I love your hotel- very eloquent and very professional staff.

Location is undesirable, except if you want to visit Coca Cola World which is only a few blocks away. Hotel is old. Not what I expected of a Ritz Carlton. Staff is very courteous though. It's clean but a very old hotel.

Excellent Service. Would stay here every time i come to town.

The room was very clean but I felt like it was a tiny bit small. Overall hotel was beautiful. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Awesome stay. My only complaint is the charge for daily parking. There is no where else to park, so you have to use the $38 valet.

Very nice hotel as any Ritz-Carlton will always be. There were some down sides to this location however. It appears to be an older hotel and the A/C in the room did not keep the room very cool. Also the location meant that as soon as you left the driveway of the hotel you would be asked for money at least two times.

Great location, friendly and accommodating staff as you would expect from a Ritz. Comfortable, clean room but there was a wow factor missing. Room was adequate but relatively small.

We felt like family from Dan at the front desk to housekeeping and the valet staff. Everyone was wonderful! The room was uber clean, quite and comfortable. The restaurants Alma Cocina and sweet Georgia Browns juke joint were top notch!

Just stayed one night, a really nice experience. Staff super friendly and helpful!

we arrived at the wrong Ritz Carlton and your reception found us accomadation but not the rate we had previously booked which was disappointing.

I enjoyed my stay here at the Ritz. I was here for a business trip. The Business Center was very useful and available 24hrs.

1st Class staff!! Other hotels staff should take classes from the Ritz Carlton! Could use furniture updating in the Suite, (Old, dirty- dingy) Musty smelling. Atlanta grill dinning a real winner great food great service.

My stay was fantastic. The hotel was right across from the Westin where my conference was held and there were great restaurants and bars on the same street so there was no need for a car. The staff was exceptional and the lobby bar provided a great spanish guitarist on Friday night.

Wonderful place, peaceful and enjoyable, staff is great!!!!!!!

my trip was a 5+!! The hotel was excellent. The service was outstanding. They really met your every need and made you feel special. I highly recommend.

We came to Atlanta and the Ritz to attend a wedding in nearby Dawsonville -- unfortunately, my wife became seriously ill the moment we landed in Atlanta. We had to wait for a rental car, wait for traffic and then the waiting stopped. From the moment we drove up to the Ritz-Carlton valet parking -- we were in great hands and offered exceptional service. They had us in our sumptuous room in minutes, sent up chicken soup and crackers (complimentary) and made sure we were as comfortable as possible under the circumstances. IF we wanted extra blankets, they arrived in minutes. The bed was as comfortable and the room as clean as one would hope to see in a luxury hotel -- and we were not disappointed -- EVER! If you want to be taken care, if you want superior service and you want the finest in accommodations -- then check into the Ritz-Carlton Atlanta -- this is Southern Hospitality defined.

Seems near to everything. No complaints. Staff is very friendly.

Unfortunately, this is a Ritz that saw its better days. Bathroom is something you would see in any common Hotel. Rooms too small. General appearance of Hotel is not up to a Ritz.

My son I arrived at 8:30am from South Florida and they checked us in right away. The fitness center was great too. Very grateful!!!
