Long check in line. Early checkout time. Small rooms. No fridge or microwave. We stayed in 3 hotels in Vegas and would never book this one again. Parking was a pain and they charged $10 a day to park in their mile away garage. Didn't feel welcoming. For the price I would check out the Rio before booking this place.

Very disappointed. Have stayed here in the past and loved it. This time was very disappointed in everything.

It was a okay stay, because the AC was noisy when it's on.

The atmosphere is nice. Lots to do. Only complaints are that the beds are horribly hard, main pool was closed the my entire stay and not enough seating, no ironing board and when our maid cleaned our room on bed was made and one was not....didnt throw out all trash.

Not at all pleased!! Pictures that I saw, didn't look anything like the rooms.

We requested more towels from housekeeping that never came. We also asked them to clean a table that was forgotten. It never was done.

HUGE LINES TO CHECK IN. HAVE TO PAY TO PARK - NEW THING IN VEGAS TO GET MORE MONEY.

Paid extra to be in an update room but it was still pretty run down and outdated. Staff was friendly, good locación.

Hotel needs to be renovated. Felt like a very low end property.

There was no refrigerator and when we inquired we were told it was $25 per day for a refrigerator . This did create a problem not having a refrigerator for four days. I was so surprised that a hotel of that stature would not have a refrigerator or some type of cooling devise

Our flight was cancelled and we arrived the following morning. I called the 800 number for Excalibur to advise them of our situation and the person on the phone said "no problem, your room will be waiting for you when you arrive at 10am" however, when we arrived, our room was not ready and the manager said we had to pay additional money oer day for an upgraded room since we "forfeited" our room. I advised her that I called the 800 number for Excalibur and was told the room would be available. She said "the 800 number can't promise anything" so either pay an additional 15 dollars per day or wait until 3pm for our room at the rate we had booked. It's a classic bait and switch. never stay here again

My stay wasn't extremely bad however for the first two days there was a baby always crying in the hallway at all hours of the night also we heard a barking little dog all night and morning long we complained but nothing was done and we didn't get anything for inconvenience either on top of that we had joining rooms with another and it smelled like marijuana in the hallways and in the room as well sometimes I think because the joint doors or something but otherwise the rooms were decent pretty clean slightly outdated but overall comfortable stay would I book again yeah if i had no other choices to choose from . The shower head was my other complaint it was terrible we did have plenty of hot water though and I did enjoy my stay while I was there.

Great spot if you don't need "luxury." Clean and staff was quite pleasant. Very good location.

Upon entering the hotel we felt it would be a nice hotel but we had not one But TWO rooms without air conditioning and both attempts at correcting the issue was FAILED attempts. We ended up sleeping with the door open to have air come in from the hall, checked out the next morning with no sympathy or concern from hotel staff.

I stayed at Excalibur for 4 days and 3 nights. The first checked in room was absolutely horrible. The bedsheets had hair and stain marks. The wash clothes were dirty and used. The towels had hair as well. After I complained, my room was changed. The second room as well had too many hair and stains on the bedsheets. I called in the housekeeping supervisor to get it changed. The housekeeping staff was friendly and nice and changed my bedsheets right away. The supervisor of the front desk however was not nice at all. She promised us to give a one night free stay as a compensation due to the inconvenience. However when I checked it, she said that I would have to pay for the room. Only the taxes will be taken care of. Horrible supervisor. Lying. Don't listen to the people at the front desk.

All in all it was a pretty nice hotel. I wasn't a huge fan of being right above the casino because of the smoke coming up into our room. But other than that, it was a really nice stay.

overall it was good. just disappointed in the furniture in the room

It was a nice hotel close to the strip. There was a lot to do inside the hotel in nearby

When my wife and I come to Vegas (which we do frequently) we usually stay at the Excalibur. For the price we pay there is really a lot of value for the money. We usually eat at the buffet and get the all day pass which is valid for both the buffet at the Excalibur and at the Luxor. The rooms are clean and the beds decent. We don't spend too much time in the room so it always works for what we need.

We had to pay for parking at our own hotel...but what they don't tell you is that ANYBODY can park there because its also a "pay lot" . So a couple of nights that we paid to park we couldn't because they were FULL GRRRRRR
