It was a good property and updated physical plant. The thing that was very disappointing was that Valet was full and the valet staff on Friday December 5th was overwhelmed and told me there was no room to valet. They sent us with vague directions to an offsite parking and expected us to carry bags from the off site. Thankfully I pressed them on that and unloaded at the hotel. If not I would have had a 9 minute walk to the property with my luggage. Terribly not planned for a busy weekend. I had to either walk or rent a scooter to get to car daily. This morning when I left at 5:00am with it dark it wasn’t the safest. This is my main complaint. Other than this the property and staff were good. Just think figuring out better options for parking on a big weekend is crucial to the customer experience and safety.

I stayed there for 5 nights. I was in their Radiance tower. The room is small and cramped, bathroom and floor seem very outdated. It was very loud since some of the rooms in this tower are few feet from a busy intersection. For a 5 night stay they probably should have allocated me a quieter room. Big disappointment after you get through their nice, big lobby! The hotel it self is at a convenient location- right across MARTA, food courts at The Hub, Georgia Aquarium etc.

The hotel’s location is excellent, and everything was very clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming throughout our stay, which I really appreciated. However, the breakfast was quite limited for the price of the hotel — I expected more variety. Also, the hotel’s restaurant, Polaris, was said to be “fully booked,” yet when we went, it was almost empty, which was confusing. It would be great if the hotel offered a reserved space for guests staying there to dine more conveniently.
