This place was super nice! We have a really big family and sometimes it’s hard to find a place with enough bed. Space for us and all of the kids, but everything worked out well here. Their breakfast was awesome. We loved their little happy hour, and our children loved it too. They felt really fancy and cute down there. They have a little store in the hotel that had a couple of medicine type things when we needed them. The price was super high at the store, but that’s par for the course in most hotels. We really wanted to be able to see the Ferris wheel from our room and they worked with us to make sure that was a thing. It was a surprise for our kiddos and it was awesome to be able to walk into the room and open the curtains and the Ferris wheel just be right there. My only complaint is that we thought the pool was heated and we thought there was a hot tub. The pool was definitely not heated. Regardless, we would 100% stay there again, we just would either stay in the summer or not tell the kiddos that there is a pool.

This hotel has an amazing staff in every aspect of its establishment. From the valet attendants, the front desk, to housekeeping and food service employees….all top notch and full of care. It is rare to go to a place and find all of the staff so caring and wonderful about their job. Lawrence at the front desk was phenomenal in making me and my kids feel welcome. And honestly everyone we encountered during our stay was as well. This hotel needs to give a class and training to other hotels on how to perfectly operate. I can’t say enough good things!

I booked a king suite, was put in a double bed room. Beds were very small and uncomfortable. I told front seat about the issue and it was fixed very promptly and it was taken care of.
