My room was by the elevator which made it noisy every time someone went to the elevator I expected more counter space in the bathroom but I made it work. I found one bug in the bathroom and the safe didn’t work. The bed was comfortable and roomy. It was a close to attractions but I didn’t feel safe walking in the area. Homeless people are present in all the cities but they were very persistent in this area. I took a train to the hotel which wasn’t bad but I didn’t feel comfortable taking it back especially first thing in the morning. I didn’t drive because I thought it was ridiculous the charge for parking there. Taking a Uber/Lift was easy.

Valet (MJ) and bartender (DJ) were the best parts of our stay! They were both very knowledgeable and professional. The other staff I encountered were rude. They seemed inconvenienced any time we asked for anything. We weren’t told we needed pool bands to go to the pool, then we’re sent to get them after arriving at the pool. Once I went to get the bands they were out of them and said we’d be fine. When I asked the front desk about why I wasn’t given bands at check in I was told “there’s a signs that says you need bands”. When I went to check out I asked if the associate was ready for me to check out he begrudgingly said “I guess”. I feel like the service was not great most of the time. The positives would be DJ at the bar! He was wonderful! MJ the valet was also super helpful. The room and facilities were also nice.

We had an excellent stay at Courtland Grand. The staff and facilities were top notch. The hotel offers a valet service. We used the parking garage across the street (not affiliated with the hotel) and it was quite dirty and stunk due to the homeless issues. Again, not the hotel’s fault. Other than that, our stay was perfect.. I highly recommend!!!

Family with 2 little ones, 1st floor 2 double bed room pool access: Lobby and pool was pretty and clean but the room was a tragedy - dirty carpet(which sucks when you have a toddler), smelled musty and old, extremely small - toliet directly in front/between sink and tub, so no room to move around, if sitting on toliet my knees 4 inches from bathroom door, room similar in tightness, also ceiling so low, I'm 5'9" and head also touching. We tired to stay out of the room as much as possible because it was uncomfortable. Customer service with staff was ok, they answered my questions but just wasn't friendly or enthusiastic to do their job but that's common in Atlanta. When I first set up reservation, they said members elite get free parking, that was a lie! Very disappointed. Fitness rm had good equipment, nothing major but good enough for a quick workout. Good drinks and food at restaurant but the bartender was extremely rude. Denied my drink order because was exactly 930pm which I understood but then made a drink for a pretty lady that sat at the bar later. Period I would never stay there again.
Overall, the property was beautiful and very welcoming
