The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The room I had, a double, was spacious. The beds were lumpy though, and the pillows were small. We could have used a microwave in the room as well. Overall, I liked the hotel very much.

Very nice hotel. We were greeted with some wonderful fruit flavored water as we stood in the check in line. They did not have a shuttle from the airport exclusively for the hotel but Uber is so easy to use that it was no problem. Of course, the distinctive glass elevators were right in the center of the lobby. The hotel restaurants were excellent although I can't speak for the Polaris as we did not find the time to dine there. Everything a tourist would want to experience is within walking distance or an easy Uber ride away. Highly recommend.

I geberally like Hyatt hotels. I was glad to find one across the street from my meeting. Unfortunately, my room needed work. Both sets of drapes were dropping, and there was no light over the desk. Also, the room service breakfast was awful. (I wanted to try Southern biscuits and gravy, but I didn't know they're hard as rocks, uncuttable with a fork, and covered with raw green onions.) When I mentioned this to the person at check out, she couldn't care less. Overall, pretty good, but enough problems to taint my visit.

The room was smalller than expected--smaller, I believe, than any room I've stayed in in the US! However, It did accommodate the queen-size bed. The bathroom was also small. We stayed in the hotel's "Radius Tower," an area that looked as if it had been carved out of another space altogether, perhaps explaining the smaller-than-anticipated room size.

Arrived with a group who were all able to check in and get their rooms. They woman told me my room was not ready yet and she would call when it was. This was 11am. I was able to get into a room after midnight. The room was super hot and the bathroom smelled of mildew. Horrific.

At first glance, it seems like a really nice hotel but once we got to the room, it was disappointing. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower doesn't adjust. They also advertised a balcony but you can't go out there. It's just a sliding glass door. Also, a place that charges over $200/night for a room could afford to provide free water instead of $5 bottles already in your room. The most frustrating part was that you don't pick up you car where you drop it off at the valet and nobody said this until we had been standing outside for about 10 minutes and then the valet guy said we had to go down 2 floors. You would think they would mention this when you valet or check in. Also, the valet is mandatory and $35/night. I've stayed in nicer hotels in downtown Atlanta for much less. Don't waste your money.

Very nice hotel that served my needs perfectly. I happen to like boutique-style (small) rooms, so I was very happy with my accommodations.

Hotel is a State of Art with quiet rooms that you hardy hear running water when Flashing!

Hyatt Regency Atlanta has an Excellent location, and a wonderful and great staff . The rooftop restaurant is worth a trip for a drink .

It is a good hotel and at a good location but we dont find anybody to help us at many a times and especially in the evenings

In October 2016 , I requested and paid for a room with two queen size beds for 09 DEC 16, to 12 DEC 16, on checking night the Hotel Clark informed me that my room was not available . They gave me a room with a king size bed and a rollout bed . My room didn't come available in three days . My wife and daughter slept in the king size bed and I slept in the rollout bed . I am a 62 years old retired U S Army veteran. Is this the way the Hyatt treat on the veterans ? Johnnie M . Simpson SFC/E-7 Retired U S Army

Good location, friendly staff, please include breakfast in your reservation .. it is good. Self parking is a good option.

We usually like this hotel and stay whenever we are in Atlanta. This time around not so much. The staff was nice as always. Our problem was the hotel was empty yet told us they had no extra pillows for us. The pillows we had were awful. The thermostat was broken so it was like a heat box. We got the deal that offered breakfast, no one once told me my children weren't included in that deal. When we asked where can we go for a great restaurant experience. Not one person mentioned the restaurant upstairs. We didn't find out till we checked out. It was supposed to be a fun experience for the family and we high tailed out of there before check out time. Sad, because that place was special to us.

Beautiful Hotel! I really enjoyed my stay. The only problem i have with this hotel is...I asked for a balcony only to find it useless because it is only a foot wide! That was a huge deal to me! The rooms should be as luxurious as the hotel it's self. I had trouble getting my car back from valet! I was not given enough information on this. I was charged 70.00 (35.00 per day) for two days of parking when i was told it would be 30.00 per day by Orbit !

The hotel was great! The only downside was sticker shock for breakfast. Went into the restaurant for breakfast buffet before checking out. The food was good, so that was a plus. But it wasn't $22 for a buffet good. It was $47 for my wife and I to eat a breakfast buffet. So if you want something quick, go down to the food court that is connected to the hotel.

Everything was great except that didn't have hot water in shower one evening and one morning--didn't complain, however, since this was Atlanta and I was always warm. When I told the staff, they were right on it.

The room was very nice with a good view of downtown.

Wasn't able to check in until very late in the day--after 4 pm and there were a lot of people camped in the lobby waiting for their rooms. Staff were courteous and helpful. Room had a bit of a weird layout and it was hard to find outlets that worked well for charging or keeping devices plugged in, but beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Being located right next to the Peachtree MARTA station was a huge bonus.
