I have no complaints about the staff nor the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. I think i annoyed people in valet because I kept losing my valet parking slip (cause i lose stuff all the time.) They were still gracious and treated me fair. Hotel room was very nice. No complaints at all.

Hotel is excellent. But downtown atl is underdeveloped. If you like eating at Hard Rock Cafe, and hooters. You'll be fine. Not too many other nice restaurants or bars. There is a crappy mall. The hotel is fine. It's the downtown area of the city, that sucks

There was a conference going on while I was there. Very busy. Service was good

Great staff, rooms are nice. The hotel overall is beautiful'

Nice hotel but parking and housekeeping wasn't uP to par.

Concierge wasn't all that helpful when asked for a courtesy shuttle to the Georgia Convention Center. By contrast the staff at the Omni hotel had no problem with shuttling me back to the Marriott at no cost to me. They were much more accommodating than the Marriott staff was.

Hotel is beautiful but the room was subpar at best. No free wifi in the room, only in the lobby,no mini fridge unless you pay 15/daily. Our water in the tub and sink was brown, toilet didn't flush and the tub had hair in it from previous occupants. Definitely not worth the money

My friend and me stayed here and honestly, it was an unforgettable experience. The staff is so friendly and the hotel is as visually pleasing in person and clean as it appears online in pictures. From the moment you arrive, the staff doing valet greet you with a smile, and make you feel at home. Never once did I feel un-welcomed. The rooms are clean and beautiful, and provide a spectacular view of the city. As silly as it sounds, even the elevators were nice and I've never seen any go so fast. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a Beautiful stay at The Atlanta Marriott Marquis. The setting was nice to propose to my Girlfriend..... AND SHE SAID YES......I will definitely be staying there again, and hopefully we can get our same room.

Two night stay. Declined housekeeping and received an extra 1,000 Delta miles. Great view of the city and close to where I needed to be.

Waking distance to the Aquarium and restaurants. Great views. Only downside was parking, had to pay $38 a day to park, wish we had just gotten a Lyft from the airport since we ended up walking everywhere.

Was checked into a dirty room and took 3 hours to be moved to a clean room. No towels in the clean room, terrible service.

It was centrally located clean beautiful and comfortable

Its a beautiful hotel and has a nice indoor pool and several bars you can enjoy. I was not happy that they did not have easier access to water. There was no fridge so i couldnt buy my own and when i requested it they took forever, brought me two little water bottles, or didnt show up at all. Aside from that everything else was nice and everyone was friendly

I really enjoyed my stay. The room had an awesome view and the staff member named Alexian was very attentive in making sure that I had everything that I needed. Thanks to the entire staff!!

Biggest issue was restrooms in Atrium level were messy.

This hotel was amazing! We were in town for the SEC Championship game (Roll TIDE!). The lobby had SEC merchandise for sale. The hotel was walking distance to the Convention Center and the Georgia Dome. Room service was prompt and very tasty!

Beautiful hotel, staff was very nice and helpful. Great location

Stayed there for thanks giving weekend holiday. The brunch buffet was not as good as expected not enough turkey. The staff were mostly helpful and room and facility nice and clean. Dinner at Sear restaurant was great experience.
