What a great place to stay when in ATL. It's in Inman Park area, beautiful neighborhood, lots of parkland as well as restaurants and shopping.The property itself is in excellent condition (considering it's over 150 years old). Get the Royal Suite if you can.

Sugar Magnolia is beautiful, immaculate, stylishly decorated with antiques and run with their guests comfort in mind. It's a special environment designed to make you feel welcome and cared for. The cottage suite worked well for us. A few steps from the main inn in which we had breakfast and also enjoyed sitting and reading. The location was close to a lot of attractions by car. The innkeeper, Kathryn, was very pleasant and helpful during our 5 days there. I highly recommend this B & B
