Property was nice just very dusty

You can't beat the location and every time we're in ATL this is where we stay. Love it here!

Bathroom was very dirty. Could hear a lot of street noise in room.

I stayed in a room where the mechanicals did not work and ironically it was next to the mechanical room. The air did not work, the tv did not work and, I don’t know if the windows were supposed to work but I tried them for air. The room I was moved to, the tv still did not work. The beds were not good.

Enjoyed our 5 nights in the two bedroom suite. Staff was VERY friendly and responsive. Rooms could use some updating, but not bad at all! Reasonable rates!!!!

I enjoyed my stay immensely. The staff at the hotel was very welcoming. I was greeted every time I walked into the lobby. The wonderful ladies who worked at the front desk were so accommodating when our room needed to be change due to a minor plumbing issue. The customer service was impressive. This property is lovely and the staff was excellent, but we did have a couple of issues: 1) we booked a deluxe king suite for 3 nights, but when we arrived they put us in a deluxe suite with a queen-sized bed, and then had to shuffle us next door to the room with the king bed the next day; 2) the place needs some fixing up: there shouldn't be holes in the walls (there was a small hole in the wall in our first bathroom), and for those prices, the furniture should be real wood, not cheap fiberboard with the veneer peeling off, and the walls shouldn't be scuffed everywhere; 3) we wanted to order food from the restaurant in the basement, but they wouldn't take an order over the phone, so I stood at the bar for 20 minutes, being ignored by the only bartender on duty, until I finally just gave up and left. A place that charges these rates should offer top-notch everything. The front desk staff was great, the valets were great, but I'm not paying these prices again to stay in a place that really just needs some TLC that is sorely lacking.

Location to Fox was ideal but check in was slow

A picture in the room has broken glass which cut my finger. Then they changed my room, the new room AC a was not working, spent the whole night in 61 degrees.

I paid for a 2 bedroom suite and got a one bedroom with two queen beds. Claimed they over booked the hotel. There were cheese it’s on the chair in the room and it smelled like moth balls.

Staff was very friendly, beautiful building and good location near entertainment and restaurants. I had to try a couple different floors to find an ice maker that works, but not the end of the world.
