Hotel staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to shopping venues and workout facilities. Free shuttle service to nearby location. Would definitely stay again.

Everyone was nice and the room was nice and we really enjoyed the hot breakfast plus they something different for breakfast each day and the location was perfect

Nice hotel, friendly service, close to Emory. All of our requirements were met. We enjoyed our stay.

Two elevators only. Room to breakfast location takes ten minutes including walking outside in rain. Finding your room requires maze route skills. Breakfast is average at best. Location of hotel is very good. Staff is average. Bed is average. Sofa bed is awful.

I am not a neat freak, but I was uncomfortable with the dirtiness of the room. I stayed 4 days. The room was never vacuumed. The bed was just thrown together. The "cleaning" staff loaded the dw but didn't turn it on. Alos, the staff at the front desk said it would be easy to connect to the internet. "No problem!" they declared. Well, I waited 15 minutes for the IT people to pick up the phone (they never did) and two trips back to the front desk to get it working.

Greeted warmly and efficiently, large rooms, full breakfast and good happy hour with food. Quiet location, but not very accessible without a car.

Terrible thing happed. After take a bath, water came kitchen area and closet and outside the room also fortunately living area was okay.We suppose it is plumbing problem. It was worst experience our trip.

Staff and management are forthcoming and willing to everything it takes to make you happy. Room is very well appointed, extra large size and has everything you need to stay more than a couple of nights. The kitchen is fully equipped and the hotel can even buy your grocery items, if you want. The social gathering in most evenings can be quite interesting.

ROOMS ARE VERY ROOMY AND VERY ADEQUATE FOR BUSINESS TRAVEL AND THEY HAVE A NICE EXCERCISE ROOM. THEY ARE ABOUT ONE OF THE ONLY HOTELS THAT HAVE A FREE AFTERNOON SOCIAL ASWELL ASD A FULL BREAKFAST. THE STAFF IS ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. I WILL BE STAYING HERE EVERY TIME I DO BUSINESS IN ATLANTA!

It was really nice i like it alot. And did i mention it was nice!

We were able to get a suite with two separate queen bedrooms and 2 full baths, with sitting room and kitchen in between. Perfect arrangement as my brother and I were traveling together to visit family. Each had his own separate room and bath for less than two rooms in comparable hotel. Connecting good sized sitting room with sofa bed and kitchen which was well equipped except no toaster. Not too important as breakfast is included. Rooms very clean, new, pleasant in a standard 3 star way. Comfortable beds. Location good for us (depends where you want to be of course ), quiet, suburban, in wooded neighborhood. It's near upscale Lenox Square area, though I'm not sure how long a walk it would be to there or to public transportation. Pleasant helpful staff, convenient free parking. I took one point off for comfort only for sofa bad which was quite uncomfortable as a couch, tho fine once we put our bed pillows to lean on.

Hotel was very clean, great area, and wonderful staff. I look forward to staying there in the near future.

I really enjoyed my time at the Residence Inn. The service was great, although room service started amazingly early each day. I wasn't really used to that. The room was fairly clean. I'm a neat freak, so the bathroom could've have been a little cleaner for me. Not a major issue though. Parking was convenient, and FREE! The hotel was really nice; however, it could use an update. Right now, it's a bit 90's Country. Overall, it was a great place to stay, and I'll consider returning when I visit Atlanta again.

the breakfast served at the hotel was the worst that I had for years maybe. The taste was no good, the breakfast area was small, there was no coffee when I get to the breakfast area. So I really am not happy about that.

Wonderful place to stay! I was there Mother's Day weekend. All mothers were given a single red rose at breakfast. B'fast was very good with attentive staff. Room was very clean and comfortable.

Checkin was quite slow. The check in person was not very professional. The room was big, clean with a 42" flat panel TV. Free wifi. Breakfast was simple but very good. The best hotel if you are visiting AT&T in Buckhead. Buckhead shopping area is a mile from te hotel.

Almost perfect. Friendly staff. Easy access to all of Atlanta. With parking in Atlanta a premium it was nice to return to the hotel at night and know a spot was waiting for you. Would stay there again.

When we arrived the staff took very good care of getting us checked in and to our room. [...] was friendly and made us all feel welcome. The room was ready for us and it was clean and nothing was missing. It was easy to get to our room and to leave the hotel. The transportation that the hotel offered was perfect for our visit to the mall. The breakfast offered to us was amazing. There was a wide choice for everyone and we all enjoyed making and eating the waffles. Thanks to everyone at the Hotel for making our short visit GREAT!!
