This place has roaches and I know that happens sometimes in hotels with high volumes of people in and out daily but it still startles me as I am not used to seeing large cockroaches, however, the night auditor lady with the locs was helpful and kind about it. I had no problem in the following room. Not sure if I’d be back though, some of the staff were not very welcoming/friendly.

It was very accommodating and conveniently located in the city. The pool was a bit too cold but it seemed nice. The staff was helpful and courteous when called upon as well.

My family truly enjoyed our stay! From the pool to the comfortable beds, we felt safe in the big city. Be warned that parking is not free, which that is listed in advance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again!
