Common areas are not cleaned on a regular basis, the pool area had food garbage and dirty towels strewn about at 9 AM. The indoor pool was closed the entire time we were there and the outdoor pool had leaves/bugs junk in it often. Room service plates and food garbage was in the halls for days. Room service itself was inaccurate and even when we asked for missing items they were not brought.

The device was excellent, woke up the morning with great breakfast, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.

Upset that I had to pay 12.00 to park. What kind of BS is this?? No more Marriott for me, I have gone back to Choice where we stayed for the remainder of our two and a half trip through the South. Count me as a lost customer.

Great experience and i would definitely recommend it to others. The only problem i had was room keys. I had to make 2 trips to the front desk to reprogram these keys. Thanks.

Overall my stay was very pleasant. We picked this hotel because it was a great location since I was running a race on the 4th. The location was beyond awesome. Staff was friendly and I enjoyed my room. It was comforting and very neat. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The atlanta marriott is definitely a great choice. Friendly helpful staff. Everything went smooth and quick. Room was great.

The hotel was easy to get in and out of. Parking was tough on Saturday night as the lot was full and we had to get creative to find a parking place. The room was clean and neat. We old folks had trouble working the remote for the TV, but we did figure it out. Very helpful and friendly staff! Overall a solid 4 stars.

Pleasant location and staff. Helpful, courteous, friendly, attentive, even down to the custodian taking out the garbage who asked if there was anything he could do to for us. Only problems were poor signage and difficulty in finding the hotel among all the tall buildings at first arrival, and inability to get our boarding passes printed which could really have been the airline's website.

The hotel was clean and the staff was wonderful. But it's a few things they need to improve on like running out of wash rags and one microwave for the whole hotel..

This is a wonderful hotels, staff, clean rooms, and great location for everything! The only thing I would have liked was more wash cloths LOL For the money it is a diamond!Very family friendly! It was a great trip.

The hotel was nice. Very helpful staff, great onsite amenities. Room was clean and well kept. They even have onsite Hertz Rental which is a plus.

Despite a couple of off-notes, I was pleased overall with my stay here, based on price and location. I saved money while attending a meeting at the nearby [and more costly, even with preferential pricing] headquarters hotel —and the Atlanta Perimeter Marriott was closer to MARTA, a big plus. The decor, facilities and furnishings were not exactly what you could call contemporary, but this is not an issue for me, as it may be for some. Everything in my room was comfortable and in working order. And to the hotel's credit, they were almost instantly able to put me up immediately on my arrival, ca. 12:30pm, although their official check-in time is [the ridiculous but typical] 4:00pm. The off-notes were as follows : 1.) The hotel staff did not know how to access the free [lobby only] Wi-Fi. A random guest [from Norway, no less!] who showed up at the front desk knew what needed to be done, while the staff [including a supposedly knowledgeable manager] could only offer excuses. Sad to say, I was not surprised. 2.) I had one dinner in the bar. The food and the service were both fine for casual dining. As I was about to pay the bill, I discovered that I had a roach as an unexpected companion. I discreetly presented the killed insect to the barman in my napkin and advised him that this was unacceptable. Was any remedial action taken? I have no idea. 3.) The elevators are a bit antiquated. I eventually discovered the stairs.

The hotel was quiet and comfortable, and conveniently located for my business in Atlanta. It was also convenient to restaurants and shops (although I had no time for shopping). I did not spend much time in the hotel, so I can't say anything about other facilities. My one complaint is that the breakfast buffet was rather sparse and very pricey. After the first day I went out to Panera Bread for a much cheaper and higher quality option.

The hotel staff was wonderful and helpful. Great location. The only downfall was that the rooms need updating. The matress had seen it days.

this hotel is good, but no have microwave and small refrigerator in room .
