This Hotel and Casino was okay - But I really disliked gambling here because it always smelled of cigarette smoke. While the other casinos smelled like cigarettes if you were close to someone smoking. Excalibur always smell like cigarettes. Also I was very disappointed with their buffet.

Staff was very polite and helpful with any & all questions during my stay!

The rooms are closest to the Uber pick up/drop off location which is perfect! The mattress was very lumpy and I paid for an upgraded room! I’m a small woman and I felt the mattress sunk in. Couldn’t sleep very well.

There's no frigerator in the room the rooms made me feel like I was in a motel not a hotel

Things were very spread out. I am disabled but not to the point where I cannot walk (yet) and it was very hard to find and get to things. Other than that it was nice.

It was OK. Checking in was a hassle. Didn't get the room w/a King bed that I reserved. If what I wound up in was an upgrade, then I am definitely glad I was upgraded because it was really just OK.

The knights inside make the place seem so old but cool

Always stay here nice for families and close to stuff

Had a great time would stay there again. Staff was great . Hotel was clean . Dinner buffet was not as good as breakfast buffet.😎

Terrible hotel. It is filthy, unorganized, old looking and terribly smoky...it's like living in an ashtray!

It;s was nice until you stay up all night gambling and want to get 2 hour of rest and the baby is crying next door.

Great front desk person. Gordana, Outstanding customer service, friendly, helpful.

This was my second time at the Excalibur. Last time I had a room in the Royal Tower, which was fantastic (tower has been refurbished). This time, for the same price as last time, I got a room in the Resort Tower, which was disappointing. The room felt very old and tired, with an incredibly loud AC system. Also, it was not possible to darken the room at night, there was a lot of light leaking in, and especially in the morning, it got very bright. If I couldn't be sure my room would be in the Royal Tower, I would not stay here again. Check in staff was very friendly, but the bell desk staff was very pushy for tips, they made me feel uncomfortable. Overall, it was still a good experience, but perhaps next time I might pay a little more to be further north on the Strip.

Staff when checking in didn’t give detail on some things and was rude to me due to me asking a question all the rest of staff after that was excellent

Excalibur Hotel is great if you aren’t spending much time in room other than to sleeping a few hours as expected in Vegas. The check in and buffet was misleading. The informed my I had a $100 credit to use in anything I wanted in the hotel. We are at the buffet at the hotel and the used my “credit”, at checkout we found out I had to pay for the buffet which was not a problem but I was very misleading, hotel staff made it seem like the hotel was giving us a free meal when they mentioned a credit. Hotel rooms seem outdated but they were clean.

Location is very convenient as it’s within walking distance to other sightseeing areas.

Always a great experience at The Excalibur, the only thing I'll sugest is free breakfast buffet for raturning customers

On Vegas Strip! Even though we had a Resort room with a view, it did not have a mini fridge and I was expecting that. However, room was clean. Hotel didn't always answer when I called from the room phone, had to keep calling before they eventually picked up.
