My experience was great. The room was lovely and very clean. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The view of the parking garage wasn't the best but I wasn't concerned about this. The breakfast is the star of the weekend. The offerings here are better than I've seen at other hotels. It was definitely yummy. The pool area was a nice spot for the guys but I wish there was something more exciting like air hockey in that space. I like that the hotel was away from all the craziness of Downtown but it was a smidge farther than I would have liked. Overall, staff and hotel were amazing. I would definitely go back.

I enjoyed my stay for the most part because hotel was clean. Most of the staff was very friendly and helpful except for the lady that made the omelets in the mornings, she was rude and barely would say good morning. I think that is not the first thing you want to see in the morning when you first get up is someone that looks as if they hate their job. Other than her the rest of staff was friendly and breakfast was satisfying and there was a pool table that was an added bonus.

The room was very comfortable and clean, and the staff was very nice. They had a young bartender at the cafe who went out of his way to make every guest feel welcome and not only made excellent drinks but offered excellent service as well. The food menu, while very limited, offered some interesting choices and both dishes that I tried were excellent.

This hotel was really nice. The room was clean. The kitchen was a nice size. The bed was comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. Also, the breakfast was great. There's a lot of nearby shopping & food, if you didn't bring anything to cook. I never had to travel more than 10 miles. In addition, the traffic in this area didn't seem as heavy as it is known to be in other parts. I'm planning to move to Atlanta, but if I ever needed a hotel again, I would definitely stay here.

The location was close to where I wanted to be.. I didn't know this was a pet friendly hotel !

Great hotel, great breakfast. Google maps will take you somewhere totally different.

We notified the hotel twice, once with online registration and thru a phone call that my husband traveled with a service dog. We were questioned and challenged by Cameron, the desk clerk. You would think a hotel like Hyatt would know the disability law and recognize a service dog who was identified thru vest and markings with a disabled veteran. Cameron was not polite, did not welcome us, did not give us any hotel info like breakfast hrs, where our room was, etc. other than him, the hotel was nice but our trip was marred because of it.

It was really good vacation. Hotel is perfect for family. You have everything what you need. Really modern design with good quality. Clean and simple.

Great value for the money, excellent breakfast & free parking was my main reason for selecting a hotel outside of the downtown area. GPS directions were off but they said they were working with Google to get everything straighten out.

The rooms were very clean and the bed felt was amazing. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I will be staying here again the next time I visit Atlanta!

In middle of everything. Free breakfast. Big rooms. Great price.

Excellent hotel in every sense, for a business traveler - location, amenities, price - all perfect!

Very nice staff greeted us as we entered and exited the hotel. Modern design and clean! Would definitely stay here again.

When I arrived at this hotel I was pleased with the way everything was laid out. Very clean and modern looking. The personnel at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming. The layout of the room was great plenty of room in the sleeping area as well as the bathroom. The only issue that I had was the watery eggs at the breakfast buffet. The omelet station made up for that though. I had to use the restroom in the lobby area and was very disappointed. There were no paper towels to dry your hands and the trash was over flowing. There was a hand sanitizer dispenser outside of the bathroom, but that was out of order. I informed the front desk and they said they would have the cleaning staff fix it. Other that these two issues I was very pleased with this hotel.

The hotel was very good, better then I expected. Service was amazing and we plan on staying there again in the future.

Great stay in a convenient location! Comfortable beds and good breakfast!

Very accessible to highway, shopping and restaurant. I enjoyed the room however, the bed was little hard for my liking and not completely made and there were used towels hanging in both bathroom and kitchen. These things made me extremely nervous about the cleanliness of the room. The market selection was disappointing for my late night arrival but the greeting and courteous service made up for it. The weekend temperature and selection for breakfast were much better. Parking is over crowded at night.

Great location for meeting - food and shopping nearby

Awesome in so many ways..shopping, dining, easy access to interstates & downtown...clean and quite rooms, great customer service.

Wow! Wow a beautiful hotel! The lobby is bright and open & the staff welcomed me when I checked in. The room was great, no complaints. I stayed in the king suite with the kitchen. It had everything you would need to cook whatever. I didn't get a chance to eat breakfast there but the dining area was packed as I was leaving so it must have been delicious. If you are staying in the area & like modern hotels, this is your spot!
