Beautiful hotel. A bit rundown. Weed smoke and folks yelling for hours on end. Smh.

It’s was comfortable an quite I really like the staff they we’re so nice an. Helpful

Nothing was available. They did not have any appliances for the kitchen and did not give a heads up.

I was coming from out of town and made reservations to stay here. I sent mt luggage ahead of me before my stay and they wouldnt accept it or do anything to help the situation at all. They werent accommodating at all. Every nice hotel ive stayed in were very helpful and this hotel was the opposite.

Convenient to Fox Theatre. Clean for the most part except the refrigerator. Staynding water in the fridge. There was a huge dead bug in the corner in the living room. Floor in foyer was oily and slick. Carpet in common areas looked dirty. Needs remodling. Especially the lobby

Was perfect for a romantic night in Atlanta. Am absolutely going to return soon.

Service was great. All of the staff were very helpful. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it had plenty of space for our group of 4 people. The kitchen was nice but comes with literally nothing for cooking or cleaning so be prepared for that. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

Extremely comfortable bed, but the room was cold and there was no extra blanket. Also, there was an odd surplus of doors that didn’t open and closets in the room—dead space and strange inaccessible connections. I found it unsettling. A rug would have helped the room feel cozier, too.

Beautiful old hotel, great architecture. Free Atlanta newspapers in the morning along with Wall Street Journal. Nice bar, decent restaurant and food. Maid service not so good. Maid left dirty glasses and dirty towels in the room and failed to keep us supplied with clean water glasses. I had six windows in my suite and only one would open. I had a balcony, but it was only 1 foot in depth, meaning it only stuck out from the building about 1 foot. Poor design. But, all said and done, I would stay there again. Beautiful patio runs along the outside of the bar and restaurant, great place to drink or dine.

The kitchen needs to be updated! Overall experience was great!!!

The Georgian Terrace is my favorite historic hotel in Atlanta. Great food on the property! I stay here every time I'm in Atlanta!

Friendly, courteous staff! Beautiful hotel, beautiful view! Free upgrade made it my best stay in Atlanta!

We loved the location next to the Fox. We were able to us the business center to print tickets so that eased our minds. The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Ivy, akin to Surie, helped us out with all of our needs like room service and extra towels. Great stay.

Awesome stay, friendly staff! Perfect location in Midtown.

Rooms were nicely appointed, clean and comfortable. Very friendly staff.
