Hotel appeared to be fine upon entry and check-in but as soon as we stepped off the elevator onto our floor the overwhelming smell of marijuana smacked us in the face. I could smell it even as I laid in my bed in our room. Others in our group complained of noise The hotel also charged each room over $100 for some unknown reason. When I contacted the hotel to get this reconciled, they continued to ignored my messages, kept me on hold for over an hour each time and NEVER returned my calls. I had to call their corporate customer care to get them to do anything. Avoid this hotel at all costs.
The lobby and my room stank of marijuana. The front desk staff gave very vague directions on parking and when I found myself in a gated area and could not get out, they did not answer the buzzer forcing me to leave my car in the middle of the street and walk back to the desk. Although my booking said self-parking was free, they said that they had no such memo. The toilet was very dirty
The outside of the property was immaculate but the inside was old and outdated and not clean. More importantly, we got into our room and the bathroom was not clean. There was hair everywhere. The toilet seat had fluid dried on it. We were not impressed with the overall service and presentation of the room. The front desk clerk did her best to accommodate her but she needs help at the late times of night. I booked the property due to the photos on Orbitz.com. Perhaps the pictures should reflect the inside of the room

Close to the airport if you’re interviewing at Delta. Staff was incredibly rude from the shuttle driver and one of the front desk employees. I understand working customer service is exhausting but I didn’t do that to you.

Quick overnight stay. Close to the hotel. Shuttle to and from airport available. Staff was friendly and helpful.
We stay here whenever we travel in the area. It has always been convenient and easy to get in and out in the heavy traffic of Atlanta. The negative was there was no coffee maker in the room and the maintenance crew did some repair in the room next to us and the smell was terrible.
My husband and I stayed here for 4 days on our 32nd wedding anniversary, while checking out the Georgia Aquarium and Zoo Atlanta. Our stay was excellent! The property is dated but well maintained. Very clean. The staff cleaned every day. Tania who checked us in was helpful and friendly. We were impressed by Carol who works in the breakfast room. Her friendly and helpful nature was well received and appreciated. Great place to stay near the airport.

There was no hair dryer in our room, when we asked for one to be brought up sometime prior to 11pm (it was 3:30pm at the time), the desk person gave us attitude about having someone that would be able to do so. The lock on the door didn’t work well; had to swipe door key at least 10 times each time for the door to finally open. There were no “do not disturb” door signs. Asked for one to be brought up and me we received it. AC unit didn’t keep room very cool overnight. It was not super hot, but didn’t keep cool enough even set at 60 degrees. We were on 6th floor at the end of the hallway, so room was very quiet, we didn’t hear planes or anything which was nice.
