The location is perfect. The idea of this property is perfect. It doesn't deliver. The upholstery in the rooms is really dirty. It makes one wonder about the rest of the room. The beds however are really comfortable and new in feeling. The insulation (who would ever notice this unless it is really bad) is awful. We stayed in room (I think a loft room). The heating was very out of balance between the 2 floors. It was almost breezy in the living room area. Was this worth the price? ( really inexpensive) I guess for a night. I could not bring myself to stay another night. The breakfast was horrendous. I may have had old scrambled eggs, but they were stiff. The bagel was tasteless. The Honeydew melon, past its date. I could have chosen a meal out of a box, such as cereal, yogurt-that would have been safe and easy and I wouldn't be here complaining. The staff was really nice and did their jobs well. The owners of this property need to attend to their investment. And a PS The mantle over the fireplace was constructed of a facia of 4x4" tiles with a painted wood top. The underside of this appendage was hollow and exposed the boards holding this to the wall. Visible when sitting on the dirty sofa bed while watching the television. I think this shows how the costs were cut during construction.

We stayed for 4 days because my mom was a patient at Piedmont Hospital. The staff, Maegen and Alexa were so kind and accommodating. They made a difficult time much easier for our family, especially because we were from out of town. The room was great!!! Very large, clean, quiet and our drive to and from hospital was easy. They also provide complementary breakfast and a shuttle to and from the hospital. The parking was complimentary. The room rates were great for all they provided.

My father was going to have surgery at the local hospital and my sister and I need to travel to Atlanta out from out of state. The hospital has a special deal with the Hotel. This made the trip possible. I really appreciated the shuttle that would take us daily to the hospital. Everyone here is so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast good and plentiful. My only negative is the fold out sofa mattress left something to be desired. It was lumpy and you could feel the springs.

We decided to go to the Peach Bowl on Jan 1st and hotels options were limited.This hotel was perfect for our needs, it had a decent breakfast and free parking that is so scare and expensive in Buckhead.They also have a shuttle to the nearest Marta station. The configuration was more like condos, opposed to a regular hotel. I loved having the kitchen available, we made hot cider and warm sandwiches for game time. Although they were supposed to have light house keeping only because of the holiday, we were amazed to see the room was impeccable after our return. The hotel also had a pool, a basketball court and a fire pit we didn't get to use due to the frigid temperatures. The only minor inconvenient we had, it was they first assigned us a room that just had the carpets washed, but as soon I got my socks wet, they immediately assigned us to a different one (this tells me the cleaning crew does a good job). Also we had some neighbors a little noisy celebrating, but honestly I was so tired at the end of the day barely noticed. The only suggestion would be to adjust the armrests on the task chair, it is not possible to tuck it under the desk and makes the access to the kitchen complicated.

Booked a two bedroom suite while travelling with family over Christmas. Spent two nights in Atlanta. Covered parking was nice. The furniture is all old and work and uncomfortable but the beds were OK. The breakfast in the morning was OK. Over cooked and hard scrambled eggs, not pasteries, one salt and pepper shaker for the entire breakfast area, coffee at the front door and not in the breakfast area. It was OK but for the price I'll stay other places. We have stayed in 4 different Residence Inn's in the last week and the same has been true of each one. The brand has gone downhill.

We stayed here 2 nights while being tourists in Atlanta area and this place needs serious makeover. All rooms have a queen and sofabed so there is no King beds or other options. Our bed was old and you could hear and feel the springs in the mattress just sitting or laying down - not comfortable at all. The room had paper thin walls and you could hear people in the hall and some people decided they wanted to party at 1:30am in the courtyard! Breakfast was pitiful and had very little choice in food: only one bread type, only hot food was eggs and patty sausage; no fruit but nasty looking canned pineapple; some funky looking meat that looked like ground up beef; minimal seating for a hotel this size. After being gone 12 hours we got back to the room and all the lights were on and there were cleaning supplies still in the bathroom they had forgotten to finish. It was 9pm and we were leaving in the morning so I didn’t have the energy to call the front desk. I have stayed at many Marriott hotels and I am a Gold member; stayed at many Residence Inns and I would not stay here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. The franchise owners need a surprise inspection from Mr. Marriott and he’d get an awakening.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Desk clerk suggested using the MARTA train from the airport to Lindburg station and their free shuttle would pick us up. Saved a few dollars and about as fast as a cab. Got a very quite and nice room at the back of the property. Good evening snacks and drinks. Breakfast was so-so with cold eggs. Eating area could have had better organization and a bit cleaner. Good location in the Buckhead area.

I reserved a room on 2 separate business trips in Oct & Nov 2017. Both times they waited until I arrived to tell me they had NO rooms available. They then sent me off to another low-end hotel 30 miles away in the suburbs. To their credit they did pay for the room, but that doesn't compensate for the disruption to my business schedule and extra hours forced to join the rush-hour commute. I've traveled on business globally for 25 years and THIS IS THE ONLY HOTEL EVER THAT DOESN'T HONOR THEIR RESERVATION. Marriott Corporate should take note of the damage this 1 location does to their reputation,.

Hotel was ok. Staff great. Breakfast decent. Problem with cockroaches! Stayed 2 nights. Saw 3 first night, they came and sprayed "Home Defense" around the room. Fill so could not move to a different room. Seemed like spray made it worse. Many more in the morning and when I got back after dinner. Staff seemed like it was no big deal. Like it is "normal".

This hotel is very upscale with a lot of amenities at a reasonable price. The health club and Spa was fantastic and we enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very clean and the service was great and we plan on returning on our next trip to Atlanta.
