No complaints, a good hotel to stay in with places to go in the proximity.

The hotel is very nice on the outside and he lobby and restaurant are great. They have a shuttle that will take you to the Marta which is great . However, the rooms have Connecting doors, and if your neighbors have their door open, it can be problematic. There were 10 people in ONE room next to up that talked all night long. We called the front desk and were told they’d take care of it, but that didn’t happen. Won’t stay here again.

The hotel is in a great location right across from Perimeter Mall and close to multiple restaurants and shopping. It has a lovely lobby and the staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The room was just a bit dated with paint peeling on the ceiling of the shower. Bathroom shelves, where towels were kept, needed dusting at the back ends. The room was equipped with a coffee maker and fridge, but I had to request a microwave. It was immediately provided. The restaurant was appealing and the food very good, but a bit pricey. A chicken quesidilla (?sp.), one of the cheapest options, was $14. Parking was complimentary which was a big plus. I would recommend this hotel provided you are not looking for an upscale room.

Arrived for the weekend for work. Air conditioner didnt work at all whole weekend. Maintenance stayed in my room till after 12 midnight to let me know compressor wasnt working. I had to be up at 5 for work so couldn't move rooms. Had to use a fan the whole weekend. Toilet had a dirty ring around it. Light bulbs was out. Asked them to bring bulbs. Never brought. The hot and cold was messed up in bathroom sink. Scalded my hands several time. Horrible stay!

Very bad experience I was not able to check in at the time that I arrive I was told I had to wait three hours before my check in. I had to spend the night at another hotel. And I wasn't able to get my refund back

Very nice property with a great gym and indoor pool. My only complaint was not having toilet paper the first night and no one brought it until the next day after calling the front desk to request a roll.

My wife both nights got a Electric reaction sleeping in the bed Destroying our plans , hotel did not offer a refund

Excellent staff throughout - friendly, accommodative and eager to please.

Hotel is good, parking could be improved, basement parking space gets full, tough to find spots due to lot of double parking. Breakfast buffet is too pricey, better to have continental breakfast.

Hotell is very nice. Across the street from nice mall and a lot of nice restaurants. Stayed there again last week.

My friend and I came to Atlanta on an overnight shopping trip and wanted to treat ourselves to a nice hotel. Very clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, valet was great. We had dinner in the restaurant that night and it was really good! Comfy beds, would definitely stay here again!

Hotel met all expections, staff was attentive, from valet, front desk to housekeeping. Easy location to restaurants across the street as well as shopping. Great place to stay while visiting Atlanta, easy access to I-85 via I-285.

staff friendly, room clean, conveniently located to perimiter mall.

My stay here was excellent. The staff at the hotel were courteous and extended themselves to satisfy all my requests. The hotel provided shuttle service to the business I was visiting every time I asked for it. The environment of the hotel is beautiful. There are tables outside in the gorgeous environment. I felt like a queen.

Hotel is beautiful. Very clean. Friendly and professional staff. The location is ideal. Shuttle service within a 2 mile radius was great. I was able to check in a little earlier than check-in time. That was greatly appreciated as I was so tired. Excellent room service. I will definitely still here again.

I travel a lot for work and have done so for many years. In all my travels, I have never had a hotel staff be so attentive, so friendly or so accomodating. Not one day went by or a single instance that either I passed them or they passed me that that person did not smile and greet me. In the restaurant, they were always on top of anything I needed sometimes before I aksed. The hotel itself is very nice, the lobby/atrium is quite beautiful. The rooms are nice, adequate and aside from the usual idiots that come in drunk in the middle of the night, the rooms were pretty quiet. My only compalint was the bed, I thought it was uncomfortable and the pillows too hard. I was there for a week and it was at least 3-4 days before I was able to sleep through the night on it. The workspace was satidfactory and the hotel layout was simple and easy to navaigate.

This hotel was a compleat bust for me. I'm not sure if I had my hopes too high because of the four stars I seen. But the hotel look as if it was a four star 10 years ago. It was so dated. In the lobby the water feature wasn't working, I had to always look for the valet service, it took forever to get anyone up to the room. On the last night I needed a extra blanket and it never made it up to my room after calling it up. After complaining about it all I got was excuses saying that this was a off-season because of the Thanksgiving holiday. Really???? Also lipstick was on my pillow cover. Yuck!

The hotel is about 25min from Atlanta International Airport which is great. They had complimentary parking with option for valet. The inside of the hotel had 2 restaurants but they have business casual attire required. I ate across the street at Maggiano's which I heard was better than the food at the hotel, which you'd wait an hour for. I have been to other 4 star hotels that the staff was more welcoming than this one.

The grounds and lobby are very nice. The location is across from the Perimeter Mall and near numerous restaurants. The onsite restaurants provide good value, especially for a hotel. The rooms are somewhat dated, as is the health club. The indoor pool is nice but seemed to have too much chlorine. There isn't a hot tub, which was somewhat disappointing. Overall, a decent hotel at a good location but I wouldn't say that it is luxurious or deserving of 4 stars.

I was very upset that the two main resteraunts were closed for private parties. We had to leave the facility to find a place to have dinner.
