I did not check in in the premises, since my flight is cancelled because of the COVID-19. I hope the hotel will give me a chance to use it or rebook it in another date or branch.

It was very clean and nicely updated. It was very convenient to our concert. Valet parking was quick.

When we checked in there was no mention made that the room I booked was not available. I had booked a room with two double beds and a balcony. The room I was given was a king with no view or balcony. I called the front desk and they said there was a maintenance issue with my room and they would move me to my room for Saturday night. On Saturday I called the front desk and they told me to leave everything in my current room and while I was out for the day they would move our luggage to our new room. When we arrived back at the hotel we were given new keys to a new room that was (once again) a king room with no balcony and the new room DID NOT have our luggage. We went back to the desk where we were told that our luggage had been brought to a differnt room but they were not sure which room and there were no rooms with double beds and a balcny available. After 30-45 mintues they finally found our luggage and they bumped someone else to get us in the right room. It was a disaster.

Service was personal and exemplary. All of the staff worked over and above to make our trip to Atlanta special. Southern Hospitality was very evident here. Room was clean and well appointed.

Ice maker area had terrible odor. Rooms smaller than appear. Balcony was beautiful! Tub was small. No nice robes

I loved this hotel. It’s in a great location. The staff were so friendly and helpful.

Need washer and dryer for guests to clean their own laundry Problematic elevator

The apperance was very unique. I also loved the conveience to various attractions in the area

TV was not working took staff over a hour to switch my room

Excellent staff, wonderful and spacious room. I have already recommended the hotel to a colleague who travels to Atlanta for business.

Nice staff clean hotel would’ve been nice to know in advance that parking was VALET ONLY at 38 dollars per night! No other choice but to valet AT THIS HOTEL for that reason alone I would not stay here again !

Had to call someone over twice to get my luggage from the luggage room. The mattress was thin and out of shape. I was told by the staff millions were put into the property but I just didn't see it. The brunch at the resturant was very mediocre.

When I arrived at the hotel, I thought that I was in store for an awesome experience. Unfortunately, the guy who checked my fiancé and I in wound up charging my debit card an additional $598.00. This happened the 1st day I arrived and I was scheduled to stay at the hotel for 3 nights before returning back home. This really made my stay unpleasant because it was my fiancé’s birthday and I was planning to buy her a luis Vuitton purse, but couldn’t since I had to wait 3-5 days for my money to be reimbursed to my account. It also caused me to have an unpleasant trip because we couldn’t do all of the activities I had originally planned due to low finances that should’ve been in my account. I had been planning for this trip for months and things turned upside down at arrival because of this mistake with the desk clerk.

The location is great. The parking attendant are good and brave yourself for $38 night parking. Check in was OK. As I got to the room I received a text from the lobby. I was impressed with that. I had a toilet issue with the tank filling every 5 mins. I text back and said that was the only issue. It was never repaired the entire 5 nights! The last night my room was not made up. Told it would be and it was.
