Nice hotel in walking distance of everything we needed and wanted to do. Staff was nice and helpful

the room 316 had one light out in bathroom.. couch in King Suite was not sufficiently cleaned to what one would expect when you pay this price for a room The cleanliness was fine in both rooms. The service personnel were excellent; especially the men who worked at curb side with baggage and valet parking. The bags were delivered as expected and the same upon my departure. Service personnel at counter were also excellent. Overall I would rate the personnel as excellent. I was disappointed in the condition of the couch in the King Suite...and the light out in bathroom

All aspects of this hotel met or beat my expectations. Especially will call out the great, friendly staff. All first class!!

I booked at least a double queen room, but upon arrival got shoved with my to kids into a single queen with no room for one of us to have any bed space. No extra blankets provided. For over 200 plus the $40 in parking fees. No apology from the snappy desk clerk and her crappy unapologetic attitude. She blamed you, Orbitz, the third party, for the "inconvenience".

Overall good stay. My fiancé and I were in town for the weekend. The front desk staff was helpful in making sure things were comfortable. We ordered room service and the Server (Marcus) was outstanding. Would definitely stay here again.

The remote was spotty and there was a non-working bulb in one lamp, but otherwise it was perfect.

The hotel is aging. Particularly the rooms. The lobby was nice and the corridors however the rooms were old, although they were maintained.

This is a wonderful location in the heart of Buckhead and Midtown for business and pleasure trips. The staff is very friendly and always helpful.

I had the greatest experience the front desk staff were really friendly. I always stay at this hotel whenever I go to visit family because it's so close to them.

Cobwebs, sink drain clogged and broken (had to pry it up manually and stick q tip to hold it open), shower curtain dirty and broken.

Nice. We had a very nice experience. Everyrhing worked like it was supposed to.

Great hotel and great experience so far but extremely disappointed that it was advertised as a king “premier” room with a view and none of the king rooms face the city skyline. We have a view of Lenox mall.... the room I booked specifically said “room with view” which is false advertisement.

Loved it .Except my wife complained about hair in the shower drain that wasn't hers . But other than that .No other complaint. Everything else 5 star.

After a 7 day work week at roadside business hotels i decided to treat myself to a better hotel for one night. Your beautiful lobby, friendly check in, luxury type room that had a beautiful view was just what I was looking for. And all for several hundred dollars less that several other five star hotels in the area.

Had a nice time clean and comfortable room Staff was very nice and helpful

Our stay at the Intercontinental was wonderful. The front desk staff and concierge team was top notch. Very friendly, attentive and gave suggestions on food and live music. I'll definitely stay again.
