The property is an excellent, very special establishment -- the zen garden, the lobby are all spectacular. The rooms are comfortable. The shower pressure is decent. But most of all, across the board, the staff is so extremely friendly and professional. Any concern you may have -- they are only there to help and assist you and with a smile. From the valet parking to the front desk, you are always warmly greeted by helpful, respectful people who do their job well. Great place!
Love the ambiance and cleanliness of the pool and waterfall area. Customer service was excellent. It was nice to book for vallet and breakfast when making the reservation. Starbucks was so slow.
The hotel was very pleasant for our stay. The bathroom and the room were tidy. Bed was very comfy. We booked a high floor and the view was amazing. I do recommend a high floor. We werent able to use the ammenties due to time, but we did walk around and check out the ammenties. I went into the spa area and I wish I had time to use it. The area was well kempt and had toiletries for guests. The parking was very accessible and there were no concerns. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

The interior was beautiful and very inviting. I have MS and am on crutches. The staff made me fill so special. They made sure I was safe and comfortable. Gardens are amazing.

We loved our room; spent a lot of time in the pool which was clean and heated; staff service was great. I would highly recommend the hotel and will definitely stay there again.

There was a fight that lasted about an hour on our floor. A lady yelled at a man for a long time at 12 to 1 in the morning by the elevators. Security came and they stopped but I did not feel safe.
