This felt like a halfway house.

The hotel was not in walking distance of anything everything we had to drive away too enjoy. The rooms and bed were not pleasing at all disgusting. Would not recommend to anyone.

I liked the overall view that came with my room. Although The parking arrangement was not great this trip. I kept having to call for assistance because my hotel key and digital key was not working with the parking garage. The garage was full one night so i had to park in the garage across the street while i have already paid for parking with my stay. That was the most inconveniencing thing about my trip.

This hotel is too expensive for the level of cleanliness displayed. There was trash on the floor of the elevators as well as in the lobby. I had a 3-day stay and NO HOUSEKEEPING came! No towels no nothing. The paint on the door was peeling. I won’t be back.

The overall hotel is great

My hotel room with two double beds was uncomfortable. The rug looked old and dirty. They provided towels that had stains on them. The first room they provided me the toilet wasn’t clean. Everything just looked old. I changed the first room hoping to get a better room but it was pretty much the same. The comforter on the beds were really old looking. I was just uncomfortable. When you take the elevator to the rooms the hallways smell like weed not fresh at all. I was highly disappointed.

It was horrible. I was locked out for an hour because the door battery was dead. My first neighbor smoked marijuana and my room smelled so I was moved. My second room was filled with party animals that never slept and their were kids running up and down the halls. No microwave, coffee maker or even a cup for water. I will never stay there again! My experience was horrible!! The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff.

We stayed on the 22nd floor and could hear the elevator go up and down all night.

I didnt Like anything about the property and I had To pay for parking after I spent $600 to stay at the hotel.

It was a rat hole reeking of pot smoke and full of pimps and prostitutes. No social distancing. Staffing was poor. I would never recommend that anyone stay there. We checked out first thing in the morning and went to decent hotel.

It was very clean and pleasant , especially the Deluxe king room. I did enjoy it much more than the Executive Room. That room was too noise at late night on a Monday night .

The hotel itself is very nice, and is what I would expect from a Hilton Property. However, there are people (guests?) hanging out in the front of the hotel drinking & smoking weed. My children were very uncomfortable walking out of or into the hotel at night do to the atmosphere outside. Also both Friday night & Saturday night we had to call security on our neighbors. They were blaring music, partying & smoking weed (wafted under our connecting room door) at 1:30 am-2:30 am when we finally had enough and called the front desk. We stayed at the Hilton to ensure we would have a great vacation in a clean, safe hotel. I felt like we were staying at an extended stay hotel. We loved the hotel itself, it is very nice, but again were not comfortable do to the activities of guests, and staff not enforcing rules unless there was a complaint. I would expect a higher standard from a Hilton hotel, and why I paid extra to stay there. I do not believe I received a quality Hilton experience, and will not be staying there again. Maybe if the hotel staff would take the initiative to hold guest to rules, etc then it would be worth staying there.

It was horrible. I was locked out for an hour because the door battery was dead. My first neighbor smoked marijuana and my room smelled so I was moved. My second room was filled with party animals that never slept and their were kids running up and down the halls. No microwave, coffee maker or even a cup for water. I will never stay there again! My experience was horrible!! The best thing about the hotel was the friendly staff.
