Typically a great stay!! But this time they put me in the wrong room, failed to give me my vouchers. Zero accountability for mistake. I had to ask for a refund. When I went to check on the refund I was referred to by my last name only. We are not friends so I don’t expect to be address in such a manner

Lovely hotel with lots of character and charm. My room was very comfortable and clean. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. My room was quiet and relaxing. The lobby was warm and welcoming. Nice bar and restaurant on site. I would definitely stay here again.

Love love the Sylvan hotel. Greeted very nicely when I checked in. But I had to bring the issue of the elevators to the front desk three times. I requested more towels and they never arrived. The bathrooms in the lobby were not clean at all. This used to be an excellent stay. But the attention to details has gone out the window.
