It’s a nice stay

There breakfast was very nice.

I stayed with my dog and daughter for 1 night. Paint was chipping and peeling. It looked like my door had been smashed in and then just fixed, and the handle didn't work right. The biggest issue was that the staff seemed to be afraid of dogs . How do you work at a dog friendly hotel and youre scared of dogs. It makes me feel not welcome when the staff is dodging my friendly lab.

Convenient, quiet, good stuff, bathroom was a little dirty

Bathrooms nasty on property and in rooms. Had to change first room due to bathroom. Tubs were dirty and have been painted multiple times and are peeling. Black mold and pink mold in showers and pillows in the case were dirty. Dog poop all over the ground and dogs barking all night. Couldn’t get any sleep. The doors didn’t work half the time. Front desk didn’t mention the door in the back was not working due to maintenance. Have never seen this property and rooms look this bad. This will be my last time staying there. They just updated maybe three years ago and looks bad. Housekeeping does a bad job. Very disappointed

We came a day early. When we got here check in was fine. Doors weren’t working and the front desk didn’t tell us. There was no close parking to the front so my husband had to get out and come open one of the side doors for us so we could unload. First room, bathroom was so nasty. Second room bathroom was just ok. You can tell that whoever owns or cleans it now is not keeping it up. You have black mold and mildew in the shower area and sink area. I have always stayed here when I come to Sandy Springs. I don’t have problems with pets but there was dog poop everywhere outside. This will be my last time staying here.

It just felt very unkempt in several ways. The parking lot, grounds, & bushes could use some “sprucing up.” Our non-smoking room smelled like smoke (mainly in the bathroom, probably due to cross-ventilation), and the hallway reeked of marijuana. Our A/C unit was leaking water on the carpet, which I didn’t notice until I stepped in it & drenched my socks. The “free breakfast” left MUCH to be desired. It looked like a child’s snack bag inside: a granola bar, rice cereal treat, & a pre-packaged muffin. I understand that changes due to COVID have occurred, but please don’t advertise free breakfast if this is IT. I just felt like this was too much money paid for this room.

We were not able to stay there. We booked and ended up having to come a day late. I called the night before and let them know that we would be checking in the next morning. The clerk told me I had to notify Orbitz and that she couldn’t do anything to help me since I booked through them. Called orbitz, they couldn’t help either. Got charged for a no show fee and they cancelled my reservation. Great customer service. Thanks a lot. We ended up finding the Hilton Garden Inn downtown Atlanta which was MUCH more accommodating.

Waited over 30min to checkin. No one at desk. Said breakfast was grab n go. But didn't mention to ask front desk for literally a bag of snacks.

Okay, upon checking in we were met with a very angry employee threatening to beat someone up and a very angry guest complaining about mold in her room and the hotel manager asking the guest to leave the hotel. Also, I requested a disability room because a family member in our party has serious mobility issues, however, the check in clerk wanted to put him in a room that was too far for him to walk. The water in the tub was stopped up. During check out I ask for a paper copy of the receipt and was told that wasn't possible. I understand that this is a dog friendly hotel, but it is unfair to other guests when dogs are barking everytime someone walk by the room. We did enjoy the local of this hotel, but the stay was unfortunately not good.

This is the most horrible hotel I've been to. Do NOT waist your money. Bathroom was disgusting. Hopefully I can post pictures so you can see. Bathtub was dirty and peeled. The door was stained with red spots, maybe blood. They didnt even have toilet paper when I arrived. I went down stairs to ask for another room and showed her the picture of the bathtub and her response was "We dont have other rooms I promise you its not dirty, Its just stained. Do you have flip flops? Use that!" Seriously?! My parents were staying at the same hotel and they couldn't find their reservation for about 20 min! When they finally found it, their room was ok, still not the best with ceiling peeling off and bathtub peeled. My parents only stayed for one night and couldnt sleep because the neighbors were so laud so my parents left at 4am! They complained to the front office and they said they would send someone up. Who knows if they did. The elevator closest to the lobby was not working. You had to walk to the back or enter the back to go to the only working elevator. Ice machines were not working either. Trash was scattered on the floor on the hallway close to our room (Including food). It stayed there for 2 days, maybe more, who knows, we left and it was still there. They advertise breakfast but they only have a grab and go. I believe it was only a muffin and granola bar. And only from 7-9am. My friend arrived the day before and switched rooms because her bathroom was bad as well. Just horrible!

The staff was really nice and tried to accommodate me. They had to change my room twice before I received a good room. The bathroom tub in the 1st two room were stained really bad. I could not tell if it was nasty or peeling. The only reason I didn't go to another hotel is because everything was already booked. They only has 1 working elevators also. They really needed to do better maintenance. I guess I'll stick with Marriott hotel going forward.

Al at the desk was very nice. Overall quiet and very comfortable.

1. We were given a handicapped-assesible room and should have been advised of such prior to check-in. We had options at other hotels in the area. 2. The television did not work and staff could not get it working. 3. The water pressure was only a trickle of water at the sink. It took forever just to brush our teeth. 4. There were sticky substances on one of the nightstands, dirty finger smudges on the microwave, splashes on the bathroom mirror, and very visible stains on the bathroom door, shower stall walls and floor.The room was not deep cleaned or sanitized, and barely wiped cleaned. 5. There were many parties going on where people were playing very loud rap music and smoking weed which could be smelled in the hallway.

Sometimes we have to wait on parts, and that delays the process. I am sorry this affected your stay. We will certainly try harder to meet expectations.

Gracias por quedarse con nosotros. Todavía estamos en condiciones de COVID. Por lo tanto, les decimos a todos en el check in que si están aquí durante tres días, intentaremos entrar en las habitaciones para hacer una actualización. En otros días, debe obtener todo lo que necesite de la recepción y poner todas las toallas sucias y la basura fuera de su puerta para recogerlas. Le pido disculpas si no entendió la nueva política. Espero que nos den la oportunidad de servirles mejor en el futuro.

Please accept our apologies for not meeting your expectations with your room. We will certainly look into your concerns and make the necessary corrections to provide a more comfortable room in the future. We are serving a complimentary "Grab and Go" breakfast while we recover from the pandemic. It not only includes the bag you described but a coffee and juice station along with Fresh Bananas, Oranges and yogurt. I am sorry you were not able to find something you liked. We hope to get back to normalcy soon.
