The hotel was very crowded and filled with noise. The elevator service was poor. Sometimes we were waiting almost 10 minutes to get on an elevator. And then because so many people were waiting, we had to ride a crowded elevator filled with luggage and people. It seemed like only a few elevators were working. For a brand built on hospitality, I’m am surprised that Hilton Hotel does not provide complementary coffee in the lobby and water upon arrival. The rooms were clean. We requested one additional blanket and the service person commented on our request. He asked, how many blankets do you already have? I expected more from my stay.

This is the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. We only stayed for one night, but we could hear water leaking all night and people talking loudly in the hallway. The room was not clean at all, the bed sheets smelled bad, and so did the floor. The elevator was horrible. This hotel is overpriced. Pretty bad! Never coming back again. A 4-star hotel should not provide an experience like this.
