Hotel staff rude . Air conditioner in room didn't work .

Enjoyed the freindly staff and the relaxing nature of our room and the casino.

On arrival the check in lines were approximately 100-125 long. Finally once checked in we arrive in our room to find it has not been cleaned. Bed was made and clean towels set on the counter by the sink. That's it..... This run had not been cleaned otherwise. Floor and window sill had crunched up potato chips everywhere. Both nightstands and the TV stand had stuff spilled on them and we very sticky. Bathroom had hair on the toilet seat. Caulking around the shower was nasty. Called down to the desk and they said they would send housekeeping right away. We went to supper to allow them time to clean and when we came back the towels were hung in the bathroom and the main waking path was vacuumed and that's it. Nightstands still sticky, window sill still had potato chips all crunched up and the place was just dirty in general. I cashed the fresh once again and the Housekeeping supervisor came to our room and looked and States it was not cleaned properly so he has them come back to clean again so we again have to leave the room.....10:30 pm by this time and wait for the room to be cleaned again. When we arrived back to the room it was tolerable but far from clean. Very disappointed!!!

It is cheaper than other hotels but good enough to stay and relax. You don't have to find a better one. I think inside the room is almost the same with other ones.

the stay was very pleasant everything was clean. The only downfall was the check in I nearly waited in line for almost 40 minutes.

Hotel was descent for the price. The resort fee is too much considering the fact the pool was closed while we were there and you couldn't even lay out in the sun.

The smell of the place was awful. No mini fridge unless you pay $25 a day. Toiletries did not include body wash. Lesson: spend the extra money for a nicer hotel. If you don't care about my cons, then you'll do fine here. The only plus was the large shower and easy check-out on the TV.

If you need a place to crash it's fine. Valet cost is WAY overpriced (it used to be free). When checking in Nightly Resort fee are high. Also hotel could use more healthy food options on premises in food court

Staff was less than pleasant and not helpful. The room was nice and very comfortable

Great location and a clean fun hotel. Had a great time here as always.

We choose the Excalibur because of its location we were close to New York New York MGM and the Luxor. We were even surprised by the free tram that goes to the Luxor and Mandalay Bay. We stayed in one of the normal rooms so it wasn't remodeled our anything but it was still very nice. The Casino and the restaurants were great and the price was excellent. If you manage to score a drink credit when you go make sure you check with the front desk on how to use it we thought we figured it out but sadly didnt redeem it.

It was nice to have access to other casinos. It was close to the airport

I had a,very good time the hotel employees was very nice room was very clean

I enjoyed my stay at Excalibar the staff was friendly helpful and patient. It's an old hotel but has been kept up very well. It has plenty of restaurants and things to do and see. I would definitely consider going back the next time I'm in Vegas.

Slot machines to tight, to many extra costs at check out time, escalators not working.....

It was a great experience .... I would definitely go back.

This hotel is disgusting. It is dirty, smoke filled (cigarettes and the other kind) and the staff cares only enough to keep you at the slots. Will never stay here again.

the room had hair everywhere, on the bed sheets, bathroom floor, towels, even the CEILING, long black hair everywhere I looked it was disgusting. I will never stay at this hotel again even if it was free.

It was dirt when I checked in had no maid service for 4 days and 3 nights while I was there. Had to call to get fresh towels and they didn't even take the dirty towels that were there pretty bad service. But I guess that's why it's a cheap hotel.

It was great! Had a good time the sleeping quarters were clean and good bed was comfortable

Not the best pictures due to lighting but if you enlarge you can definitely see the filth.
