Very pleasant stay. Quite floor throughout our stay.

Never again! The service, cleanliness, charges for services like parking made this an experience that was horrible. I'll never use Orbitz to book a trips again.

You would think for staying at the Excalibar hotel that you would end up getting a little bit more of amenities than what they give you first about the cable sucks I realize they want you to gamble gamble gamble but I don’t I came to see the sights you pay an arm and a leg and get nothing I can tell you right now I will not be coming back

It's just a place to sleep during a vacation! There are no bells and whistles with this hotel but it us very clean and the staff is very helpful! The only thing is I wish they would not allow these people to stand all over the casino soliciting you! Other than ok place

Good Value for the money. The Excalibur is connected to the Luxo and Mandalay Bay as well as the Mandalay Bay Convention Center and is perfectly suited for a sliding scale stay if you attend a convention at the Mandalay Bay Convention Center. The Tram that runs between the three is especially useful to get to the convention center

great place just disappointed drink dispenser on our floor was not working

This was my second stay at Excalibur. I love the location on the strip. The beds are very comfortable! I like that the hotel is connected to the tram that goes to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. Overall the casino is smaller so it makes getting to your room quicker and easier. The only negative ( and this applies to all the hotels I visited) are the people trying to pull you over to talk to the time share salesmen! So annoying and deceiving! You think they are going to help you check in since they are in uniform but no. Otherwise I would recommend the Excalibur.

If you’re looking for a 5 star hotel with amazing facilities, this isn’t the place for you. If you’re looking for a decent place to stay tobsave money for the rest of your trip, this place is perfect.

My family and I all stayed at the Excalibur in 3rooms and we booked on Orbitz. When we arrived we were each forced to pay 102$ for resort fees which are rediculous. We were informed that it was to cover the use of the phone in the room and wifi and fitness center. We didn't use the phone as we have cell phones, we didn't use the fitness center because we were there on vacation. And the wifi, was awful, so slow. It would have been nice to have those extra 300$ that we gave the hotel for dam near nothing, we could have had a few good meals. Not going to stay at the Excalibur again or use Orbitz again because of all the hidden fees.

This was my first time staying on that end of the Strip. It was a little less congested. I wanted a restful environment and the room was very quite and comfortable

Was attending CES and transportation to Convention Center was quick and convenient. Nice room, comfortable Queens beds, but no choice of single King bed which I prefer. Friendly staff but limited restaurant choices so I toot the tram to Mandalay Bay for dining.

Hotel was nice and staff were friendly! Better than I thought it would be. Would stay there again. I stayed in the Resort Tower and I saw a room in the Resort Tower.

On the Las Vegas strip Big food court with lots of options Lovely Italian BUPA restaurant Easy access to Luxor and mandalay bay activities via tram Excellent lounge in ground level Lovely decor

Were use to having an in room microwave and fridge, but we managed.

It was perfect. It didn’t have a coffee maker so you had to buy coffee, but knowing this .... we prepared ahead of time. Our room was $300 instead of $500 as others were on the strip for New Years. The lady at the front desk tried hard to find us a view of the strip and apologized saying there were no strip view rooms, but to our surprise, we had awesome views of the fireworks from our room. We had a great time. It was worth it.

Thanks very much for all the good service and very professional service and very friendly staff and very good check in and out

No one to help at the doors with luggage, no help with the disabled. I had to go begging people to let my elderly and disabled mother go ahead of the line which had about 80 people and only 2-3 agents to check u in. I did although like the comfort of my room, we did see security as well as police patroling inside and outside. I like the location close by to everything. No bellmen is really hard because I seen we weren't the only ones struggling. Thank you

I arrived a little bit early, they accommodated me. They were expedient, knowledgeable and helpfull. The Australian Bee Gees was very good, and the box office was accommodating.

The Excalibur was a very pleasant surprise since over the last few years it has been a aging hotel/casino. Our room was basic but very nice, comfortable beds and newer furniture. The casino is well laid out and in the process of being upgraded. Sports book is nice, roomy, but the chairs are a bit tired. Food choices are generally very good though we aren't big fans of the buffet. Luxor's is better. They should bring back the coupon books.

The bathroom wasn’t clean and the air condition not easy to control
