I really like my Residence Inn's and want to like each one I visit, however, this one was one of my least favorites. The location alone warrants this place to be one of the best, but it fell very short! The hotel is set up weird and the parking is tight and minimal spaces. It's as if you must get there before 8pm to secure a space. The size of the room was fine, but the furniture needs HELP! Rooms need an upgrade and a few other issues so it will be up to the Residence Inn quality. My room had a microwave and fridge that didn't work, a call was made to the front desk and we were moved quickly. The issue about room #2 was the door and how is wasn't blocking light from the hallway because there was a crack in it due to it being off centered. All in all the hotel is decent for its purpose. We weren't there for most of the day, so we could deal with the small quirky things that went of.

Was in town visiting family and as there was limited availability in the city due to sweet sixteen tournament play, we ventured here. What a nice surprise. Staff was very courteous & great breakfast in the morning. We had a queen suite that was perfect for our party of 3. The room had a full size refrigerator and microwave and would be perfect for a much longer stay. Bed and pull out sofa were comfortable. The property had a beautiful pool area with a basketball court that I’m sorry to say we had to miss (was too cold and we were only here for an overnight). Great property and would highly recommend.

This hotel was comfortable, clean, had friendly staff and great breakfast. The shuttle service to the mall and target worked out great. Management and staff were all friendly and helpful. I will be back!

This place was ok, the Parking lot is terrible. you will either hit the Wall or the Car next to you so you have to be very Careful. The Room was ok but it was warm and when you adjust the AC it never got colder it was like a fan on so this place is just ok and I like the location but I don't know if I will stay here again...and someone was smoking weed on my floor the whole entire weekend.....I was like the wooooow...

The only real benefits to this hotel is the Marriott name...I was able to get points and the bed was comfy. Room was also ready well ahead of time. However, the building is poorly designed and the service is ok. The building is a big U with the office/breakfast in center building that seems to be disconnected from the rest of the building. So we had to walk outside to get to breakfast or to replace lost room keys. Inconvenient in general, but especially when it is cold and rainy. Stairs were incredibly difficult to locate and elevators seemed poorly placed and only led to the parking lot. Perhaps it was due to being able to be checked in early, but we had to put the trash bags in the cans ourselves and there weren’t any sheets to put on the sofa bed. Breakfast was ok, but we’ve had better at other Marriotts. Sofa was comfy and nicely sized and desk was spacious with good light.

We had no intention on spending the night in Atlanta. However, when our flight was canceled this place took great care of us! The room was quiet, clean and very comfortable. Bed was very comfortable. They arranged transportation for us. Should we need a room in the area again we would definitely return. (Finding the entrance was a little tricky, but worth it!)

Check in was quick and relatively easy. The room was clean and comfortable for our quick two day trip. One negative is guest are not able access to the lobby without walking outside. This was inconvient due to the harsh winter weather.

We discovered that the Ground Fault Interrupter outlet by the vanity (GFIs are required by law for safety for bathrooms and other places where water might be present) was not working. That means we had to connect items we used near the vanity to an unprotected outlet around the corner. We brought it to the attention of the front desk and asked for it to be fixed. When we checked out two days after arrival, it had not been fixed. That was the only issue we had. The breakfast attendant was exceptional. The front desk clerk who handled my repair request was clueless. Some things need to be fixed for convenience. Some need to be fixed for comfort. But when it is a matter of safety, it needs prompt attention. It did not get any attention. It therefore gets a 3/5.

Check in....front desk is badgering women in front of me about her service dog. Asked a ton of questions then demanded pw (which the women had). Bed is super squeaky. Can hear everything in every other room. Needed more pillows & frt desk told me i should have enough (meaning no pillows for my back issues). Pool was closed due to weather....80 to 85 and sunny for next 4 days according to tv & phone. Breakfast is really bad for a Residence Inn & pretty bad for even a 2star hotel. Ac works, only a little mold in bathroom, floors seem clean, beds overall are adequate, staff is rude at best, close to hi end shopping & in a seemingly safe neighborhood. In the end cant recommend.

Ugly, disgusting, dirty, basketball teams being run in and out, pitiful breakfast with powdered egg, no shrubbery or flowers, tired decor, UGH - walls are paper thin, pool has no shade, pool is unsupervised and basketball players out of control
