Lobby and grounds were amazing! Restaurant, bars, and staff were amazing. Room was a little disappointing for a Crown Plaza. Mini fridge was broken so no cold drinks. Bedroom was ok but bathroom was small. Overall was a decent place but guess I expected more from the Crown Plaza.

I paid extra for the morning breakfast, but when I asked about it at the restaurant the next morning I wasn't allowed to just grab food at the grab and go buffet. I had to sit down and do a whole restaurant thing and I never had time for that in the morning so I couldn't even eat breakfast at the hotel I paid money for. It was odd to me they had no quick option even after i paid extra for it. Also this hotel has a small indoor pool and no hot tub. There's really not extra parking around so you're forced to valet or pay $25 a night for the garage. It was a fancy looking hotel with a lot of weird things that actually just made it less convienent.
