Pros- "Most" of your staff is polite and professional. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Cons- Rooms are too dated for being a "luxury" hotel, shower head also doesn't have any pressure. Light fixture was missing a cover in the bathroom. Found some hair in the tub upon check in. Complaints - Smell of marijuana throughout the entire lobby/main entrance was overwhelming. Signs for mandatory face masks are present, however, it was not enforced as many individuals were not wearing masks. My wife went downstairs to order breakfast from the restaurant this past Saturday morning after multiple phone calls to order from the room were unsuccessful, she was told it would only take 10 to 15 minutes but ended up waiting over half an hour for a very basic/small order. Front hostess who told us 10 to 15 minutes was also very rude. Made multiple mistakes, the first time she failed to include basic utensils so I had to come back downstairs for that. 2nd time we also noticed that cream/brown sugar was missing for the Hot tea we ordered. These items requested and written down for the waitress. Restaurant manager did apologize for the incident. Very bad experience at a 5 star hotel.

The stay was great.... great service, great staff.... all around great experience

The alarm clock woke me up at 6 AM. Watched a customer storm out of the breakfast café after I had waited half an hour to be seated; he was angry at not having been served for an hour and I eventually gave up as well. Was initially given the wrong room. Moved out one night early because the noise level over the weekend suddenly became deafening.

This hotel was nice and clean. Friendly staff and located near good shopping center.

Lovely hotel but very thin walls. had to deal with very active and loud sex in room next door 1AM-4AM and it was very difficult to sleep. When i complained, the front desk simply said sorry. Not acceptable. This place while clean is not on my list to return to and they have no value on the customer.

The renovations and furnishings were very nice. However, there was no valet or bellman service during my stay. The room wasn't cleaned well and I found someone else's leftovers were in the warm mini-fridge.

Biggest issue I had is my shower didn’t work in my original room, which was a room with the panoramic view. The staff was very helpful transferring to a different room with a working shower.

Very beautiful place to stay my only complaint is when valet brought back my car there was a weird odor in it but other than that it’s a very beautiful facility

I would like to really commend the staffs of the Whitley Hotel. We were treated as 5 stars guess from the time we checked in until the time we checked out 2 days later. I like to acknowledge Angie at check in. She was knowledgeable, thorough and most of all her professional attitude in making a customer really feel welcome. After learning of my fiancee Birthday she was comp at: check end, the bar, and the dining area. Everyone of the Whitley staffs exhibit true professionalism. The hotel is amazing from the art works, the furnishing, a nice comforting entrance way in front with a giant fireplace. The bar was dimly lighted with big screens TV's playing in the background. I loved the bar area it felt so inviting to you and the bartenders was amazing and courteous. Same with the dining facilities the food was served up fresh and hot. The staff treated us with the upmost professionalism and courtesy that my fiancee adimired. The room was very cleaned with sparkling lights. I mean nothing was out of place or looked damage. The bedding was fresh and linen changed each day. We really enjoyed that room. This was our first stay at Whitley Luxury Hotel. Believe me first impressions goes a long ways in customer satisfaction. My fiancee and I was very impressed with the Whitley and its whole concepts. I promise it will not be our last visit. A true 5 star experience for us, wow!

Room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm. Staff in lounge very rude

Loved the service, the fitness center and the pool. i didn't like the charge for valet parking
