Overall very nice! 3 time staying there, has been renovated recently. Nice matress, large screen tv.

Compare to the other Hilton flagged hotels, the one is on the small side; especially the bathroom.. The bathroom is so small, only one person can be on it any given time.. Not cool..

I stayed for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay. Great customer service. Great market from pastries to salads, soup to go...very convenient! The beautiful room was spacious and quiet with great amenities. Highly recommend!

Friendly staff. Hotel close to Most downtown venues. In room fridge did not work. Overall experience was great. Will definitely stay again.

Close to restaurants downtown. Clean with good service.

This hotel was very relaxing. We were able to walk to all of our attractions for the weekend. We were visiting for a football game and stopped to see the CNN tower, World of Coca-Cola, Aquarium, and a couple other sites all located within walking distance.

Overall the room was OK but there were a few things that make the experience less than stellar. Some things in the room just didn’t make sense. Like the super tall toilet that I didn’t even reach the floor or the tiny shower head. But the clincher was the tiny pillows. The were so small my head rolled off them. Hi be never seen a hotel room with such small pillows. I’ve seen really large and really flat but nothing like that. So weird. The room also felt kinda old.

This hotel did a great job at making sure all of our needs were met. Upon us pulling up to the hotel we were on the road escaping Hurricane Irma which took 16 hrs to get to Atlanta! I called the hotel front desk at least 3 times to change our time of arrival and they were very understanding being the fact that we were still driving from Orlando, FL. We pulled up to the hotel and once we arrived, the concierge was very helpful to have our bags taken to our room. I was able to check in without any issues, and I was given a room with a great view! Thank you Hilton! So the room was a little dusty in a couple of areas so I called to housekeeping and they took care of the problem immediately later that morning. Overall, our experience was beyond superior, and I would recommend this hotel property to anyone going to Atlanta to vacation or if you need a room for a special engagement.

We waited a long time to check i because of the people evacuating from Florida. Everyone was friendly. The room was great and we had a beautiful night view of Atlanta.

Super convenient to downtown attractions. Close to transportation. Don't have free wifi inside room.

1st a $100 deposit even when I use my visa card.1st room was dirty had to move from the 8th floor all the way to the 23rd floor. the hallways were dirty and smell of smoke. outside to guys were smoking illegal drugs on the steps coming out of the hotel. had to park across the street no room to park at hotel. I bought 2 krytal kream donuts each was $2.19 and 1 small bottle of water was $5 bucks.

The hotel was clean but I saw a red bedbug. It bit me on my chest and I had a skin irritation. I googled to ensure that what I saw and what bit me. Besides that the room service and everything else was okay.

really nice rooms, modern upscale feel. Amazing access to restaurants on peachtree street, Atlanta apparel mart, ect. Covered walkways all the way to Peachtree.

My room was very dusty but other than that it was good

Walls were paper thin, you could hear the neighbors snoring all nite. Terrible night.

Although there were problems in the beginning of the stay,(i.e. No remote control in the room, and the room wasn't cleaned properly), the staff handled the situation to my satisfaction. They changed the room.

Staff is great here, location worked well for me. Issue is the hotel is aged a bit, tv in room didn't work right and I booked a king but they sold those and gave me twins.

I showed up at 3pm, an hour early for check in. I was told they would text me when room was ready, at 7pm I finally got a text saying the room was now available. Normally this would not bother me, but I have a 1 1/12 year old and a pregnant wife, so it was pretty annoying. Staff didn't seem to think it was out of the ordinary, one said it was because the previous guest left late, another said it was due to renovations. I love Hilton hotels, but I would recommend the Hyatt in Atlanta if you are looking.

Incredibly old and outdated. it is not hilton, it is more like a comfort inn

Hotel would not compensate for all rhe inconvenience. Very disappointed
