Started off very poorly. When we arrived just before 2pm we were greeted with “good news: your room is ready. Is it ok that there’s a $30 charge for early check-in?”!!!! “NO!”. Our bathroom’s toilet paper holder was torn out of the wall. Our room was changed/upgraded. Then BOTH tvs needed a service ‘technician’ who worked for 25 minutes until successful. Bed and space were comfortable. But, body wash dispenser in shower was completely empty (and no bar soap). ‘Sofa’/ottoman were stained and not comfortable. Back half of our 3-day stay was better, and I got a slight credit upon check-out

The room served its purpose. Could use some updates. We had a balcony but no direct view. You could only see the pool and patio from one side. There are no chairs on the balcony. But we had a quiet stay and my wife and I enjoyed our time there.
