There is no microwave, and the sink drained very slowly.

Good

No house keeping. When I asked for new towels, the man at the front desk told me to physically bring down all my dirty towels and only then will he switch them out. Never had to do that in my entire life at a hotel. Terribly disappointing.

Very nice and quiet. Very clean, the only thing that I didn’t like was my room didn’t come with a microwave.

It was overall nice and clean. Good location. Free parking.

The Hotel was nice inside, and the room was good looking in general, including restroom renovation. Front desk was rude straight up, without any reason at all. After I asked what rooms they have available on top floor, she would not answer, and said that nothing is guaranteed. She then just provided me the card of random room without saying anything. Very unprofessional. Bed sheets had blood stains in multiple places. Hair on towels

What was unique about the property was the fact that this DoubleTree, which is famously known for their delicious, warm, chocolate chip cookies, did not have any cookies available my entire stay (Dec.5-7th). Also, when I checked into my original room, it had not been properly cleaned therefore causing the room to have an odor every time the refrigerator opened. I also had random strands of hair in our towels.

Overall, hotel was good. I did have a few disappointing issues. I found long strands of hair in the shower and there was an odor when I first walked in the room. It was a little stuffy in the room, maybe that’s where the odor came from. Other than that, I enjoyed my stay.

I loved that the police patrolled the area felt very safe because some of the guests looked suspect the room was nice now parking was a little tight at times and some of the guests were taking up two spots I think those cars should be towed or booted other than that I would recommend this place overall it was a nice experience and I would stay again

I enjoyed my stay at this location. The staff was very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't like was the shower in the king's room. I don't think that idea was thought through. It was hard not to get wet just by turning the water on, might want to think about putting two sliding doors on the shower. Also, there was no microwave in the room. Overall it was a nice stay and if I visit again, I might consider this place.

The Location was great, just what I needed! Accomplished what I needed to.
