Smell of smoke in hallways, ripped and torn leather (big pieces) on chair - should have been replaces a long long time ago!

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Decent location, free parking. Room had broken light fixtures, had to move. Room keys constantly needed reprogramming. Limit dining in the area

Older property and can do with some upgrades. Staff was helpful, friendly, and responsive. Shower curtain dirty and needs to be thrown out. Old torn chair in room (awful to look at) but was changed promptly when told to Reception.

We had a dirty bathroom in our first room, then we were switched to another room the wash rags had pubic hair in them and roaches! Roaches in the elevator. They have a pool but never said on the website it wasn’t open! We will never stay there again!

Ants in the room, ac didnt work, floors stained, halls had trash in them, and bathroom was dirty.
This property is so deceptive by making the online pictures look good. Once me and my family arrived we had to be moved due to the horrible and unclean room that we was given. And the second room was just as bad, the bathrooms in each room was runned down with dirty tubs/bathrooms with hair and dirt in them before we even had a chance to take a bath. In addition to this the chairs was already ripped in both rooms along with filth behind the beds and dirty soiled floors. If it wasn’t for us being there to take our kids to six flags I would have demanded a refund. And to top it off I am pretty sure they have bed bugs because my husband and grandson had bites on there arms We will never ever stay in anything affiliated with this brand of hotels. They need to be shut down!
