you have lots of luggage that sucks. AND the to access the elevators you have to scan your card key before you even get in and sometimes there’s a long line to do that. It’s not cute.

Executive hospitality suite was great. Excellent size, panoramic view. VIP staff were nice and very gracious, but the behind the scenes service was not good. It took multiple trips to the desk to check in because they could never seem to get my room ready. Minor things in the room did not function properly and they couldn't get them all fixed. For example, it took two tries over two days to fix the refrigerator. The room itself was great. The casino is beautiful and in a great location. But it's very frustrating that during a four night stay, I have to make three trips to the desk that result in adjustments to my bill. Ultimately the problems with the room were minor and my overall trip was fine, but it could've been so much more.

The room was ok but they did not remove the garbage in the bathroom. It still had floss, q tips and tissues from the previous occupants. Then I read a card in the bathroom that if we took any of the amenities out of the room (shampoo conditioner etc)we would be charged $25 for each item!! There was also a notice on the fridge that if we used the fridge to store anything we would be charged. Really?!! At the casino, there were no waitresses around. We had to ask a maintenance person if he could find one for us and even then it took 1/2 hour. We will NEVER come back here to stay!! We were very disappointed especially being that Aria is more of a high end hotel.

I stayed at Aria 8 years ago, and it was fantastic. This trip Aria fell short… No acknowledgment of Hotels.com VIP status, no effort to give a true room upgrade, and my late check-out was denied. The worst part was that the room had a broken glass sconce above the bed that was dangerous. I had to request it be replaced 3 times over the first day and a half before the front desk replaced it. The staff lacked follow-up and foresight to recognize that the broken glass was a true liability, and never should a client have had to make such an effort to point out issues. Honestly, this hotel stay was not up to the caliber of other bookings I've made in Vegas through Hotels.com.

The staff were not helpful and the service was really lacking. The cleaning staff took one of our robes so we called down for a replacement robe and slippers and they never came. We called 2 hours later and they brought the robe but not the slippers another 1 hour later. We received an Email from the hotel prior to arriving notifying us that the hotel would be very full this weekend. There was no room at the pool to sit but the other pool area was closed. Additional pools should have been open if the hotel is at mad capacity. It felt like a bare minimum hotel.
