Very soft & comfy beds. Hopefully next time I can stay a little longer.

Friendly staff. Very helpful. Great buffet and price for all day eating. Very nice view from my room. Rooms can use some more amenities. Don't win on the machines. But overall had a great time staying here.

We got to our room to discover that it smelled like smoke even though they are non smoking rooms. There was as cigarette burn on our sheets and the air conditioner had its front panel broken off. On top of this it took an hour and a half to receive our bags from the bell hops. They did come and clean the room and replaced the sheets. We weren't expecting an amazing room because the rates were so low but we were hoping it would be clean.

The hotel is ok better for families with children. Our room was in the resort tower but lacked resort amenities. The shower head sprayed wild with no adjustments. The window coverings were poor at keeping out the sunlight at 530 a.m. and the bedding wasnt as comfortable. On our last night in the hotel room service skipped our room.

Convenient hotel to get to from the airport by bus as it was only 2 stops and the hotel was just opposite the road

Only issue I had with this hotel was a women security gaurd on a power trip. Anytime I took my kids through the hotel, to shop, eat, use the restroom, or to the arcade, this security guard had nothing better to do, but tell me how my kids are not welcome. No I wasn't gambling, and yes my kids are excited to be there, but not rowdy at all. Maybe she should find something better to do. Why let my kids stay in the hotel to just make them feel unwanted there?

Great place to vacation.. and don't leave the kids home

We upgraded our room for a strip view which was well worth the extra $10 per night. The hotel staff were always pleasant, the rooms clean, and plenty to do at this property. We loved that a tram connected to a few other properties, and were located very close to things we had planned on our trip.

The hotel staff was excellent. This place is good if you are on a budget. The rooms all look the same. So if you pay extra for a room you are really just paying for the view. My room was not the nicest or cleanest but it was OK.

I like thi hotel very convenient on the strip, close to the airport, transportation all day long the only thing I've experienced this time the drain Clough in the middle while I was taking a shower and extra towels other than that the I would stay again in this hotel....

The hotel stay was awesome. The only thing that bother me, was I didn't enjoy having to smell weed outside the hall. Other than that. It was awesome. The staff and. Everyone was very friendly.

could care less about guest convenience, but more concerned about charging in advance while nickel and diming guests.

This place charged an extra $33.00 in resort fees but the rooms was dirty and you have to pay for everything additional. Unless you have kids you might as well go to a nicer place without the resort fees.

Disappointed that I was not told about resort fee...another 69.00 for2 night stay.

The check-in procedure was horrible. The guys at the drop off curb are rude, reckless and not helpful. I can only imagine ex prison guards are being employed here - so much about the first face of a hotel the guest experiences. - The story continues at the check in... I had prebooked, prepaid rooms but still had to wait for about 30min in an endless line 'to receive' my room keys - taken it was Memorial Day Weekend, but soon I understood why this line was formed. Check-in itself: My initial request when I booked and paid the rooms about three weeks before, to have a connector between the two double queen rooms was kindly answered with a 'the closest I can get you sir is the 1st and 13st floor...' Obviously at this point, I had to give the guy a quick summary about what I think about the hotel so far. He (I have to give him credits) realized that things are going a bit off and gave us a commentary room upgrade so that we could be at least on the same floor (though opposite ends). Resort fee payment and key issuance had to be done separately for each room and took approximately 4min each (I timed). I assume medieval technology is being used here to render a full castle experience. I estimate the check-in (curb to room) about 60min, please believe me that I am not exaggerating. Rooms were actually quite nice, again, thanks to the front desk guy for trying to safe it - impossible at this point.

$5 crap and black jack tables! Cheaper than any other resort. Hotel smells horrible like cigarette. Not bad, would stay here again because of price

Family friendly! My son loved this place! Very spacious, fun activities all night long for kids as well as adults, the tournament show was one of the best shows ever. The staff was amazing! I rate this place outstanding!!!!

I didn't like hotel at all, my room view, construction noise, casinos and servers, buffet was the worse I have ever had. I don't recommend this hotel.

We had an awesome time. Great food and great place to stay.Coming back in September!

Hotel allows smoking in casino. I don't smoke so I get clogged up from the smoke which bothered me. Other than that the trip was good.
