Our stay was during Christmas. Nice looking hotel with friendly staff. Four stars because no one serviced our room, understandable since was Christmas, and we had issues with the garage parking in/out machine a few times as we could not get out using our garage parking ticket and I had to get the ticket reset by the lobby staff.

I was scammed. My reservation included breakfast, but they didn't provide it. They never cleaned the room, and the living room floor was broken. I don't recommend this place.

The hotel staff is very professional and helpful. The location is so convenient to the Fox, was great to just walk across the street after the show. The coffee shop was nice for a quick breakfast. The room was large and updated and comfortable. All in all a good experience.

Very aesthetically pleasing hotel. Old but charming. The room was average compared to what I’m accustomed to but still decent. It could use some upgrades in the kitchen and bathroom. The shower head needed to be replaced and the shower door needed to be fixed to the track at the bottom, it wasn’t secure. The kitchen has old white appliances which needs to be replaced as well. None of the tv remotes worked, we used the buttons on the side. The tvs are also older model flat screens with no access to streaming apps so you have to watch channels available. It was very cold inside the room and no way to adjust the temperature. The staff was very friendly though and we felt safe there.
