parking a little steep per day but if you want to park for free, there is street parking but you are risking your car being broken into. staff was amazing. our first night was a little inconvenient with a broken shower. brought it up to staff attention and they sent engineering right up even though it was late. they couldn’t remedy the situation but they were able to meow switch us rooms the next day. other than that small inconvenience, i would say this hotel is a must pick. theres plenty of amenities and dinning options. the food hall offers alot to choose and theres restaurants around the hotel as well. two thumbs up.

The room was not sanitarily cleaned. There were belongings in room left from the previous guests. Stain on the sheets. There was spit or fluid dripping down on the lower window and stains on the sofa. Also the pocket door to the bathroom fell on my toe the morning we were checking out, and I reported that to front desk along with other complaints, but there was not even so much as a sorry for your inconvenience or anything. This hotel really needs to be inspected and given some type of reduction. It was a very uncomfortable stay at the least. I think I should be compensated in some type of way for this horrible experience.

I had a great stay at The Starling. The customer service was wonderful from start to finish. Staff were friendly, attentive, and very responsive. Room service was great, and any time I needed something or had a question, they responded quickly and professionally. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience, and I would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is top tier. The room was well kept and the house keeping team did a phenomenal job at keeping the room clean and furnished with clean towels. I was impressed from the moment I stepped foot onto the pavement. The conceirge team was impressionable, courtesy and polite. Having the food court attached as well as the outside shopping center was a plus. You did not have to travel far for food. Just rememeber that everywhere is cashless. I enjoyed my stay and my family who lives in Georgia was impressed with the hotel as well. I will be back and as a Hilton Honors member this hotel will be added to the top of my list.
