If you're looking for a historical and southern charm, this is not the hotel for you. BUT - if you like contemporary, modern, clean - this is the place. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and modern, the bar and pool were nice. For once I didn't have to look all over the room to find outlets for multiple chargers. It is in walking distance to CNN, World of Coca Cola and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay!

My stay was for business and the location was ideal. I slept well. My biggest aggravation was that one of the two main elevators was out of order for several days and the wait for the elevator was not acceptable. I would have taken the stairs had I been on a lower floor.

They lost my reservation.Took 90 min to check in.took 30 min to get a drink. Food was cold and nasty.toilet didn't flush. Sink was backed up. Shower had mold.maids woke me up.Vomit in women's room. Tables in bar weren't bussed. Cesar, GM, rude and condescending. Offered no help. Cesar also avoided meeting with me. Management was unavailable. Horrible experience for $300 a night

Very nice hotel with extremely friendly and helpful staff.

the room was slightly grungy along the walls and corners, but the beds were clean and comfortable and the bathroom was clean. the price was much better than other options in the area. front desk staff were extremely friendly.

Customer service was poor. They over charged my account on incidentals (which I had none). The refrigerator was so dirty in the outside I couldn't bare to place food inside.

This is a really good hotel if you want to get the most bang for your buck. It has a modern aesthetic--resourceful elegance, smart use of color. The staff really add to the energy and bring a lot of warmth to your stay. It's a great place if you want to be in the PeachTree area, but don't want the expense of a larger conference hotel. The food is fair and kitchen is understaffed, so I often went elsewhere to eat. But overall I enjoyed the stay and would seek it out on a return trip to the area.

We had an issue with our reservation, but the hotel staff was exceptional. The staff is very friendly and personable. A very relaxed atmosphere in the heart of Atlanta and near lots of things to do.

Lighting was strange, wasn't that clean. I would not stay at Aloft again.

This hotel will charge you for every little thing. If you need something make sure you bring it. ex. $3 for a small bottle of coke

Came in for the weekend and the staff was extremely helpful and courteous. Was a little loud the first night I'm the lobby but we stayed on the 10th floor so sound never reached our room. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location 1 block from Americasmart. Has everything you need. A bit pricey and they nickle and dime you with breakfast.

ALOFT WAS VERRY CLEAN&UPSCALE....I Would Always Stay At That hotel.

This place had music blasting, people dancing in the lobby and by the pool. It was hip for a younger "Miami wannabe" crowd but I was there with kids. Room also had dirty towels. And it's in a shady part of town.

The Aloft hotel was clearly new and in a nice location to access tourist spots, restraunts/bars, and get on the Marta. However, the hotel bar was tiny and the hotel didn't seem to offer room service. The pool was also tiny and the hotel didn't have a hot-tub. The hotel also didn't offer a airport shuttle, which would have been nice. However, the hotel, being new, was very nice - the beds were comfortable, the view was nice, the staff was accomodating, and overall I would stay there again. Just don't plan to spend a lot of time at the hotel.

The location of the hotel is great. We were able to walk to food and entertainment, and we felt safe walking in that area of downtown. The staff was really nice and helpful. The hotel is current with the expectations of the aloft properties. The only issues we experienced was with the shower. The hot water was not working on several floors and we had to switch rooms. The parking meter machine was not working as well. I am assuming corporate rushed to open the hotel before checking to make sure everything worked properly. Overall I would stay at this hotel again if the opportunity presented itself.
