Recent guest reviews

Some Staff were not very knowledgeable about hotel's amenities and "how" some things work. A Staff directed me to an ice machine that was broken, tv channels didn't work, no signal from late evening until morning of my check out. What amenities? One of my door passes didn't work. Had to keep going to the front desk.. Horrible experience! You couldn't offer me to stay for free...a nightmare! No take out menus, no directory of tv channels, 'no signal'. No written list of channels...etc. Unprepared for hotel guests!

The room was dirty the bathroom had hair everywhere

Great location, clean and reasonably priced

Big red carpet was stained red. Sheets were dingy, and water damage in the bathroom. If it weren’t for the fact that we arrived so late in the evening and only stayed 1 night, I would have requested a different room or a refund.

What i didn't like about my stay is that i had to pay for parking even though i was a paying guest. I also didn't like that house keeping only cleans your room ever 4 days. The front desk staff went out her way to please the guest.

Shuttle to airport was convenient, and a bagged breakfast sampler was at the front desk for those leaving early in the morning. However, the room was very small, the sink separate from the bathroom, and the toilet and shower had no circulating air.

I believe free parking should be offered if you pay to stay at the hotel.

Ive stayed her 3 times and check-in is always a hassle. Without exaggeration, I've waited in line 45 minutes to check-in.

I would love to see parking be free. I think that charging $10.00 for parking is nickel and dimeing people for no real good reason. Add it to the price of the room and offer it to the customer as free. It looks better and feels better.
