Renaissance Atlanta Midtown Hotel

Overall nice place to sleep, 2 double beds in cramped room...thin walls with drunks being loud in the hallway...would definitely recommend a suite if available...

Beautifully decorated hotel with very friendly staff. Stayed in the 21st floor and had the most amazing view and comfortable bed. While there was an adjoining restaurant, there was room service available for breakfast only. Would have preferred a regular all day room service dining option. Would stay again.

Going beyond the call to help and assist. Genuinely kind and polite to me and my family. Been to a Rennaisance before. Atlanta Downtown staff is exceptional. Our nice experience will make us return.

Hotel is about 5 mins walk from midtown station and 20 mins train ride from the airport by Red/Gold line. Very convenient! There are couple restaurants on the way from station to hotel so easy to grab some food before settling down. They charge money for wifi in the rooms but if you become a Marriott member, it's free!

Everything you'd expect of an upscale botique hotel in midtown Atlanta EXCEPT free WiFi. A deal killer for a professional like me. Sure, you can buy internet access but I view that as chintzy as pay toilets. Hey Renaissance! It's 2016!

It's clean, comfortable, modern room. Nice hotel, nice room, nice restaurant, nice people.

We stayed here the night before we saw Wicked at the Fox. The room with a hot tub was huge. The beds were soft and the staff was very friendly. Breakfast was delicious! Will stay here again!

This hotel was very clean and nice. We would definitely stay there again.

Great stay in this midtown Atlanta hotel. Staff was more than accommodating and helpful.

Very nice and clean hotel. The stuff was very friendly and the location was excellent. No much traffic or neon lights. The elevator was slow. Also the was a conference in the hotel and they had happy hour every night so the reception area was very noisy. Overall a nice boutique hotel

I truly enjoyed my stay and don't think I had one issue with my stay. Great location and easy to move around the city.

This was a business trip. The room was very clean and nicely furnished. Great location if you do not like too much traffic, neon lights, and many tourists. However, you are a few blocks from the tourist area. My only complains were the slow elevator. Really slow. Also there was a business meeting and every evening the used the lobby for happy hour and it was a zoo. The staff was very friendly. Overall it is was a wonderful hotel.

Great hotel. Excellent staff. No pool at hotel though there was one at a sister hotel offsite. Shower could have been cleaner.

The room and service were very nice. The location is great however - I made my reservation through a travel service. When I checked in they couldn't find the reservation, but said they would take care of it. When I check my bill at the end of my stay I have been charged for 1 room night and minibar cookies (which I didn't use). The room night is in addition to what I paid for through the travel service. Calling their accounting office now but it feels like they are just trying to charge people and hope they don't get caught. - Cautious

While the hotel itself was chic and the room very comfortable, I was upset when I arrived to find a $32 parking fee, and that the internet was another $15/day. At such a premium hotel, I would not expect to be nickle-and-dimed that way. Left a sour taste in my mouth.

There was a power outage and I was stuck on the 12th floor. There was no emergency lighting, windows do not open and and no emergency lighting in the stair wells. Power was out for about 30 minutes and it was for the block and not the hotel, however, there could have been serious issues, as the hotel had no backup power resources or emergency lighting. I dread to think how it would function in a fire or other disaster. Without that issue that was probably out of their control, it was a very nice hotel with nice staff and valet. Thank you!

Very nice hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Great location. Very professional and upscale.

The staff was so incredibly polite and accommodating. Perfect location for a great time in ATL!

The complimentary car that takes you within 2 miles of the hotel was great! The valet and car attendants were very nice and helpful. Interesting decor in the hotel bar, but a lovely bartender and delicious specialty drinks. Our room was nice and had a great bathroom. The only thing I would recommend is to bring your own pillow :) they fell a little short. But overall, I would definitely recommend.

My stay was great.. The entire hotel staff was very nice and I loved my room. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
