Stayed one night with family, nice views from room, clean and quiet, great for the price I paid

Internet was not free, the pool was closed for maintenance and the rotating restaurant was closed as well. Would have loved to have had dinner in the restaurant.

The hotel was fantastic. Love the floor to ceiling windows in the rooms and the top floor 360 observation deck. Atlanta itself was a great city. Centennial park, the world of Coke, Georgia Aquarium...all spectacular. Can't wait to go back!

The valet parking is $38 per day, and the service is worthiness. You have to go down stairs to show your ticket, and wait for a long time to let them get your car. I understand it might because of too much people coming down at the same time, but there is many other ways to figure that out instead of letting a bunch of people waiting there. I wouldn't recommend the valet parking if you are coming during the weekend.

Very good experience. Nice place to stay. Nice rooms. Happy Holidays.

Checked in, the jackhole at the desk downgraded our room from a upper floor premium room (the room we paid for) to a standard room with no view. Just had Amex perform a charge back against Orbitz for their agent not fulfilling their obligations. I'll keep my money and orbitz can fight with the dishonest jerks at the Westin.

Great hotel; but as with any downtown location, parking was a bit of a challenge. The hotel charges $38 per day for valet parking. You can self park in the attached garage for $25 per day; problem was they were painting the inside and trapped our car in there. Should have used the valet I guess; but the dust was everywhere.

The view from the room was simply amazing. And really friendly staff as well. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was too small. The entrance door was not working properly due to faulty equipment. The bathroom door lock was not in good condition. Even after requesting them to correct it , nothing was done on those issues..

I would stay at this hotal again loved the room love the area around the hotel I would diffently get a room here!!!

Everything was perfect! All the attractions were very close and walking distance. We even enjoy riding the Marta.

The best thing about the Westin is the location. It is located in the heart of downtown Atlanta and close to anything you might want to visit. The things you expect from a hotel like cleanliness and amenities were good. The leaf molded soap was very nice. The towels and sheets were particularly nice. The one thing I found distasteful was the staff. They were abrupt and offended when I did not say good morning at 7:00 in the morning when I just wanted to check out and get to my workshop down the road. The main valet guy went out of his way to help me park myself since I stayed less than 24 hours and really didn't need valet parking. He gave me a secret spot so I paid less to park but still tipped him handsomely.

$125-135 would be better price since we had view of building & parking garage

Could not get table at sun dail even though there was 11 empty tables

Booked a king got to the room and got 2 queens, no fight in me to trek back to the lobby to exchange

This is a beautiful hotel, and very convenient to the Merchandise Mart. Wish it had a better low key restaurant for quick dinner.

Wonderful trip. Great staff nice location. Will use self parking next time as valet can be pretty crowded.

My first time at the Westin. I loved it. Room was ready when we arrived. Staff was super nice.

When dancing at a Junt joint in walking distance to the hotel the only thing that sucked was that you have to pay for a parking fee every day

the hotel was in a very nice location. In addition, the staff was very accommodating. The rooms were clean and very nicely laid out. The view from the window provided a breathtaking view of the Atlanta downtown skyline.
