Valet parking and front desk receptionists were extremely efficient and polite.

I enjoyed my short stay at this hotel. Rooms were nice and the view waa pleasant. The beds were ok but the pillows were too soft. No hotel will suit everyone but overall this was good. Be aware that parking is limited to Valet only and it costs $38 PER NIGHT. Be aware

Great hotel, great location. Excellent views. Helpful staff. Valet parking is $35 per day.

Stay was good here & staff was nice. Close to Georgia Congress Center & Centinial Park.

The staff was very friendly the hotel is huge, very comfortable rooms. The valet is cheaper than other hotels, and the location is right there near all the main Atlanta attractions.

The Omni is centrally located to many sites and attractions in Atlanta. It was an easy walk to Centenial Park, the Aquarium, Stadium and other attractions. Lots of eateries nearby. Georgia Tech was a mile away and also an easy walk. The hotel staff was more than friendly and extremely professional. None of our needs went unmet. I would definitely recommend staying at the Omni while in Atlanta!

I was here for business. I will be definitely staying here next time I fly in.

Bed like rock with points. Location great. Dark bathrooms.

Omni Atlanta at CNN Center offers a great experience with a number of dining and entertainment options, all under one, very large roof. Located in a trendy part of the Atlanta downtown scene, if you choose to venture out there are a number of quality eating establishments within walking distance. Hotel staff was attentive and friendly, and the atrium area offers great people watching from the interior balcony of the courtyard rooms. After a 4 day stay for a conference I was able to decode the multiple levels and tiers of both the north and south towers of the hotel, but if you choose to stay here, you may want to get acquainted with the floor plan while at check-in, to save yourself a few minutes of wandering in this very large facility.

Very nice hotel staff was super friendly. the rooms were very nice.

Right I the heart of downtown Atlanta. Walking from great food and attractions and right across the street from a beautiful park. Couldn't ask for more

Rooms outdated and beds not soft but other then that hotel is fine and valet is almost 40 bucks so park at parking deck across street for 12

We had a great view of the centennial Olympic park from our window! Very centrally located close to the CNN center, the world of Coca Cola and the aquarium.

Was told in a email that my previous complaints would be taking care of and I've heard nothing from them since

Nice hotel with great location, especially if you are attending a pro sports events or the CNN center tour. Easy/safe walk from nearby MARTA station.

I took my husband to a Hawks game and it was an added bonus to walk thru the CNN to get to the Philips Arena.

Perfect for events that are at Philips Arena, Georgia World Congress Center or anywhere in that vicinity.

Very nice hotel! Super clean. Great staff, friendly, attentive and helpful. Connected to the Georgia World Congress Center which was great for me.

Hotel has two parts. We were in the "old" part of the hotel. The rooms need to be updated, but great views! Staff is amazing! I would stay again just for the service!

I wanted a 2 night stay, recepcionist could not find our reservation when we arruved, she booked our 2 rooms and only booked one night. When I left in the morning I left my stuff in the room, when I came back to the room it was locked, we went to the reception desk, and the manager was called because receptionist said we didn't have a reservation for the 2nd night, and to get our stuff back the manager wanted us to pay $210.00 per room the cost of the hotel room at their rate. They would not accept being at fault, we had to rent the room so we could get our stuff back. They should of called us to let us know that we only had one night booked and our stuff was still in the room,
