Nice hotel close to downtown and the Georgia tech stadium. Hotel walls are to thin you can here everything. That's why the give you ear plugs in your room.

Hotel is real cool looking and the staff were professional acting but rooms had no coffee makers which meant you had to take elevator down to lobby for your 1st cup of the morning and when we went to the bar at the pool they did not have olives for martinis or tonic water for gin and tonics

Beautiful hotel, staff friendly. Unfortunately every time requested something had to ask several times. More for singles or adult couples regarding see through shower to bedroom wall and predominantly adults at pool-skiddish if children splashing in pool. Pool is a beautiful feature.

I think it should be better explained that valet parking is mandatory and if you don't use it you can't park yourself and there is really no other parking.. Just add the 32$ a day to the price of the room if you have a car. Bliss spa facials awesome!!

The staff was helpful and attentive. Would stay again.

Good location. Good amenities. Just what I needed.

Short one night stay. Good hotel, great location. Close to world of cola!

wonderful staff. very helpful and sweet. very accommodating. I needed an i pod player for our trade show and they lent us one from the hotel. They welcomed us with candled, cup cakes and wine. Our car was brought down to us in seconds and the concierges were very helpful and had great recommendations. The lounge and bar was great and the spa services and staff was wonderful.

Nice, clean hotel, helpful and friendly staff, good location. Somewhat disappointed that my package did not include WiFi, and, that room did not have a coffee maker, but, there was a coffee and pastry bar available on mezzanine floor. Did not have newspaper at door but okay as did have papers available in reception area. Also would have been nice to have a store for sundry items. Really not close to any significant restaurants. I would say good experience, but, if I return and now knowing the area I will certainly look at other venues.

For the price of the room it was basic and no space.

Attended a meeting, nice hotel. Friendly staff. Close to local attractions.

Ok, let's be honest, you're paying for location. While the hotel staff was wonderful, the rooms are largely uncomfortable in their modern themes. The chaise lounge would make a good dog bed, but it's nothing that a real human could actually enjoy. Translucent bathroom walls are just weird. Some things should remain private. Be sure to shut the blinds if showering at night, or the whole city might get a good show. They could have also done a better job of soundproofing the whole place as well. You will enjoy the sounds of the city all night. On the other hand, we were two blocks from our event, and the hotel bar was open late. I'm not sure who hung all of the chaff from the ceiling, but I feel for the poor guy who has to clean all of that cluttered mess. It's just visually abusive. I know the W brand goes for swanky decor, but this one is just strangely over done. Overall, not worth the $300 nightly price... but it's big city living. If you want to be close to downtown, you'll pay for it, just don't expect anything special beyond the service. Kudos to the staff!

This is one of the best hotels in ATL. I enjoyed the food and also spent time in the fantastic pool

Quality hotel. Helpful staff. Free car in 2 mile radius. Love the W.

Great stay! Went for a concert at Phillips arena. Walking distance. We enjoyed out Cool corner suite. Wonderful view and superp amenities. Loved our stay!

Very helpful staff. Complimentary transportation, driver Travis was awesome.

We were in town for a concert at Phillips arena and were able to walk without a problem.

I was more than happy here from the layout of the room and the design. I would stay here the next time I go to Atlanta.

The hotel is located conveniently near the public transportation.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay very much. The beds are the most comfortable beds in the world, and the staff was efficient and very friendly. Beautiful bar area, and a lovely lobby. I would definitely stay here again.
