Right I the heart of downtown Atlanta. Walking from great food and attractions and right across the street from a beautiful park. Couldn't ask for more

Rooms outdated and beds not soft but other then that hotel is fine and valet is almost 40 bucks so park at parking deck across street for 12

We had a great view of the centennial Olympic park from our window! Very centrally located close to the CNN center, the world of Coca Cola and the aquarium.

Was told in a email that my previous complaints would be taking care of and I've heard nothing from them since

Nice hotel with great location, especially if you are attending a pro sports events or the CNN center tour. Easy/safe walk from nearby MARTA station.

I took my husband to a Hawks game and it was an added bonus to walk thru the CNN to get to the Philips Arena.

Perfect for events that are at Philips Arena, Georgia World Congress Center or anywhere in that vicinity.

Very nice hotel! Super clean. Great staff, friendly, attentive and helpful. Connected to the Georgia World Congress Center which was great for me.

Hotel has two parts. We were in the "old" part of the hotel. The rooms need to be updated, but great views! Staff is amazing! I would stay again just for the service!

I wanted a 2 night stay, recepcionist could not find our reservation when we arruved, she booked our 2 rooms and only booked one night. When I left in the morning I left my stuff in the room, when I came back to the room it was locked, we went to the reception desk, and the manager was called because receptionist said we didn't have a reservation for the 2nd night, and to get our stuff back the manager wanted us to pay $210.00 per room the cost of the hotel room at their rate. They would not accept being at fault, we had to rent the room so we could get our stuff back. They should of called us to let us know that we only had one night booked and our stuff was still in the room,

Excellent staff and room service. Great food and lounge. Greeted by everyone that works there including maid and room service no matter what floors you are on. On the spot concierge service! Excellent rooms and reasonable upgrades! Will stay again!

overall if was good except for the lobby full of non hotel guests after concert

Pleasant, friendly staff along with great weather and excellent food and facilities. Can't wait to go back!

This is the second time I've stayed here and the overall hotel is very nice and convenient. The rooms are spacious and clean. It is very close to the Dome. The only thing that I would mention is the hotel staff and their attitude. I understand that this is a busy hotel but the staff needs to be nice to the guest. Most of them were but there were a few times where we felt disrespected by the staff and their attitude. We will definitely come back though.

Great restaurant and wonderful staff. We had a good time.

Received confirmation yet told no rooms available upon arrival.

Great time in Atllanta. It was just not enough eating paces after 10pm.

Very nice hotel, staff were very friendly and the hotel was placed in a very great location. Only problem I had was valet. It seems the valet had lost my keys. They kept me in the parking garage while they searched for 45-60 minutes. Finally they found my keys but the valet attended never gave me back my valet claim tag, even though she insisted heavily that she did. It was very frustrating and did leave a bad ending taste. Other than valet, hotel was great. If you don't plan on driving around, I would definitely recommend.

Valet always late and rude.....rooms basic and nothin special.
