The property was clean and close to shopping!
The outside architecture is beautiful. Going into the lobby and conference/ ball room and the bar area is really nice. I was disappointed in the room though. You can tell parts of the hotel has been renovated and the other half hasn’t. My room wasn’t cleaned very well and the A/C unit sounded horrible I had to get switched into another room because I was concerned about the sound/ condition of it.
No mention of parking fee added No breakfast just total rip off worst experience we had pay for coffee.
Just a short overnight stay so did not have the opportunity to fully experience all services
I enjoyed my stay at Atlanta Marriott Perimeter Center. The room was clean. I just feel as though you shouldn’t have to pay $15/day for parking.
Marriott carries a good name so when booking this I didn’t think I’d be let down at all. It was clean but from day one the elevators and floor we stayed on smelled like weed. I don’t even know what was happening on my floor at early morning hours but there was screaming and running around at 3 am. I’ve come to the assumption that the people staying there would leave their kids all night and come home early in the morning leaving the rest of us to deal with the noises. I made a complaint to the desk that there was loud music and yelling and they told me it was an event downstairs that the noise was coming from. I was on the 9th floor... as a functioning adult Recommending this to others, I wouldn’t. If you’re coming for a weekend to party or whatever else, then this is your place. But being not even in Atlanta city limits and in the suburbs I didn’t expect this
Extremely loud noise from the highway and the MARTA train, and the AC is very loud in the room. Having renovated the hotel they should have thought about sound and put in better windows. Horrible night sleep.
When I first checked in to the hotel I was asked to wear a mask or buy one from them. I felt that should have been provided to each guest free of charge considering the fact that you're already paying for your stay. If McDonald's can hand them out for free and all you're purchasing is a sandwich or a drink for $1... Do better Marriott. Also the lady at the front desk asked me if I really need a king size bed as if she really didn't want to give me the room that I had already paid for. I felt that was very rude and unprofessional of her to ask me. They have two pools, one indoors and one outdoors but the only one that was available was the outdoor pool and it was crowded. Their front desk workers in the evening have poor guest service skills and can use a little work on their soft skills. They only had one microwave and ice machine available for their guests to use and that was on the 10th floor. Overall the room was nice until I went to take a shower and only had hot water for 5 minutes. Not being able to take a nice hot shower was the last straw for me. I definitely will not be returning to this hotel in the near future.
Location was great. Parking was not the beast, other than that it was great.
I ordered a balcony room and paid extra for it. But there we’re no balcony rooms available
Common areas are not cleaned on a regular basis, the pool area had food garbage and dirty towels strewn about at 9 AM. The indoor pool was closed the entire time we were there and the outdoor pool had leaves/bugs junk in it often. Room service plates and food garbage was in the halls for days. Room service itself was inaccurate and even when we asked for missing items they were not brought.
The device was excellent, woke up the morning with great breakfast, the breakfast buffet was wonderful.
Upset that I had to pay 12.00 to park. What kind of BS is this?? No more Marriott for me, I have gone back to Choice where we stayed for the remainder of our two and a half trip through the South. Count me as a lost customer.
