Excalibur Hotel Casino

The room was disgusting, and smelled moldy. I knew Excalibur was pretty outdated but it was cheap and conveniently located. Don’t be fooled it’s not worth it.

Hair on pillows but was quiet and the tournament show was great . Didn’t know you had to pay for it but was worth it. Nice location on strip

Great hotel in the middle of the strip, so there is access to everything!!

Staying at Excalibur has no benefits as everything has a charge.

Good staff Great location Thanks for your hospitality and your service for us!!!

Hotel smells like pure smoke, yes i understand that people smoke in the casino area BUT from all the other hotels this one was the worst. Went into my room (nonsmoking) but i guess the previous guest didnt follow the rules of no smoking beacuse it stunk , walked in and there was candy rapers on the floor and the toilet seat was dirty with old urine it was disgusting.

Not worth for the money. Many and better options for same amount price.

Nice hotel. Usually one of the cheaper hotels to stay at on the strip!

Didn't like internal restaurants. Buffet very expensive. Would have liked refrigerator in room. Concierge Jessica - very helpful and friendly. Would rate her at a 5+

Celebrated my husband birthday had a terrific time, he loved the poker tournaments and I had a good time with slot machines. Had a wonderful dinner.

My air conditioner never got cold. I think the thermostat was going out.

This hotel is very dated and not very clean. Room was non-smoking but had a musty odor. Night stand had a large sticky smudge. All amenities are low end. Very disappointing and would never stay again regardless of price.

The Excalibur is one of the least expensive places to stay in the Vegas strip. We stayed for about $60/night (room + resort fee). The rooms are no frills but comfy! The bed was very comfortable. Staff was friendly and quickly responded to our requests for extra towels and late cleaning services.

I will stay there again. Nice staff and great food.

The excalibar is looking a bit tired and run down both in the common areas and the rooms. The chairs in our room were discolored and had staples sticking out. Our daughter cut herself on the chair. The beds, however, were comfy. It looked like there might have been some renovations going on as our bathroom had new tiling but the rest of the room needed serious updating. Check in was a total nightmare! We stood in line for an hour and our reservation was wrong. They had no record of changes made through Orbitz. They did agree to make changes and did give us a discount on a roll away bed for the inconvenience and wait which was appreciated. The desk staff was very friendly and helpful with the mix up. Food selections were not that great especially late night. It would have been nice to have higher quality fast food options open later than 11:00. We were also surprised how early the pool closed. 7:00 seemed way too early, especially for one of the "family friendly" places on the strip. While the hotel was ok for a couple of days, we would not return unless updates to the check in, food, and decor took place.

It was a great place for the price. It needs some serious paint touch ups and better directions for self parking. Otherwise it was fine and centrally located for what I needed.

I waited over an hour to check-in while seeing 2-4 hotel check-in staff stand around doing nothing but chatting. When it is my turn, they don't even say Hi or Hello to me. The dude told me he is tired and wanted to go home. It is only 3:00 pm. Un-real.

Staff not too friendly. Rules regarding “included breakfast” were illogical. We checked in late and they said we missed one of our included breakfasts even though they only serve breakfast until 11 and check in Starts at 3 pm. Staff not very helpful and lines were ridiculous.

at sign in the staff was rude. first day air condition didn't work they replae air condition in the room. second day the tv didn't work they fix the tv the third day the hot water didn't work we stay without hot water for half the day I would not recommend this hotel

We enjoyed our stay, I was hoping to see someone win a million dollars... we saw the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon, Another national park, and Valley of Fire State Park. Would like to have spent more time at the Grand Canyon (the big ditch of the southwest)
