I didnt like that I put the do not disturb on my door handle and I walked up to my room to find the cleaning man in there and somehow my husbands expensive watch and wallet got missing off of the tv stand.

Waited in line 2 hours to check in, when gambling wait to cash voucher was like 20 minutes, a lot if not all stores cash only

There was construction everywhere. A terrible smell. Every time you had to walk out to your car of sewage. The room was extremely dirty move in the shower make up on the sheets from the last person that stayed there. Staff was extremely rude while checking in maintenance man randomly showed up in our room while we weren’t there to work on the sink which was broken which we hadn’t even found out yet because we had only been there for two hours, the cleaning lady open the door every single morning while we were sleeping, even with the do not disturb on the door
Very disgusting! My toilet was dirty. The wrong linens placed on the bed. Internet pictures definitely LIED! There was no fridge no microwaves in the rooms. I’ll NEVA stay here again.
Always a solid place to stay. Decent room for a decent price. I've paid more in the "supposedly" higher-end hotels, and some of the rooms are tiny and over-priced compared to Excalibur. Always dependable place to stay and decent location.
More fir couples and family. No refrigerator or microwave. Everything ridiculous high and no discounts or credits unless you tour new hotel
Staff at front desk was pleasant but didn't give us any information on amenities etc. just key to room. hotel room was tidy but walls and floor looked like something was spilled or splashed all over (kind of gross really). our whole floor smelled very strong of weed/cigarette smoke right into our room. Elevators were not clean, again looked like something was smeared on doors. Hotel definitely needs some TLC.
