I was charged $534.00 in error by front desk staff and was offered no assistance except refund on Monday and had to repay incidentals of 200 so essentially I had to pay 734.00 at front desk and they said only hotel.com could assist since I booked though you .

When checking in we weren't told we needed a code to enter the parking garage so when trying to enter we had to backup and call the front desk to get the code. We also realized we didn't receive card for breakfast/reception so we had to go back to the desk. There was fighting outside our room late at night, which scared my young children. They were then unable to get back to sleep. We also hadn't received times for breakfast (when checking in); when we went to head down at 930am we were told it was closed. In the past we've loved every embassy that we've stayed at. It's our top choice in hotels. But overall this was a very disappointing experience, and will NOT be returning to this location.

The hotel is very pretty and the service is great. My husband and I did not like the shower. I was narrow with a floor leveled with the rest of the bathroom. We felt uncomfortable while showering because we were so worried about getting soap and water all over the bathroom floor. other than that, we enjoyed the Hotel, and the suite was very nice.
