Hyatt Regency Atlanta Downtown

This hotel has a tunnel that you can walk to and get plenty of food and get to the train station in about 4 minutes or less parking is quite expensive though so if you don't have a car don't get one apart there 40 bucks a night or Park a block away for 20 bucks a night

The last two visits to Atlanta we were unable to book this hotel. We were so lucky to get a room during our recent trip. We went to Walker Stalker Con which was super close! From the moment you step into The Hyatt, you are treated with care and respect. The staff is amazing, friendly, helpful, and knows what they are doing. We had so many problems at the last two hotels we stayed in while in ATL. We will always try to get the Hyatt. It is simply the best!

The staff was friendly and the hotel was beautiful. The room was spacious and very nice. The complimentary fruit and water was a nice touch as well.

Clean , nice hotel Can’t adjust temp in room was cold and never warmed up

Had a great and comfortable stay. Loved the food and the views.

I truly appreciated the distance from various attractions. We were able to walk to most locations. However, the cons were the ridiculous parking rates ($40 per day) and parking check in was extremely congested. The restaurant food was ok but the menu was fair. Our room was a corner suite but it did not have noise canceling windows. We heard all the commotion from the front lobby door to all the partying tourist walking down the street. Overall, it was a good stay but it was not the most relaxing.

I love staying at the Hyatt and my only complaint was that I could hear everyone in the hallways

The room was great too much for parking 80 for town night

It is comfortable enough and close to the aquarium. However, the area is noisy on Friday and Saturday nights and the building has poor sound proofing.

I enjoyed my stay very much. The Regency Club was great and so nice to visit after a full days work. Awesome!

Excellent view, room conditions and breakfast. They have a 24hr market and friendly staff. The location is extremely convenient for visiting local attractions and exploring the restaurant scene. The only mahor con is parking. The hotel has valet only parking but the garage fills up quickly. When that happens you are left to drive around the block looking for a parking garage. The closest parking garage on Baker street was terrible. There is cheap parking within walking distance but expect to walk at least 2 blocks.

The hotel staff was very friendly and courteous. The room I had, a double, was spacious. The beds were lumpy though, and the pillows were small. We could have used a microwave in the room as well. Overall, I liked the hotel very much.

Very nice hotel. We were greeted with some wonderful fruit flavored water as we stood in the check in line. They did not have a shuttle from the airport exclusively for the hotel but Uber is so easy to use that it was no problem. Of course, the distinctive glass elevators were right in the center of the lobby. The hotel restaurants were excellent although I can't speak for the Polaris as we did not find the time to dine there. Everything a tourist would want to experience is within walking distance or an easy Uber ride away. Highly recommend.

I geberally like Hyatt hotels. I was glad to find one across the street from my meeting. Unfortunately, my room needed work. Both sets of drapes were dropping, and there was no light over the desk. Also, the room service breakfast was awful. (I wanted to try Southern biscuits and gravy, but I didn't know they're hard as rocks, uncuttable with a fork, and covered with raw green onions.) When I mentioned this to the person at check out, she couldn't care less. Overall, pretty good, but enough problems to taint my visit.

The room was smalller than expected--smaller, I believe, than any room I've stayed in in the US! However, It did accommodate the queen-size bed. The bathroom was also small. We stayed in the hotel's "Radius Tower," an area that looked as if it had been carved out of another space altogether, perhaps explaining the smaller-than-anticipated room size.

Arrived with a group who were all able to check in and get their rooms. They woman told me my room was not ready yet and she would call when it was. This was 11am. I was able to get into a room after midnight. The room was super hot and the bathroom smelled of mildew. Horrific.

At first glance, it seems like a really nice hotel but once we got to the room, it was disappointing. The bathroom wasn't very clean and the shower doesn't adjust. They also advertised a balcony but you can't go out there. It's just a sliding glass door. Also, a place that charges over $200/night for a room could afford to provide free water instead of $5 bottles already in your room. The most frustrating part was that you don't pick up you car where you drop it off at the valet and nobody said this until we had been standing outside for about 10 minutes and then the valet guy said we had to go down 2 floors. You would think they would mention this when you valet or check in. Also, the valet is mandatory and $35/night. I've stayed in nicer hotels in downtown Atlanta for much less. Don't waste your money.

Very nice hotel that served my needs perfectly. I happen to like boutique-style (small) rooms, so I was very happy with my accommodations.

Hotel is a State of Art with quiet rooms that you hardy hear running water when Flashing!

Great walking distance to many sights Beautiful lobby with everything you need on sight Beautiful view of the city
