Stuffs r too rude not friendly,price wise hotel is not decorated and rooms r too conjusted..i was in westin before but this one is the most horrible one
Staff was friendly. Rooms are super clean. Check-in was fast.
This is a great hotel - however they are suffering from severe staff shortages. We arrived at 7pm to check in but were not able to get our rooms until 11:30pm. Not enough housekeeping help to clean the rooms. This is not just a Westin problem.. it's everywhere around Atlanta.
The line was long at check in. There were no clean rooms available and myself and Twenty other guest waited in line for 45 minutes at 11pm to be told they currently had no clean rooms available.
Bad service and management, lot of issues. Double charged on authorization amount when I check in, twice, still didn’t fix the mistake after I checked out one day later. Has problem to get on free Internet, the web page didn’t popped out. It took long time to connect to front desk and received towers in the room, very slow. Maybe not enough staffs.
Overall the stay was good. We had some issues with water pressure on the first night but I would stay here again. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful. Worth the patronage.
Conveniently located in downtown Atlanta the staff works hard to keep you safe. Great experience with work equipment, food and more. You will love the view of the city and enjoy your stay as this location grants access to the Atlanta in all directions. We enjoyed walking but there are many options to get around the town
Our remote did not work in our room, brought another and they one stopped working also. Internet access was an extra $15. Valet parking was unorganized, they misplaced our keys and we had to come back down from our room to search for the employee we handed them to, but through out the check in process the staff and a woman in valet was extremely helpful. The room was clean and very basic, bathroom super small, view was nice. We decided to only stay one night and found a room at the Aloft on the Battery and had the BEST time.

The view was AH-mazing!!!! Rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly. The Starbucks in the hotel was a little slow but other than that, great location and hotel!
The convenience to different venues in downtown Atlanta was awesome.

Overall great value. Parking next door to the hotel charges $20 per entry. Weigh all options.

I like the flower wall I don’t like the crumbs that were in the bed or the dirt that’s around the bathroom wall not to I also didn’t receive much help i paid $49 for valet or could’ve paid $40 to park a block away from the hotel a order of fries is $16 refrigerator didn’t work and only one microwave in main lobby
