It was a nightmare from the moment we stepped in the door. I had an online receipt sent by oyo saying I was paid in full. Well, go to check out and they want another $141. I went to the lobby and the little head guy said we had a balance of $141. I told them I wasn't paying it. I finally cancelled my card so they couldn't get more money out of me. Trying to not give me back my $300 deposit. Tried to say we were smoking in our room and charge $500. But we weren't in the room at so called incident time. I felt picked on. The shower OMG was disgusting. You were lucky if you had hot water or clean towels. Good luck on getting your bottled water too. Carpets were so filthy my white socks were black on the bottom. Supposed to have these restaurants and cafes. Steak and shake. That's it. The gentleman at customer service was rude, uncaring. He doesn't give two hoots about the guests. Gotta get that money. Housekeeping never came to our room till last day. They threw away my souvenir cups I will never never stay again. Yhe desk clerk acted like he owned the place. Place had a weird..some . Was wor

Here is the items that were issues: Sewage smell at pool, outlets not working, door off track, leaking faucet, extreme parking Fees, stains on bedding, no housekeeping, no pillows or blankets, deposit, no pillow cases, rude staff, lack of towels in room. Horrible water pressure in shower. Horrible smelling room.

Absolutely Horrible, Avoid the OYO

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From start to finish, it was frustrating and uncomfortable. First, the elevators are a mess. Only two were working for a 10-floor hotel, and that’s simply not enough. To make it even more awkward, there’s an elevator attendant inside, and the elevators smell terrible with poor ventilation. Every ride felt uncomfortable. When I got to my room, my key didn’t work, so I had to go all the way back down to the front desk. That wouldn’t have been a huge issue, except only one person was working at 8 PM, so I had to wait in line just to get in my room. Once inside, it got worse. The shower didn’t work, and instead of offering to move me to a new room, they sent up a maintenance guy, who took nearly an hour to arrive. I had to wait around before I could even shower and leave. After the fix, the water pressure was terrible. On top of that, two lights in the room didn’t work, and the whole place just felt unclean and neglected. Most of the staff I interacted with had attitude problems—from the front desk to the restaurant staff, people were rude and dismissive. The one exception? The dealers in the casino were genuinely friendly and made the best of a bad environment. Overall, though, this hotel is understaffed, poorly maintained, and badly managed. The “budget-friendly” price is not worth it. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. Trust me—you’ll be glad you did.

4th year in a row and only 1 elevator was working. Place needs repairs and updates. I was there for 12 nights,,Hooters was a limited menu 3 nights. Shake/shack always open breakfast was new,, but only burger after that. Conviently off the strip, short walk to catch the monorail. The resort fees were high priced for what you get.

I was illegally charged for smoking( we were not smoking) as soon as we walked in the room the detector went off...Only one elevator so waited for 20 minutes for an elevator, one day we took the stairs through the dirty bavk hall that let us out in an abandoned part of the buling in a back alley. Staff not friendly, elevator attendant sits in a chair takes up space in the elevator to push the button but does no manual elevator controls, they are there ro make aure the himeless arent roaminh the floor since the key doeat work to make the elevator for gueat only. Worse experience ever!! I rarely leave reviews, but OYO Casino Hotel was by far the most disappointing hotel experience I’ve had in Vegas. The shower was unclean, the sink was rusty, and several elevators were out of service. On top of that, the staff was unhelpful. To make matters worse, I received a $500 fine for smoking, even though I don’t smoke. I went to the front desk to clarify, but the manager wouldn’t even speak with me. The next day, I contacted the front desk again because my room smelled strongly of w€€d. Instead of addressing the issue, they hung up on me twice. I booked through Expedia and am currently waiting for a resolution and refund. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend OYO Casino Hotel based on this experience.
