Superb hotel. Covid had restricted the whole experience, so will have to see when at maximum capacity

Everything was truly modern and innovative and amazing!! The layout is awesome. The elevator is like a theme park ride. The pent house was incredible!!

Everything was GREAT and i will be back again. Price was good , rooms was clean , staff was great.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating to guests.

The Bell Hop, Ike made the stay as pleasant as you please!

I enjoyed my stay. My only issue was when i went to my room after i checked in, the room was not ready, it was dirty, unmade beds, dirty towels and used water bottles in the bathriom. I had to go back downstairs to the check in desk and wait for them to assign a new room.

I liked the view and the rooms nothing that I didn’t like

Everything was great. There was not anything that i didnt like. Me and my family especially loved the view from our rooms.

Check in was horrible. The traffic situation y’all have up front was an absolute nightmare. We almost missed a concert we left 2 hours early for because of it. I left my wallet at home and management provided zero assistance to me, even though I could prove my identity. All around Disaster.

The line at check in was very long, BUT the staff was set up to take charge of the demand. Each of the staff had a smile on their face and did a good job getting us checked in. The 37'TH floor had a great view of the city and the bed, sheets and pillows were high quality and very comfortable. We will be back.Robert L. Acworth Ga
