The hotel was extremely humid and had a weird smell. Hallways were hot and muggy on the 2nd floor which caused paint to chip and peal on the walls. Major HVAC issues..

Dirty and I left and they refused to give me a refund. Why would you want me to revise my truth. i refused to revise so dont ask again or ill sue you for asking me to do that

First someone tried breaking into my car. Didn’t no I was in my car second Front desk people was SUPER RACIST! They were upset because I asked to change rooms due to the fact the A/C unit was making a noise said I came down to much and end up calling the police on me for the simple fact that once hey changed me rooms I forgot a couple items in the old room. I was a paying customer and got treated like I was a second call citizen. Embarrassed humiliated just because I forgot a couple items. I will never return to this location EVER AGAIN!!!!! Luckily I recorded the entire ordeal. I will put you guys on social media.

The property was very professional and appealing. As you walk inside also very appealing. As it is Covid-19 virus time alot of things are not approved in the hospitality industry right now and regardless of that the service was not available for room cleaning each day and personal items such as toilet paper wasn't available we had to looking for items as needed.. the elevator could use some attention also. Other than that the little fridge was not cold enough.

Room was comfy and clean but was in need of some repairs.

Location was convenient, staff was very accommodating, but facility left something to be desired. Carpet was pulling up against the wall in my room, which was disappointing for the nightly rate.

Hotel was one of the best experiences we have had. I had a sick child and they let us check in early.

We had a family emergency come up and had to make a trip to town. The hotel staff could not have been nicer and the room was great.

The hotel was nice and easy to find. The Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very easy access to Hospitals in the area, which was my reason for staying here.

We arrived late at night and checked out at 10 AM but while the stay was brief it was certainly comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was very helpful and the food was good. We particularly liked the location as it was very close to the Indian Embassy which is where we needed to go.

Hotel was very nice and well priced through a travel website. Went to an event in midtown area and it was a hike to get back.

I was pleased with the friendly employees. They were quick to help us with anything we needed. The room was quite neat and clean and the bed so very comfortable. An overall great experience. I will stay there again when I'm in that area!

Property was Very clean, it even smells clean The pool area was definitely a plus The room was very spacious and CLEAN! The only drawback is that the cleaning staff could be more quite.
