It was fine for the money. Shower leaked but I like the location on the strip,so acceptable for the cost.

Checked in and Customer service gave us rooms on 27th floor facing new York hotel, my 2 grandsons LOVED the scenery of the rollercoaster and all the lights instead of rooftops, ( a great THANKS to her )..

The hotel was nice and close to where I was working and easy to get in and out at all hours. The facility was kept very clean. Cleaning crew was very friendy.

alll my request were turn down especially an outer view of the city but they gave me an inner room, air con not in good condition so the room was warm during lunch time, room needs renovation, no fridge, no welcome drink or coffee in the room, no bath tub(only shower), electric breaker trip so there was no bathroom light, etc.....

Service desk run very badly, need more employees during peak times. Not ones merly standing talking to each other with 5 lines open..also if there was floor person who could direct people. Say if you booked on line walk over to Khios to check in on line! Waiting 35 minutes to 45 to check in unacceptable. Tell customers with children must stay off Casino gaming floor . Not play with machines. Floor walkers not clearing floor of this situation. If you won't a vacation with someone else kids , lots , lots these place... parents were dragging them around after 11 pm really!! We had to play at other casino s to get away from the kids.

We enjoyed our stay in Exacilubur the swimming pool was great! If you have children this is fun place to stay in.

Excalibur used to be an average hotel. It really has gone downhill. It feels old and dirty. Same with the guests staying there. My shower down handle was broken. Next time I'd pay more to stay somewhere nicer.

on 06/07 the manager was VERY RUDE with me when I asked her to change the Credit card on file.

This hotel was dirty and hidden charges were ridiculous. They charge 15 dollars a day for valet parking, which they don't tell you until you hand them your keys. I paid it at check in and was charged again when we left. So 30 dollars a day. The resort fee was overpriced, especially since the pool closed at 7 when it's 110 outside ! And the pool was out of towels! We will NEVER stay there again!

The rude lady behind the check in counter states somewhere in the fine print it states the resort fee is manditory. I could have sworn I read while booking room through Orbitz it stated resort fee was optional. The resort fee, $30+ included access to the outdoor pool and fitness room, thats it. The room type I booked was sold out. I had to buy an upgraded room, an additional $15. The room was in the tower opposite side of the hotel. My asthma having self had to walk through the smoky casio each time walking back and forth to the parking garage. $10 a day parking garage. The walk way to the parking garage is also where the trash and sweage lines were. Disgusting July desert heat sweage smell everytime walking to and from the car just added to the already disappointing stay. The bathroom amenties of shampoo, bar soap and hand lotion was poor qualiy. Guess good'ol cheap Holiday Inn bathroom ammenties spoiled me. The only reason for booking the Excalibur was it being in walking distance to T Mobil Arena. The only positive review I can give for this one night hotel review.

Stay was comfortable. Kind of upsetting that they charge guests for parking when other competitors on the strip don"t

Made me pay for parking!!!! Really $10 a day why I pay to come to your hotel and you charge me to park omg

Great experience. Friendly staff. More kid friendly hotel. Bed wasn't super comfortable.

$15 a day to park car while I'm paying to stay at your hotel is ridiculous along with $27 for 3 beers! I can buy a case of beer for less. Pool was filthy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No problems, just no refrigerator and ice machine keep running out had to keep going to different floors looking for ice

Great stay.. staff was very professional and friendly.

From the moment I arrived to the day I checked out, the staff was friendly and helpful. The room has your basic necessities and is quite simple. It is, however, very clean and comfortable. The casino is busy at night and has somewhat of a dated look but it's still a great place to stay and play.

Great hotel for the price and kind of out of the hustle and bustle of the strip. Good stay.

checking in was not pleasant, we came in a great mood on our 1st day in Vegas and our clerk was moody, not friendly at all, didn't seem to even like to be around people, so that kinda killed our vibe at the start. rooms were really outdated, beds are hard, towels are scratchy, and no fridge or microwave. we stayed in the resort tower which I get is the cheapest side but I think a Motel 6 would of been better. casino was okay, dealers didn't seem to be much of talkers, which usually I prefer talking and having fun, not just pressing my luck on the tables. pros: is this is really kid friendly resort which I didn't bring my kids but did see a lot of cool thinks kids can do, and pool was nice.

Best experience we had in Las Vegas. Also go see the Tournament of the knights its excellent and also the Bee Gees concert both excellent. Our room 2370 on the 23rd floor was very economical and excellent and what a wonderful staff Excalibur casino hotel has.
