The iron and coffee maker did not work. Parking was very expensive compared to surrounding garages, i.e, three times higher. The average night parking garage costs $8, whereas the Crowne Plaza costs $23 per day.

I've stayed at this hotel a few times and although it is outwardly beautiful I had several problems that will prevent me from ever staying here again. Although there is a parking garage it is completely cramped and you will have to fold in half just to get out of your car. Not only that but my card didn't work to get in or out of the parking garage the entire time. One of the days I waited ten minutes for someone to answer to let me out of the parking garage. There wasn't many people there the first day but then per usual a conference was held which made it difficult to park. All of the elevators smelled like weed (which is more of a guest issue than the actual hotel). I hate it because I've loved this hotel
