Definitely disappointed in this property been my go to for years but my room was overtaken by heavy mold and mildew in the carpeting. I had to switch rooms because it was difficult for me to breathe. Even though I was switched I wasn’t offered a credit or discount. I ended up sick for the rest of my trip.Hate to say It but I won’t be back.

The staff were wonderful. Unfortunately, when it came to the room the air was very musty and I had to maintain a/c on in order to reduce the moldy odor. The toilet would fill to the point of overflow then slowly flush.

The room was clean and the staff was friendly, but I found the amenities lacking. There were no in-room microwaves, and the water was warm but not hot, which would have been nice with the cold weather. Also, I am nitpicking, but there were no warm cookies every time I checked.

The headboard in that room needs replacing. It looked dirty, but it looked as though those spots were from the material melting or degrading. The service was great though, Micah was awesome.

It was my first time staying at this property! The warm cookies were the best! Room was decent, clean, and hotel quiet. Parking got pretty packed in the evening as it got later towards the weekend. Other than that, no complaints. Convenient to everything, I would definitely stay again. In fact, Im already planning another trip.
