Microwave and fridge were not working, we asked at front desk and were told they will come and change it, it didn't happen . In morning the fire alarm went off for 20 min and there was no one on front desk to resolve the loud noise.

First and foremost, when approaching the hotel from the outside it appears to be decent. The location of the hotel is near a lot of restaurants which is convenient. When walking into the lobby it still is nice and presentable. However, once you go through the elevator doors, you can immediately smell the odor of mildew or smoke all mixed together. When approaching our room, I tooo notice of the carpets and they are filthy black. I also took notice of the walls that the wallpaper was peeling off. In my mind I have the hotel benefit of the doubt that maybe they were doing some renovations?? However, the staff at no point mention any type of renovation that was taking place. The rooms are definitely outdated. Although, flat screens were available but the rooms were dingy looking because of the walls, floor and mirrors. I am glad that the actual room did not smell like smoke but once the door opened, immediately you can smell the smoke of cigarettes and marijuana reeking in te air. Horrible! I would not stay here again.

I'm in the military and I have pretty low standards of comfort. I've slept on a bag on the ground more than once, shared open (and questionably clean) showers with complete strangers so believe me when I say it takes a lot for me to have a problem with a hotel. This is the first hotel in my entire life that I had to leave. The hotel is directly across the street from a strip club and kitty corner from a drag queen club. No big deal, except that the clientele don't just stay over there. I had to wait a while to check in as there was no one at the front desk, but drawers and papers were wide open. Once I did, I looked for the stairs and instead, found that the first floor was mostly being ripped up and there was plastic sheeting everywhere, except one room had someone living in it - there was a sign on the front door that said "JUAN" and I could see inside (the handle was off) and it had all the makings of a person living there. I took the elevator instead. It had no numbers on the buttons anymore and it absolutely stank of weed. Once I got to my room, I noticed first that the walls were all scuffed up like you might see in a kid's gym. The bathroom was missing pieces of the wall and had mold growing in it. The tub was dirt-stained and moldy. The walls and ceiling were also stained. The smoke detector had a plastic bag taped tightly over it, I guess so the occupants could smoke in a non-smoking room? There were hairs in the bed and the carpet smelled like urine.

Everything was great. I was very happy with the price, especially with the free breakfast. The wi-fi was spotty, so I'm glad I didn't have to send our urgent emails for work, but I would've liked to have been able to stream hulu whenever.

Upon arrival the staff were great. We got into our room fast. I had to have the sheets changed due to hair on the bed. The staff (especially Ms. Dee) was amazing. Jumped right to it and brought us anything we needed to be comfortable. Breakfast was good (waffles, muffins, bagels, toast, and some oatmeal). The only thing I seen that I was unsure of was the mold. There was mold on the shower head and in the curtains by our window. But I was told they are doing some major repair so maybe that’s on the list. Overall good stay.

This hotel had roachs and it had clothes and old shoes under the bed. It was in kept. I was very upset with this hotel and will NEVER stay here again

I checked in very late after calling to let them know I was coming. They had plenty of time to prepare the room, but when we arrived one of the beds had clearly been slept in. At this point it was late and my friend just said she'd sleep there since it wasn't dirty. Our room was right across from the strip club across the street. So much light came into the room all night, even with the curtains closed. I know I barely slept. And the pillows were all terrible. It was a nonsmoking room, but I don't think it was well insulated. Occasionally I would get whiffs of cigarette smoke from people smoking right outside the room. I did not have any windows open. I was really disappointed. This hotel may be cheaper than others in the area, but I definitely didn't get my money's worth. I am telling people not to stay there.

I didn't stay went and didn't like it the minute I set in the room

Very nice place. I would definitely recommend. Very nice place. I would definitely recommend.

Desk staff was friendly but housekeeping was skipped twice during 5 day stay with 2 separate rooms. In one case 1 room was never cleaned so had to get towels from desk who were nice. In another instance bed was not made and note was left (see below) for having two socks left on bed! Other days housekeeping was fine. Overall would not recommend. Also rooms somewhat small for price

Staffing was lazy. I request new sheets and did not get them at all. Room was small, hotel did not have a pool. It was in an alright location.

I made the reservation 5 days in advance and when we showed up, we were told that there was no room for us. Apparently the people in "our room" did not check out as they were supposed to. Of course, since check out time was noon, I told the desk person that they have had 6-7 hours to find us a room. After about a half-hour waiting around in the lobby, she comes back and says there is nothing she can do. We ended up having to pay about $100 more at another hotel making a last minute reservation and they delays caused us to miss the Braves game that we paid about $80 for. WHAT IS THE POINT OF TAKING SOMEONE'S RESERVATION IF YOU ARE NOT GOING TO PROVIDE A ROOM!!!! Stay here at your own risk!

The hotel staff was great. The woman who checked us in was a trainee, which wasn't a problem. She was very kind and did a great job. The problem that I had with the hotel was the room. Upon entering the room I found cleaning supplies that had been left from cleaning the room. The door stop on the wall was broken and on floor and the walls were scuffed up along the walk way. The room had a perculiar smell as if they tried to mask the smell of smoke although it was a smoking room. When I went inside of the bathroom and put the toilet seat down it looked like it had burn marks on it and the inside ledge of the tub, where you would set a bar of soap or container looked like it had been stained and burned as well. When I removed the decorative fabric from the bed I noticed burn holes inside of the covering sheet. Finally, when I went to turn the light on inside of the room only one of the over head lights were in working order. I doubt that this is the only room that looks that way.

This hotel doesn't even deserve a single star. The positive reviews here are all fake. The hotel is dirty as hell. Rooms, corridors, elevators, everywhere smells terrible (smoking, etc.). There is filth everywhere in the room. The staff is ignorant and arrogant. STAY AWAY and thank me later.

First of all the staff here was great. No complaints about them at all. This hotel is located in walking distance to a strip club, drag bar, and dance club. So around 12-2am there's a lot of activity at and around the hotel. We heard the constant thumping of the base from the club all night. The beds and solid surfaces in our room were clean. Nothing else was. The A/C unit was disgusting, the floors were badly stained with who knows what, and the tub floor had some weird stains. The walls were gross and had numerous patches and paint spots on them like the place was a scene from fight club. The bed was comfy and felt clean but I never felt comfortable enough in our room to get a restful night of sleep. All in all, if a lack of cleanliness or noise outside doesn't bother you I think this place wouldn't be too bad. But if you do value a cleaner room and a peaceful night I would spend the extra 20 and go elsewhere.

Overall, a good cheap, last minute choice of hotel. Had a pet for which they were very Accomadating. The carpet was gross though. Obvious there were other pets there and they don't use the $26 deposit on carpet cleaning. Otherwise, very nice. Updated bathroom and the microwave, sink, fridge island was a nice surprise. Room was close to the club next door though, so heard the base all night long from their music. Would still recommend though. The location was ideal and not super trafficky.

Scorned for life! Hotel looks a whole lot better on the internet.

Will not stay here again. Not clean. Poor staff response to any need. Neighborhood is not safe. Strip clubs all around.
