I did not like the "Deluxe" room. Too crowded, no place to hang towels and extra clothing. Poorly designed room. I did like the fact that the hotel was clean and well maintained.

It was on the Marathon race course and it was beautiful inside

Hotel is beautiful and very convenient. Staff were all very nice and accommodating. However, I was encouraged to "upgrade" to a larger room at check-in even though my reservation was already paid for via Orbitz. When I saw the tiny corner room (in one of the towers instead of the main building) with hvac and plumbing noises, I understood why. It makes me believe that this is one of those hotels that put you in the shoddy room if you booked through a 3rd party. I've stayed here in the past (not booking through 3rd party) and the room was completely different.

Staff was friendly, check in was fast/easy, and the room was perfect for our quick stay!

I would love it if they could make check in earlier

I liked that the staff was very pleasant and that the hotel room was clean. I did not like the pillows which was extremely soft and caused neck pain. I also didn't like the towels which were not soft. The hotel was very busy.

My room was nice however a noise behind the connecting door in it woke me up at 4:45 a.m. I chose the hotel because I went up in the blue spinning room as a child.

The hotel's location is close to a number of local attractions, there are a variety of restaurants & bars within walking distance, and a CVS very close by if you forget or need something they cannot provide. All their staff was very friendly and helpful during our stay. We LOVED Mr. Willie the doorman, he was friends with my boys & gave them hives, and they looked forward to seeing him when coming/going. There was a manager at Sway that was also very accommodating, which was very much appreciated so close to closing time. Valet could've been a little more reasonable; but to be fair, I didn't price it out at any of the other hotels and could've match the market.

Beautiful inside the hotel Offsite parking not clear

I found the location of this hotel is good. I don’t think I would return to this hotel again. Their service at front desk is subpar. The rooms are left to be desired. Towels need a major overhaul as I found a small piece of hair is one of the “clean” bath towels.

The location is really convenient and the quality of service is really good. Our hotel room is really clean and very homey!

The hotel allows people not staying on property to park in their deck, thus there was no parking when we arrived. We had to park off-site and then they almost wouldn’t let me check in while my husband went to find parking because he had made the reservation, despite the fact that they had also told him he couldn’t check in before finding parking. The manager did, ultimately, allow me to check in and comped our breakfast, but I had to get fairly upset before that happened. Not a good check in experience. The in-room safe was also non-functional.

We had a Club Rm (extra $ for it). Literally this was the worst room I've ever had. The bedding consists of sheets and couch cushions for pillows. The bed was dreadfully uncomfortable. The AC/fan setting seemed to "work" if you liked a warm room. The noise from outside the hotel was like you were literally sleeping on the jobsite next to the running construction equipment. The shower was great..except for using the shower and expecting the water to drain. I'd never recommend anyone to stay here again.
