Too far from six flags

Staff was not friendly. Amenities were not opened when they were suppose to be. Room was not completely cleaned, drinks left in fridge from previous guest and fridge dirty. House keeping never came and they were suppose to come every other day. When I asked about it they said it had to be requested in advance but we did so at check in. They said they would supply the room with new towels & toilet paper (in the mean time) and those were never received.

Love the rooms

It seems like a lot people live here, nothing wrong with that but I prefer guests than residents. It was very loud due to the family living across the hall.

This hotel if your coming from out of town was not as advertised.

The Hotel itself has potential to be nice, however there have clearly been renovations made that are not finished for one, and for two don't seem to make much sense. The walls are paper thin so don't plan on any privacy in your room. Zero enforcement of any kind of smoking rules, people were smoking weed on the patio as well as in rooms and the whole place smelled like a skunk.

If you want convenient hotel to the tourist spots in downtown, this place is it. Right across the street from Aquarium, Coco Cola Center, and so much more. The staff is awesome! Super nice & helpful. Even the valet drivers were pleasant to see each day. With COVID-19, things are different as far housekeeping. They don’t have daily services so you have to trade out towels each day. The full Hyatt buffet we’re typically used to is now pre-packaged with small Jim Dean sausage biscuits, apples, muffins, etc..But seeing how things are with the pandemic, we made the most of it and still appreciated the hotel providing us great service. They have no self parking, only valet parking which is $40/night. I found that to be extremely expensive seeing how they aren’t even parking the car in a covered parking lot. Orbitz previously stated it was free parking. But that’s been recently changed. The room and bathroom were overall clean. The shower door should be replaced as it’s just glass that has gaps and water can easily flood the bathroom floor. My only complaint is that adjutant from the hotel are two nightclubs which from Thursday-Sunday draws a lot of partiers. May not be appropriate to stay with kids as we walked by many people hang around close to the hotel partying & twerking outside (no joke!). We didn’t get a chance to try out the pool because it was packed each day with partiers.

I liked some of the workers they had great customer service while others didn’t also they didn’t clean the rooms , I called down a few times and no one ever came.

I liked the view we initially had the 1st night, however the room wreaked of a foul septic smell in the bathroom and their was mold in the bathroom. The view from the room was great but we could not stay in the room and had to request another room. The staff responded quickly and provided us another room and sent maintenance immediately.

The overall experience here was satisfied. Please print and your staff and your teams that are around the hotel. Staff members did not know where to go just to get a water due to having run out of it at your snack counter.

Good service and friendly staff. Close to Aquarium!

The location, the staff and amenities were great. I will definitely stay at this hotel again while visiting Atlanta. The parking is pricey $40 per day, but the staff is very friendly.

It was a great place to stay. Very clean and everyone was nice and helpful.

Good location. Very friendly counter staff. Would stay again.

We liked the room. The room overall couldve been cleaned more thoroughly, there also should be complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby like most hotels do.

Thank you for your feedback! We apologize for the lack of urgency to provide you with housekeeping service. Unfortunately during the Covid-19 we are not servicing rooms but allowing guest to request bed linen, towels, blankets etc. Next time you stay hopefully this will not be the case. If so, please call the front desk for services.
