All of the staff were friendly, helpful and thoughtful. Great value for such a nice experience and property.

It was so convient to everything. It was very clean. The staff was great. Really loved the valet option

It was pretty and well located. No amenities to speak of. Slow check in.

The best thing about this hotel was the location. It’s in walking distance for all the main tourist attractions.

This was my worst experience. It started with valet, waited on them for like 20min and they were confused and the bell man wouldn’t take our clothes to the room. The front desk was some pompous guy who didn’t care to find the bellman to care our clothes and the experience was the same leaving ...valet is just chaos and it needs some serious attention... not staying again any time soon

The location is excellent. I had to go to the front desk 3 to 4 times to get switched to the type of room we requested. The internet service is terrible and has a fee. The service at the restaurants was very poor. Rooms were pretty loud I could not sleep well one single night we were there. Parking has a high fee as well. This is just to name a few...

The overall property was nice and convenient for our stay. The staff were nice and helpful. However, the mandatory valet parking and the “queen beds” not actually being queen sized was a bit of a turn off.

Our check in time was 3:00. Our room was not ready until almost 6:00. This was the same for all the other guests that afternoon. All the guests were extremely upset and there were no managers on the floor to provide explanation. My husband finally found a manager who said there was a problem with a machine that delayed the linens being laundered. They did comp our room and parking for the inconvenience.

Great staff. Halls could be cleaner. Did have some bags of trash out and about.

Nice area, centraly located at Cennetineal Park. Great view!!!

Friendly. Professional. Helpful. The only hiccup was in getting our car retrieved by valet on a very busy Sunday morning. As soon as I identified we had been there s little longer than others who were waiting, they jumped into action and found our car was at South instead of North and we had it in 3 minutes! We had a wonderful weekend and loved being right in the middle of the centennial park area. Simply wonderful!!!

Room wasn’t ready at 7:56pm . First desk gave me an option to wait or a different room.

Beautiful hotel but only had very expensive valet parking and no good parking nearby, I had to walk over half a mile carrying my luggage so that was not fun at all.

Was a great experience..we loved that everything we wanted to do was within walking distance except for the Zoo and the hotel got us free transportation to and from.

Good location, but dated interiors that are a bit worn. No comforter on the bed, only a very thin blanket which made for a chilly night’s sleep the first night. The next day I asked for a blanket, so the second night was more comfortable. The upholstery on the furniture was a bit tattered with seams torn. Both lamps flickered as though there was a wiring problem. The price/quality/value was disappointing. I wouldn’t stay there again unless I had no better choice.

The Omni was a most pleasant experience! It’s very beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The staff from ground floor to the top was outstanding! Every single staff member was happy and cared to help us. I will definitely go back with my family for a stay-cation and perhaps attend more events at the Mercedes Benz and State Farm Arenas.
