It was close to NS towers.

I liked the hotel over all

The hotel was ok. I was surprised that they only cleaned your room IF you requested it, so needless to say after a really long day out we came back only to find out the room wasn’t clean. The staff should of mentioned that when we checked in. The elevators are a serious issue when the hotel is busy. We have to wait 20-20 minutes each time which was very inconvenient . Access to the parking garage was also ridiculously slow too as there was only 1 elevator to the garage. Parking was $32 a day on top of the hotel charge.

Toilet flush broke multiple times…looked to be old as well

Hotel is aging, needs update considering cost to stay. Not enough towels or toiletries. Customer service at bar area was underwhelming. Not enough vending for late night snacks/drinks.

The person checking me in was rude but I loved the hotel and everyone else.

Bathrooms small Couldnt get my sheets changed because of covid protocol Charged me extra for a room that i knew nothing about until i got my final bill. Parking fees are too high

Felt discriminated was placed in a dingy room. The room that wasn’t like photos. Bad sheet-rock work in bathroom.
