I had an overall great stay. The staff was excellent—friendly, attentive, and communicative throughout my visit. The room was spacious and comfortable, and while the food was simple continental fare, it was enjoyable. My kids especially loved the snacks and fishes in the lobby. The valet team was efficient, quick, and truly deserving of kudos. I had no issues during my stay and would happily return.

Room was dusty, coffee maker was not clean, bottled water is $9, the water cut off while I was showering and was not restored in time for me to shower before my event. The housekeepers begin knocking and opening your door two hour prior to checkout, disturbing my nap. I'll never return here.

The highlight was the staff: Richard in the lobby was caring and went out of his way to help us. Steven noticed I was looking for luggage carts, and he went out of his way and searched for a one around the hotel and brought it to our room; we really don't see this every day. Room was in great condition I wish breakfast would include Waffles for my kids, but breakfast was hot and good If you are coming to the Aquarium, Coca Cola, this is a great location.

They have where the elevators both work. That took way too much time trying to get up and down with all the people trying to check out in the morning. Barely even got the breakfast from how much time that took. I had an issue where I couldn't take a hot shower in my room so I had to switch to a different room. But as of right now they're crediting me my valet parking so I'm gonna be looking for that. All the staff are very friendly ... and the rooms are clean. I just was not expecting ballet parking and all that extra cost.

The hotel was clean and welcoming. We ended up arriving very late in the night and that didn't deter the staff demeanor. Every single staff member we came across was extremely kind and friendly. We would absolutely stay here again. It's a prime location for tourist viewing and good food.
