When we checked in the music was so loud that yph couldn't hear the staff person who was checking us in. Upon enteringnour room, we discoved the commode water running and was very loud. When i called the front desk, no one answered the phone. When i returned to the front desk, due to the loud music, staff could not hear the phones. Someone eventually came to the room to repair the commode. The person who came to repair the commode did not have all the parts needed to complete the repair and stated that he would be right back. He never returned. I eventually rigged the commode so that the water would run over night.

I stayed in room 807 and it has no insulation between the walls of the bathroom and the room, so you can feel all the flushes from the toilets and every time they open or close a faucet in the sink on the floors above.

Very nice but the bar righ near the receiption can be a bit annoying. When I arrived it was a bit hard to communicate with the guy at the front desk with the loud muscic and the crowd of people in the bar that leads out to the receioton area

The Starling is conveniently located in midtown with easy to walk to coffee, dining and grocery options, and Piedmont Park. The rooms are beautiful, clean, comfortable and it felt very safe. Staff was kind and helpful. Love this spot and will be back.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Very walkable to a lot of things for eating and drinking. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Bellhops were great with our luggage too!

The location near Piedmont Park, the High Art museum and a good selection of eateries was very good, safe, quiet and scenic. The room was large and comfortable though there were a few design choices that I thought were impractical for me as a business traveler. Vibe in the lobby in evenings is party and music. Pool is closed “for the season”
