beautiful hotel and service is excellent. Long line at check in however went very quickly. Room with balcony is great however the floor is in a bit of disrepair. Simple fix will make it 100%.

Beautiful property and we need a suite but the property has declined more and more. We have stayed there twice a year for over 20 years. Right now the things that bother us the most are not cleaning the rooms every day, the doormen don't open your hard to open front doors, no vending machines or selection of snacks or medications, toothpaste, etc. and the fact that we can't call the front desk!

georgian!

Hotel was excellent! My wife came up for business, but this was an great last second accommodation that we found available for the one day we needed. We will make this our new spot for when we travel up for the same business meetings. The one negative was the restaurant in the lobby, breakfast was non-existent because of a lack of people to work. I waited a while for a table in a nearly empty restaurant only to give up when it was obvious the one table of customers was too much.
