1. We were given a handicapped-assesible room and should have been advised of such prior to check-in. We had options at other hotels in the area. 2. The television did not work and staff could not get it working. 3. The water pressure was only a trickle of water at the sink. It took forever just to brush our teeth. 4. There were sticky substances on one of the nightstands, dirty finger smudges on the microwave, splashes on the bathroom mirror, and very visible stains on the bathroom door, shower stall walls and floor.The room was not deep cleaned or sanitized, and barely wiped cleaned. 5. There were many parties going on where people were playing very loud rap music and smoking weed which could be smelled in the hallway.

Seeing that we’re experiencing a pandemic I saw the rating for the cleanliness was close to 5 stars and the room for two nights was reasonable so I booked my stay. Getting to the room things appeared clean until seeing the bathtub paint chipped and hair in the tub. I changed rooms and the next one was worse! Hair all over the pillows, bathroom still horrible! Attempted to just clean the tub on my own however, the tub drained slowly, causing more hair to surface! The skirt on both double beds were full of pet hair, I have allergies and itched the entire first night! I didn’t shower and slept in the clothes I wore in from the airport to avoid skin contact as I slept on top of the sheets! The next morning I booked a reservation at a different hotel and checked out! When advised I wouldn’t receive a refund which I was fully aware of, I explained my reason for checking out. The clerk seemed used to hearing this and just said “Sorry to hear that”

With what is going on with this pandemic, you would think that hotels would do thorough cleaning. We had a lot of hair in our room and left items in the closet. This clearly states that the cleaners aren't really cleaning. I feel if they see the room kind of clean they are going to do the minimum and that is change the sheets and wipe the sink and toilet down a little. When I have to stay in a hotel, I have a bottle of disinfecting spray and wipes to wipe down areas, I feel are not as clean as they should be.

It's in a great location close to everything I need. Clean room with a nice staff.

The price was great. With the current limit on amenities the price was good.

The A/C Unit in room 509 does not work and there were bugs on top of the unit. Other than that, the staff was super friendly and the room was really nice!

Beautiful, newly renovated place. Excellent staff.

What I didn't like, several things: 1) room 615 toilet didn't work after being there only 5 min, was given a second room 619, the bath tub was extremely DIRTY, after trying to speak with the cleaning ladies, who didn't speak any English, it was easier to pull my teeth, all they understood was towels or wash cloth. 2) The 6th floor hall was EXTREMELY HOT and the 7th floor too, only cool floor was the first floor. 3) Out tv volume would only reach a certain level and you could not hear it while to AC unit was running nor when it wasn't. It was a unpleasant 2 day stay and I WILL NOT be returning. The staff was very friendly and tried to accommodate us as much as possible.
