The hotel as good but the guests made it a regrettable choice. From loud door slamming to fights. The two black ladies were phenomenal. Housekeeping was rather unpleasant as well the Indian lady during the morning.

There was a loud smell of weed in the halls the entire week despite complaints. Service was very poor. Had to request for the linens to be changed after day 3 of just getting replacement towels. No cleaning was ever done to wipe down surfaces or the tub. Construction was being done on day 4 and it was loud and disruptive.

on the day I checked in there was no Wi-Fi service. I needed to work and I also wanted to cast to the television. I went downstairs and spoke to your customer support staff. And they gave me a number to call. I called the number and your technology team tried to troubleshoot as best they could. They realized your Wi-Fi service was off.

There was a cup with liquid left in the fridge. The ice container still had water in it. Ice machine did not work on the 7th floor. Had a problem getting extra towels from house keeping. We were given 1 small and one large towel, no face towels. We were told to ask front desk. Other than that it was okay.

No real complaints!

Check-in was wonderful! Max at the desk is friendly and efficient! The hotel is a little worn. Little things like broken ice machines, missing buttons on elevator, dark parking lot sometimes makes you wonder if your money would be better spent elsewhere.
