Nice hotel
Very nice hotel! Room was clean, modern and spacious. Staff we encountered were very helpful and friendly. Hotel needs more staff at guest services. The line for check in, etc always at least 20-30 minutes. Otherwise, a very pleasant experience. Would definitely stay again.
Very good hotel, clean, spacious, good service, but they should improve the food in the restaurant, it shows that it has been prepared for a long time and in the bar the bartenders should wash the wine glasses better and be more friendly, they are quite cold at the hour serving.

The property wasn't well maintained. Very dusty and old carpet. Reported that security latches on door was loose and nothing was done. I took do not disturb sign down when I went to breakfast thinking that someone would clean room and someone put another one on the door.
Quick and easy service
Bathroom and floor were atrocious. My bath tub had a water leak, my sinks hot water handle leaked at the base. The bathroom walls by the sink had splatter of something all over the wall. I will be forwarding emailed photos to Orbitz and Hilton on these matters.
Staff was very friendly and always willing to help you.
The parking is horrible, there were plenty of times where the smell of marijuana was present and strong, my key didn’t work for entering and exiting the parking garage, some of the buttons on the tv remote did not work.
The hotel was perfect for attending a concert at the State Farm arena and is very close to Centennial Park and downtown. Our check-in staff member seemed to be at the end of her shift as she didn't really give me a lot of the standard information. She wasn't rude, just looked tired and done.
The beds were so uncomfortable, hard as a rock. Room was dirty when we got there. Found someone else’s water bottle just chilling on the floor, plastic bags, and plastic ware in the drawers. Overall for a Hilton could’ve been way better of an experience. We’ve stayed at other Hiltons and had a great experience but this was not the case this time. Also parking was a hassle as the garage is also open to the public. One night my husband had to circle the lot for an hour trying to wait for someone to leave.
When booking it never said breakfast nor parking was not included. I would have booked a different hotel
Bathroom was dirty, toilet kept running all night, shower stopped up. The glass window had fingerprints and smudges all over it
