The staff, (except for Joy at the front desk) was incredibly rude. Every single meal we ordered from the restaurant, bar and room service was incorrect/ and or they would forget an item. At one point the elevators weren’t working so we had to use the service elevators. We would call concierge, room service, etc and be hung up on multiple times. A very disappointing experience for an expensive hotel.

An Historic Gem in Downtown Atlanta

The Candler Hotel Atlanta is a beautiful restoration of an historic building in downtown Atlanta. The staff provided excellent service throughout my week long business stay. My room was very quiet and the bed was the most comfortable hotel bed I can remember. Highly recommended.

Fantastic weekend stay at the Candler. The room was large and comfortable as was the big bathroom. Large windows with great light. The on-site restaurant is terrific, which is good because there isn't much else to choose from nearby.

Beautiful Hotel & Friendly Staff

The hotel is absolutely beautiful! Our view was gorgeous! Staff was super friendly. Restaurant is very pricey, but with this type of hotel, that's to be expected.
