I checked in Tuesday July 9, 2024. One of three elevators was working to my tower. The bath tub was dirty and the water would nit drain when turned one. I switched rooms Wednesday July 10, 2024. They tub was functional with a big hole in it and the window seal was broken with a gap. Record temps 117 degres and the room was hot. By Friday the 12th, there were long lines fir the elevator. About a 20 minute wait to go up ir down. I checked out Sunday July 14th. No elevators worked and I had to carry my luggage downstairs from the 15th floor. The stairs ended at floor 2. I got lost and found a service elevator waited another 20 minutes because it was full evertime it stopped on the 2nd floor. When I got on, the elevator got stuck between floors. After 15 min it made it to the lobby floor. I was hot, dehydrated and in pain. I was credited resort fees which I have yet to receive but I want a full refund. I've traveled to vegas 25 years and this was THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! DO NOT STAY at Oyo!!!!! I'm devastated!

OYO..... is a oh no! The property was old, dirty, and constantly smalled like weed. The elevators were constantly broken. The only quailty about this hotel we liked was how convenient it was to MGM & the monorail. The steak & shake restaurant was a limited service restaurant, not like the usual franchise. We would NEVER go back here.

Signed a statement stating not to smoke nor vape in the room and we didn't, but now we're getting accused for smoking. The elevator was very dangerous and kept going to the wrong floor. The restroom had hair every where and urine all over the floor upon check in. Informed the front desk, but nothing was done about it. The room had a moldy smell, and bad odor. The view from the balcony was disgusting. There were used diapers and trash on the roof top (bay view) restroom door was dangerous. Couldn't open the door.

Worth it
It was worth the price the deposit was a little high but i got it all back within 2 days of checking out. Only problem was with my dog. She barks at people but does not bite. They gave her a first and final warning about being aggressive. She was aggressive with no one. So that put me off a little but other than that its great right across from the MGM
