Good location, several games, and good restaurants to choose from

Beds were hard as rock. I booked a king and got two hard queens. Could not sleep well at all.

The place was very pretty but we was told on Friday before we got there that the casino would be open our whole time from Sunday to Thursday we weren’t even there for hours to start our stay that they called us on the phone in the room and said we had to be out by Tuesday at 12 noon was told that we were going to get refunded money from that and has never happened for the two days that we weren’t there and we didn’t even get to use the pool or nothing it was already closed but we had to pay for a resort fee never have gotten any of The funds back and had to change our flight plans and had to pay that as well and haven’t gotten none of that refunded back for a ride that we didn’t even use and that Thursday night

With all the cova 19 going on this was the only Casino that had hand sanitizer at every entrance.

The property was fine but there was an awful smell in the room which required us to leave the room while the Lysol permeated the smell. Other than that the hotel staff was always very pleasant and professional very accommodating to our needs. I'll recommend my friends to stay at the Excalibur at any time. Also the proximity to local stores and restaurants was a plus.

Check in was slow not gonna lie the girl at the counter was super nice. BUT that being said i would never stay here again... No fridge no bath tub we have literally paid way less and got way more. Sorry to say but this place sucks you get more at motel 6 not to mention in stinks of cigarettes right from the door. Staff is super nice but apart from that the place needs to be upgraded. Super dated and just not what you expect for the money literally got one pillow each on the bed and some flimsy blanket. Not for me at all I would gladly pay more for another pillow and a fridge. You have to pay for a fridge and not to be a jerk but valet guy made it a point to say gratuity wasn’t included in the 25 a day parking. That was just annoying not my first time in Vegas but that was just annoying we like to tip well just not when it’s shoved in your face like that. Long story short I would never stay here again like I said before motel 6 offers more.

Really outdated. Upgraded to royal king and our friends room look the same. Don’t upgrade. Waste money.

We’ve stayed here four times and it has always been clean and employees very helpful. Nice selection of restaurants and gift shops.

There was a foul odor coming from the bathroom I’m not sure if it’s an cesspool issue! When housekeeping cleaned the bathroom multiple times during our stay it was still there ... I want to say it was coming thru the ventilation system but I’m not sure . The room was full of dust the headboards, dresser ,table and tv

The overhead bridges that connect the property's that made it easyto go to other places

The property is older, clean. But could use some sprucing up.

While I understand this is a cheaper hotel, cleanliness is still important. Overall not a bad place to stay for the price.

The mirrors and faucets were no clean there were finger prints stil one them and the hallway had an old sour smell the carpets did not look clean in the hallway to our room
