I didn't stay went and didn't like it the minute I set in the room

Very nice place. I would definitely recommend. Very nice place. I would definitely recommend.

Desk staff was friendly but housekeeping was skipped twice during 5 day stay with 2 separate rooms. In one case 1 room was never cleaned so had to get towels from desk who were nice. In another instance bed was not made and note was left (see below) for having two socks left on bed! Other days housekeeping was fine. Overall would not recommend. Also rooms somewhat small for price

Staffing was lazy. I request new sheets and did not get them at all. Room was small, hotel did not have a pool. It was in an alright location.

I made the reservation 5 days in advance and when we showed up, we were told that there was no room for us. Apparently the people in "our room" did not check out as they were supposed to. Of course, since check out time was noon, I told the desk person that they have had 6-7 hours to find us a room. After about a half-hour waiting around in the lobby, she comes back and says there is nothing she can do. We ended up having to pay about $100 more at another hotel making a last minute reservation and they delays caused us to miss the Braves game that we paid about $80 for. WHAT IS THE POINT OF TAKING SOMEONE'S RESERVATION IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE A ROOM!!!! Stay here at your own risk!

The hotel staff was great. The woman who checked us in was a trainee, which wasn't a problem. She was very kind and did a great job. The problem that I had with the hotel was the room. Upon entering the room I found cleaning supplies that had been left from cleaning the room. The door stop on the wall was broken and on floor and the walls were scuffed up along the walk way. The room had a perculiar smell as if they tried to mask the smell of smoke although it was a smoking room. When I went inside of the bathroom and put the toilet seat down it looked like it had burn marks on it and the inside ledge of the tub, where you would set a bar of soap or container looked like it had been stained and burned as well. When I removed the decorative fabric from the bed I noticed burn holes inside of the covering sheet. Finally, when I went to turn the light on inside of the room only one of the over head lights were in working order. I doubt that this is the only room that looks that way.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The positive reviews here are all fake. The hotel is dirty as hell. Rooms, corridors, elevators, everywhere smells terrible (smoking, etc.). There is filth everywhere in the room. The staff is ignorant and arrogant. STAY AWAY and thank me later.

First of all the staff here was great. No complaints about them at all. This hotel is located in walking distance to a strip club, drag bar, and dance club. So around 12-2am there's a lot of activity at and around the hotel. We heard the constant thumping of the base from the club all night. The beds and solid surfaces in our room were clean. Nothing else was. The A/C unit was disgusting, the floors were badly stained with who knows what, and the tub floor had some weird stains. The walls were gross and had numerous patches and paint spots on them like the place was a scene from fight club. The bed was comfy and felt clean but I never felt comfortable enough in our room to get a restful night of sleep. All in all, if a lack of cleanliness or noise outside doesn't bother you I think this place wouldn't be too bad. But if you do value a cleaner room and a peaceful night I would spend the extra 20 and go elsewhere.

Overall, a good cheap, last minute choice of hotel. Had a pet for which they were very Accomadating. The carpet was gross though. Obvious there were other pets there and they don't use the $26 deposit on carpet cleaning. Otherwise, very nice. Updated bathroom and the microwave, sink, fridge island was a nice surprise. Room was close to the club next door though, so heard the base all night long from their music. Would still recommend though. The location was ideal and not super trafficky.

Scorned for life! Hotel looks a whole lot better on the internet.

Will not stay here again. Not clean. Poor staff response to any need. Neighborhood is not safe. Strip clubs all around.

Very accomodating and great customer service great location safe area

Okay, I stay at this hotel because it is in front of the Pink Pony. I usually go to Atlanta for business, or to attend concerts. Always fun to hit the Pony after either one. Hotel is mediocre, but the location is awesome. You can just walk to the Pony which is across the street.

Arrived to a poor neighborhood with strip clubs nearby but always had good luck with Microtel so I was figuring it would be okay. Had a non smoking room with cigarette burns in the sheets and blanket. Floor was dirty as well. Woke up in the morning and turned the lights on to see a roach on the nightstand. Then went in the bathroom and there another one sat. Killed it and brought it to the front desk. No apology, no refund, no concern other than I will tell the manager. Gives me the creeps even thinking I slept in that room. Best advice is to stay somewhere else and pay a little more. Not a good experience.

Cool location. Nice staff clean room for less money

hotel location is something to be desired. Too much going on in the area,

Location was very convenient. Staff was accommodating, all in all a great experience.

The value here is the cleanliness of the rooms vs the price. Not a family neighborhood...
