I loved the room, even though it needed updating. The additional space was a Godsend especially because we were there for a multi day wedding event at the four seasons. The staff at the hotel is excellent. After ordering, breakfast is slow. The room is very clean.

Service at check-in was excellent. The lobby area, bar, and restaurant are nice and the food we had there was good! Overall, good experience, great location, walking distance to several excellent restaurants and Piedmont Park. Very nice and safe area. I’d stay here again. These are minor improvements that could be made: the suites need updating, bathrooms are small, and decor is a bit tired. The hotel ran out of both valet parking spots and extra blankets. Yes, there was a large music festival in town so I understand the parking. Also, turned out the self parking was great and right under the hotel, so that was good! However, my kids could’ve used an extra blanket on their pull out sofa. They got by with a sheet and thin blanket, but an extra would’ve been more comfortable for them. Again, these are just minor improvements and the overall experience was good!

Shameful example of its name. Dated television that only worked sometimes. Needs painting. Very basic amenities. No microwave. $40 charge for parking and guess key doesn't allow entry. Have to literally call the front desk and wait for an employee to get out of the garage. Very horrible experience. I will never return or recommend this place.
