Location and amenities are great. Staff at the front desk is fine but restaurant staff in Sway were rude and service was terrible. Elevators were packed and took 10 mins to arrive due to FBLA (High School) convention going on.

Nice hotel, exceeded all expectations from valet service to check in and amenities.

Beautiful atrium indoors and the glass elevators are awesome. Pool was closed even though heated and you have to park valet $40 overnight, which was a downer.

The pillows are flat and terrible! We took a single queen and it put us in the Radial Tower with a tiny triangle room, queen bed with a hard mattress that had a dip in the middle with 3 flat pillows. Worst sleep I've had this vacation.

Two things: The valets in the hotel entrance are not polite and bad moody . There’s no activities for kids. Even a swimming pool ( access was closed). I paid priority all costs, stay, breakfast and taxes etc. and they chatged for I don’t know what.

The room I had was too small. Like a cracker jack box. Everything else about the hotel was great. I just didn't like the size of the room.

-bathtub didn't drain the 1st day, after maintenance cleaned it they left dirty towels on the bathroom floor. - Hairdrier kept turning off- got replaced by the end of the day - Radio / clock was broken- took 2 calls to get replaced - Gym : only 1 recline bike and the plug for earphones was broken - Wifii: "included " Wifii requires repeat "registration" to get access, not simple like other hotels with just a password.

Loved the room and felt super homey but modern. Will for sure stay again

It took a couple of times to get a pack and play for our baby but the manager made sure we were taken care and personally came up to meet us to make sure our expectations were met. We stayed for a few days and I had asked where the nearest store was so I could get some milk for my baby. The manager offered a few bottles to bridge us by. I highly suggest using the text message features for questions of request for toothbrush or crib. It's very easy to use and the staff is very prompt about answering. Coming from DFW/Texas everyone here is polite and very friendly. I applaud the residents of Atlanta for their kindness and hospitality. So polite as to giving up seating for my children and shielding my kids from the cold while waiting to be seated at restaurants.

Check in was quite smooth, my room looked a bit chipped up, bathroom had a stench from being too wet in the bath area, tooth brushes were super cheap quality, shaver that I received broke, and the downstairs lobby bathroom water doesn’t really work well. For $200+ a night, definitely not worth it. The beds were comfortable but there were no heavy blankets. Also, there was some convention so you could hear a lot of loud drunk people at the bar echoing up to the 19F. The layout of the hotel is quite dangerous. If you’re drunk or blind, you could probably fall over and die. Elevators in the middle of the building with clear windows so you can feel the fear of heights. Breakfast downstairs was very delicious and the service was just ok. I waited a while to get my order taken and the greeter didn’t really even try to get the waitress for me and just said “I’m not a waitress” lol come on...at least try to help out? Staff were pretty nice too and friendly. Location is pretty convenient since there’s a lot of nice bars and restaurants near by. I think you’re paying more for the location and the decor of how it looks but I still don’t think it was work the money. Probably would not stay here again. Thank you though.

The hotel is huge! I ended up in the radial tower, there are 3 elevators in a circle. Each time you get off you have to reorient yourself so you can find which corner your room is in.

The hotel was wonderful. Although I had to ask for an extra blanket and it was very noisy very late.

Very nice hotel in a convenient location near many attractions and MARTA.

We love this hotel and look forward to returning. I will recommend Orbirz and the Hyatt to others.

Friendly staff clean hotel room. Good location & walking distance too eatery

EXTREMELY small the city view that we booked was of other hotel rooms and concrete ground. Room was very clean staff was very nice. Valet was behind took us over 30 mins to get them to take our keys

Stay was just “OK”...room was dusty, dirty rag/cloth was left hanging on shower rod, and the garage was full, so I had to park off site...a total inconvenience since I had to WALK from and to a garage around the corner, while hauling my suit case up and down four flights of stairs! Overall, the staff was really nice and friendly.

Loved it nice and clean with a great view of the city

Excellent hotel and much better than the Hilton near by.
