It was what I needed. Reasonable in every way. No problems. Is in a luxury resort? No, it is not. But it was walkable distance from SCAD, not much money, and comfortable. You will hear everything your neighbors do, but it wasnt a deal breaker.

Nice simple place in midtown

Booked for twin queen size beds. Beds were full size on queen platforms that reached beyond matress edge. Room had flying nats and found hairs everywhere. Management not responsive too complaint. Unsecure lobby door.

They are very attentive and strict with security so this is a plus.

Need to have the continental breakfast until 10 did not know the hours for this. Some folks do not drink coffee. Tea should also be available with the coffee.

We booked this hotel because there wasn’t much to choose from without spending over $400 on a room. Staff was nice, but room looked to be under renovation.

It was okay, but nothing special. The best thing about it was the central location!

i like the location, it is close to everything. The staff was very helpful.

Great location in Midtown! 2 of the 3 hotel staff are friendly. Keycard took several long seconds to open door. If you enjoy hot showers forget it. I prefer warm water so no problem for me. Female desk clerk/owner (?) informed me that breakfast items "had to be eaten downstairs." Dining (haha) area is cramped; no lobby, just 2-3 tables/chairs pushed against a window several feet from the front desk.

Arriving looks quite trashy with headboards leaning against the building. The room was actually not bad, fairly updated and comfortable bed. Towels were awful and so was the free "breakfast" which was cereal and generic honey buns. Decided to extend a night regardless because room was comfortable and location was good. Before I could go to office to extend employee starts pounding on my door like he's a crazy ex and before I could even say anything opens the door, mind you I was naked. I covered myself and he starts screaming you have to check out, this was at 10:30am and checkout wasn't until 11am. I was staying with a friend who then went to complain to the front and on the way back was verbally assaulted by the employee who proceeded to tell him, "get the f*** of my property idiot, I'm calling the cops!". I was in the room hearing the sceams nervous not realizing it was at my friend until he walked in the room. The guy was the maintenance man. Horrible experience that was completely uncalled for.

When I first started at the hotel I thought it was ok. The room seemed cleaned at initial thought. That was until I woke up itching. I thought it was just mosquito bites after the first night. After night two I woke up covered in bites. We then searched the bed and low and behold. A bunch of bed bugs. I even caught a few for evidence. When I told management they kicked me out saying there are no bed bugs and I wouldn't get a refund on my stay. Well that's not the way to treat a customer when they are literally holding bed bugs in theit hands and covered in bites. I have stayed in many hotels before and never had this issue. Do not go here! I would post my images but unfortunately I am not currently at the hotel to share those.

Great location. Gorgeous new carpet. Refrigerator and microwave in rooms was a big selling point for me. Wifi was adequate. Definitely recommended

When I walked in, both people behind the counter were sick, like snot down their face, red with fever sick. With so little disregard for the well-being of their staff, I shouldn't have been surprised at conditions of the hotel and my room. The front desk area smelled over poweringly like bleach. There was a sign taped on the counter on the front desk that said the wifi was temporarily down. The sign was dirty, torn, and had very obviously been there for a while. The front desk person gave me the wifi password and said the sign says the wifi isn't working but he though it might just be very slow. No, the wifi wasn't working and it was very clear that it hadn't been working for a very long time. The hotel was filthy on the outside. I walked up the steps to my room and the carpet wasn't old, it was worn and torn and a hazard for climbing up. At the top of the stairs there was a pile of broken furniture. I hadn't even gotten to my hotel room and it was a disaster. The hotel rooms had numbers TAPED to the doors. There weren't even actual numbers for the doors. When I walked into the room, the first thing I noticed was the smell. It was a smoking room, but this was the worst I had ever experience, I was immediately nauseated when I walked in. The lamp had a lampshade that was too small for it. The phone was covered in dirt, there were holes in the wall, and I was shocked to not find bedbugs. For the amount of money that I was spending per night, the conditions were deplorable.

This is the nastiest hotel I have ever stayed at. First, the covers had stains all over them. One stain was a blood stain. There were three pillows on the King bed I had, all of which were very hard and flat. Lastly, I was doing situps on the floor before I went to sleep and noticed random trash and condom wrappers under the bed. That was when I realized this place was truely a hole in the wall.

Stay away! Spend the extra $50 and sleep somewhere else. We had to change rooms twice because of issues with the rooms cleanliness.

My wife and I were extremely disappointed with the room. We knew we didn't pay much so we were not expecting a beautiful room but when we walked into the room it smelled like fresh paint. They had just painted the room it even had blue tape pieces still on wall. It smelled really bad. We asked for a different room and they never got back to us. The only reason we stayed is because I was on a business trip and was really busy and stayed most of the time out of the room. We literally went just to shower and sleep just a few hours. I will never stay there again.

The staff very nice, specially the elder lady, the breakfast so-so old hotel, needs lots of renovation. The worse experience was I had to wait 10 minutes for the hot water in the basin, to brush my teeth, the carpet needed to be replaced, the elevator was ancient, and scary, the best thing was clean sheets. and towels. The location is close to Atlantic Station and mid-town Atlanta. The price was in line for what you get. The place definitely needs some upgrades but it was at least safe. The non-smoking room was surely a place where people have smoked.

Thank you for your feedback. We are going to look into the breakfast hours. We do offer individual tea bags & it was located right on top of the coffee brewer. I’m very sorry that you couldn’t locate the tea bags, wish you could ask our front desk personnel we would have gladly assist you. We appreciate your business.
