I went in expecting a dull old historic hotel with old beds and furniture and stuff like that but, when i went in, it's like stepping into a new remodeled home.. it's veryyyyy nice and updated and not cheaply, I may add. It's also very roomy! They even give you free vouchers to use at the restaurant below (about $15 a day, per person) for a nice breakfast before 10am, and it's an actual breakfast.. The restaurant that's attached to didn't have the friendliest staff but i'm not here to write about the restaurant. all and all, the hotel was awesome. Loved the staff there too

Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful hotel and we were able to walk everything we wanted to do. Would definitely stay here again.

My daughter, daughter-in-law and I had a wonderful night at the Georgian Terrace. Our room was spacious and had a terrific view of the Fox Theater. We enjoyed our time together is this historic hotel.

We stayed two nights the first week of December. It is a beautiful historic hotel with a beautiful lap pool. The pool was well advertised in pictures, but wasn't heated so my competitive swimmer husband couldn't work out - the pool is why we selected this hotel. Second, our room, 602, was cool and the heater only put out cool air so we were cold in our room. The front desk was nice and sent a person to fix the heater some 3-4 hours later, then we had the same problem the next day and another wait for 3-4 hours. Third, the bottled water in the room had a strong chlorine smell. Fourth, we were referred to a manager for a refund, he said he would get back to us concerning our refund, but has not.

Had family visiting and chose the outstanding Georgian Terrace Hotel as the place to stay. Not disappointed in any way. It is right in the midst of Midtown and surrounded by so much to see and do. We booked a 2 bedroom and were upgraded to a 3 bedroom. Everyone loved this place!!!!

My experience at the Georgian Terrance was not good! It started with my request for a safe in my room which I did not get! Another bad experience was the hotel restaurant ! The service was absolutely terrible! It took more than 15 minutes before someone came to the table! When the waitress did come it was because she had to be flagged over! The waitress attitude was horrible and she seemed aggrevated! The best attribute of my stay was the front desk person Crystal who went out of her way to accommodate guests!

The hotel is a good business hotel. Right opposite the Fox Theater, close to food and MARTA. Hotel has reasonable restaurant the staff are helpful.

Hotel is beautiful, in heart of ATL, convenient to everything. BUT, upon arrival there were immediate problems. We pull up in the circular drive to see if we can check in & no one came out to HELP us, instead we were told to move our vehicle. We check in & there is 1 bathroom mirror, so we wanted a small vanity mirror or full length (going to a concert and dressing up). Called front desk and concierge over and over. NO ONE picked up the phone. Went exploring to roof & found someone who worked there, asked again for mirror. Nothing. A few hours later I went downstairs to a bell hop & finally by the time I got back, we had a mirror. There were NO blankets on the bed. There was a thin paper like blanket and another on top of a sheet, so we had thin layers on us despite it being in the 40's the nights we were there. The front desk people were not friendly at all and seemed to not be able to handle the huge influx of people. There was also NO mini fridge in the room, and the ice machine was not easy to find at all and far from our room (soda machine wouldn't take dollars, so had to go hike back to room to get quarters) . We were given no map that we found, so you literally searched for what you needed. I kept having to go downstairs to find out information because again, NO one answered the phone. Also took forever for hot water to come out of shower. NO bathtubs either. We got better service for a lower price at the Hyatt on our last ATL trip.

Very good hotel and courteous staff and close to all business requirements, attractions and good restaurants

It may even be your hotel of choice if you prefer to get away from the Con-Crazy, as it's just a 15-minute walk north of the Con sites. The historic building has been beautifully maintained and the staff are warm, friendly and efficient. I'm impressed by and extremely satisfied with my experience there. There's no question in whether I would recommend this venue to family and friends...A B S O L U T E L Y!!!

I booked this hotel when traveling for a conference and I'm so glad I did! This hotel has quite a history and is in a nice area of town for shopping, dining and entertainment. The staff went above and beyond to help me and I would definitely stay again.

Great hotel and awesome staff! The hotel is the epitome of classic meets modern. I love staying here and will stay here every chance I get.

I love and appreciate historic architecture and this hotel is amazing! The room, while a bit snug, were gorgeous as well. No complaints. The staff was friendly and they were more than accommodating to all of my requests. I'd certainly recommend.

This was my first time to stay at the Georgian Terrace. Apparently, I came at a very busy time, as the hotel had been full to capacity the night before, which meant I was unable to check in early, as I had hoped. However, they were happy to store my luggage as I went out to my meetings. I arrived back at the hotel late after dinner, and was quickly given the keys to my suite. I was delighted to find that it was a large suite with a living room, full kitchen, nice bathroom, and a king-sized bed in the round tower room, which I adored. The suite was very comfortable and clean. I do wish I'd been able to spend more time enjoying it, but my business schedule limited that. My only complaint is that there were no lights in either of the two large bedroom closets. There was a good-sized safe in one of them, but without the light, it was impossible to see inside. I would be glad to return again on a future trip to Atlanta.

We requested a room with wheelchair accessibility and arrived to find that one was not available. Without an accessible bathroom it is impossible to shower and difficult to get into and around the bathroom. What should have been a lovely and easy stay was made unneccessarily difficult.

The hotel was excellent. The staff was very professional the room outstanding and a great location.

Stayed at the Georgian Terrace Hotel for a week long business trip. I was pleasantly surprised with how nice the hotel looked and how large and nicely furnished the rooms were. If I'm every in town again, I would definitely stay at this hotel again. It was very close and convenient to a lot of places to eat, and was close to the convention center.

Loved the hotel the only part that I saw needing some serious attention is the pool needs an update (painted and ladder steps were broke)

Great hotel in an ideal location next to shopping, entertainment and much much more! Great hotel with an accommodating, attentive staff. Is a must see when traveling to Atlanta either on business or pleasure!
