We were happy with room nice large enough to have all our things. I loved the very hot water from the shower.
Great location cheap prices but the resort fees are ridiculous and to have to pay for parking sad .
Very nice hotel. Enjoyed our stay even though it was only a Wednesday thru Sunday stay over.
Its ok good hotel great location in las vegas, over all is worth for what you pay and the casino is good
Needs to have microwaves, coffee pots and refrigerators in their rooms
We had an amazing trip! Our room was clean and the staff was amazing. The staff was very helpful and very friendly. The only down side was the people at every entrence trying to get us to go to there presentation. They were too aggressive and would ask you every single time we walked by even if it was 5 min later. They were horrible!
Everything was good. Was a little surprised that there was not microwave, fridge or complimentary coffee in the room in the Resort Tower.
We had booked a king size bed with a strip view but when we got there they gave us a two double bed with a strip view. They offered to fix it with a king size bed but it didn't have a strip view which was important to us. The rooms were average. If you are expecting a five star hotel, you aren't getting one. As far as Las Vegas hotels go, this was near the bottom compared to the rest but it's cheaper and that's important too. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. It's a pretty good ways away from all of the main stuff on the strip so that's another downfall. The pool was nice and the gym was nice. No hotel bar either so if you're going with just adults...eh. If you have kids, this is one of the better ones for that.
No towels in room when we first got there,Had our toilet overflow so carpets were soaking wet and we weren't even asked to move ,do not disturb signs were stolen 2 times once while we we out and the cleaning staff came in and cleaned all the time all are personal items were laying around [ A very violating feeling }
Nice Hotel but black lady at bag drop desk has major attitude problem acting like doing a big favor , rolling eyes back & saying hmmm. I dealt with her twice both times same issue...
Bad customer service ! Rooms were old and things in room where broken. Too many VIP chairs around the kids pool.
It was the worst hotel ive ever slept in never again will i come back
The room was facing strip, 10th floor, sirens woke us up about 20 times the first night, closed windows.
Clean room. Soft bed. Close to other hotels and casinos. Felt safe walking around at night. OK shower pressure.
We always stay here just because it is cheap and in a good location. The hallways smell like cigarettes, but that might just be a vegas thing in general. Food court is excellent. The kids have say Excalibur has the best game room on the strip. Pool is also always great.
Convenient to accessing the strip- room was quiet- friendly staff! Would definitely stay here again!
The hotel smelled like stale smoke, our room was just as bad. When I ask if we could check out early because my lungs could not tolerate the smoke and smell they said no. I felt a real disconnect between the customers and stay. I could understandthem saying no if I just wanted to get out of staying but with a real health problem they should have been Accomadations.
We enjoyed the casino floor and the restaurant options. The buffet was good for the most part but with less selection than others. Baja Fresh is awesome and open 24 hours. The hallways to the rooms are dark and a bit creepy. Our room was sad. When they say resort tower room keep in mind that may mean facing a brick wall to one of the towers as ours did. Our ac didn't work right but they sent someone to look at it. It was better after that but still not running 100%. The blankets and sheets are paper thin and the mattresses aren't very comfortable. The shower was old and needed a better scrub down. I would stay here again based on price and mail level fun but would also explore other casinos as an option.
Walk distance to all hotels on the strip & handy for getting the SDX bus to the ( The Fabulous Las Vegas Sign & South Premium Shopping Centre & Downtown Fremont Street) Good food hall, pool & gym, Enjoy
I hadn't been to Las Vegas in about 14 years and never realized how much places would change. After researching a place that would be a good accommodation for kids, Excalibur popped up. My wife and I did our research and ultimately decided to stay there because of my recollection (from 14 years ago) of it being an acceptable hotel (for our standards). Boy were we disappointed. The outside looks nice and decent compared to Circus Circus, but just like a model who is way past her prime and let herself go, so too is this hotel. I didn't realize they are under the Mlife (MGM group hotels). It seems however this hotel has been neglected over the past 14 years. It's in need of a makeover badly! The rooms reek of smoke on a non-smoking room. My wife kept inching after waking up in the morning. The toilet was barely used and got clogged so I called housekeeping who sent the plumber with a plunger. He quickly stuck the plunger in the toilet without lifting the seat and unclogged it quickly and said the piping sucked and to take it easy with bathroom tissue. Then he took out the plunger without anything underneath and dripped toilet water on the toilet seat and the bathroom floor as he left. I was in shock! So freaking gross!!!
