Nice and safe location and property. Close by restaurants and a beautiful theater across the street. The room was big and clean, and beds were comfortable. Has a big walking closet. Employers were very nice Few minutes driving to GT. I would stay again.

I spent my entire stay in a 64-degree room with absolutely no heat. When I alerted the staff, I was dismissed and told that maintenance had already "handled the issue." It clearly hadn't been touched. I checked out a day early. The hotel should have comped the two nights I did sleep there. I stayed those 2 nights because I was told the issue was being worked on. The complete lack of follow-through made it obvious that guest comfort is not a priority here. I did not feel valued or taken care of—just ignored. Save your money and book somewhere that actually provides the essentials they promise. I guarantee nobody working at that hotel slept with no heat in their homes.

The size of the 2 bedroom apartment was nice. However, it really needed repairs. The shower faucet kept falling off, the handle to the microwave was broke, the door to the closet area was off the hinges and leaned up against the wall. There was a kitchen, but no detergent, cloths, or other cleaning supplies. I was told none could be provided. The dishes were dirty and no way to clean them. There was a washer and dryer, but no detergent to use it and was told none could be provided. There was only one working elevator so wait time was very long. The staff was nice and friendly.

the staff was very nice but there was not enough of them. when I checked in, only 1 person was working the desk and there was a line. At the bar in the basement of the hotel, again, only 1 person was working and it was busy so everything took a while. one of the 2 elevators wasn't working, so it look a long time to get up and down the floors. Overall, the hotel is nice, but it's starting to seem rundown and in need of updates/repairs and to be better staffed.

They did not clean our room , did not give us clean towels for every day , our cable went out in the sitting room and we reported it and was told it would be fixed. Never was. They never took out the trash out in our room either. Will not stay there again

This property is good. Spectacular? No. But really has promise and charm. There were some things that could make it great. FWe arrived very late and they’d given away our reserved room - a two bedroom suite. They gave us two rooms and the promise to move the next day. It was unfortunate since my younger son was traveling with us and he had to have his own room. They moved us the next day and gave us a nice food credit to enjoy the restaurant. We got to check out three rooms total during our stay. It is clearly an old apartment building and it was great to have so much space. Two of the rooms had a kitchen and laundry, which is such a rarity. There are some clear flaws. Only one elevator was working, so the waits were longer than expected. The wall plugs in the rooms were all very loose and our chargers kept falling out. (Bring a power strip!) The flooring was cheap laminate and was coming up in places. We had three tvs in our final room and none of the remotes fully worked (missing buttons, dead batteries, etc). There is definitely an investment and refurbishment that needs to happen, but the potential is great. But the staff was friendly and helpful. My son took ill during our stay and the staff really bent over to help us. Getting us a mask, getting him extra towels in the middle of the night, and just checking with me on how he was doing. I truly appreciated that compassion. The service alone would make me want to stay again.

I reserved a king bed and got a double. It was freezing cold and I had no blankets. So I didn’t get my upgrade. I got a downgrade. They didn’t take the 20% off my bill until I had to go back after they checked me out and asked for it for one day of food.

It's a nice property, well located right across from the historic Fox Theater. Very nice little coffee shop right outside. The room itself was large, but nothing about it was extra comfortable or lux. The bathroom is pretty basic with a slow draining sink. Staff was kind.

Beautiful building, quite big so if you don’t know where you’re going it’s easy to get turned around. Very clean but due to it being an old building the rooms could use some updates. The bed was very comfortable and overall had everything we needed for a one nights stay.

They had an elevator that was not working. We booked our stay because we were seeing a show at The Fox right across the street. Only having one elevator that was working was chaos when everyone was trying to leave the hotel to get to the show.

Cool old hotel- enjoyed the history and location. Staff was courteous and service was great. Only issue was the uncomfortable bed and the bathroom sink that was pulliny out from the wall. We were scared to use it in case it fell out completely. I know it’s an old building, but could be a safety issue.
