Rooms were large. Parking is too expensive Nice restaurant and bar

Close to shopping. However lots of renovation at hotel. When got to room found a baggie and plastic container with white powdery substance. Immediately went to front desk and asked them to send someone to remove it. Cofeemate, illegal drug? Who knows? However it NEVER should have been left in room. Came back to room four hours later. Substance still in room. Took both down to front desk and expressed my displeasure with what I perceive to be poor customer service.

Nice hotel by all means and nice location in downtown Atlanta. Awesome indoor swimming pool and fitness center. Outstanding Hotel staff.

Nice hotel. Courteous staff and comfortable room. Overall a nice short stay.

Nice upscale luxury hotel in buckhead atlanta, 3 fashion shopping malls are within a mile radius.

It was ok. For the price room should have been bigger.

lengthy process of registration; concierge services less than adecuate

There were people smoking and drinking outside of the Conference Room. I had to repetedly walk by them each night leaving and returning to hotel from the self park lot. Friday evening i returned from a late dinner to a table full of used ash tfor and empty liquor bottles and glasses. I told the front desk staff and they responded that house keeping would eventually clean it up. This is no longer a 5 star hotel. I have stayed here in the past. There were several otter guestvhe next day complaining about the lobby condition. I also was charged more that the advertised price of $119 per night. The advertisement kept listing the Ritz Carlton whichbot used to be named. This was false advertising.

Although a last-minute stay (Funeral), I was happy to be able to be able to get 2 rooms over NYE weekend. Rooms are well-sized and recently updated. The beds are VERY comfortable. I stayed on the Concierge Level-and it was well worth it. The convenience of the dining area was a warm welcome at the end of a few very difficult days. . Highly recommend thus hotel. Staff very professional.

We planned on visiting Legoland and wanted to be close by, without sacrificing comfort. We could see Legoland from our window, and they had a poolside movie for the kids. We will be back for sure!

The service was excellent and the room was newly renovated and very comfortable. They had a festive atmosphere for the holiday season! We'll be back again soon!

Terrific...beautiful Hotel in a beautiful location Thank you!

Been staying here for 20 years. Consistent service, confortable, clean, perfect location...give this hotel five stars!!!!!

We had a great time and the staff is top rate. The driver to area restaurants and attractions is very helpful and allows you to enjoy your experience. Very nice.

The check in experience was horrendous and not befitting a Ritz-Carlton. I booked a king room, and was asked if a two double was acceptable. This check in person was told by a another check in person, that no kings were available. 15 minutes later, she gave me a king. A friend was checking in next to me and was told that his room was not ready ( 4:30 pm). He was then told for $100 extra, an upgrade room was available immediately. Really? What a joke! When the front of the house lies and puts a customer through this experience, this hotel deserves no further patronage until remedied! Please pass this along to The Ritz Buckhead!

Everything was excellent, the Ritz Hotel line is a gaurantee on top notch everything. Not to mention the Great breakfast Buffet.

Ritz was great. Pool area has been updated and children love it! Staff so helpful! Club level breakfast and snacks are wonderful. SO helpful buying Aquarium tickets through hotel so we did not have to wait in line.

Only problem was air conditioning, blew directly on me as I was sleeping, poor control of unit.

Great customer service and staff attitudes. One minor and I do mean minor, exception was at the coffee bar in the morning. There were two staff people standing behind the bar discussing some other staff person or incident, they did not acknowledge that I was there or say good morning. Not a big deal, but a hotel at this level is all about a warm and friendly staff. Otherwise our stay was excellent, room was very clean and comfortable. You can walk to just about anything you would want from this hotel. The very best shopping a large city like Atlanta has to offer.

Excellent service and overnight stay! Amazing breakfast.
