Very disappointed. My daughter, 7 month old grandson and I came to Atlanta for a week to meet a new family member. I chose this hotel because of the location, the look of it and the reviews. Check in was fine but things went downhill from there. I asked for a playpen to be sent to the room and it never came. The tv kept freezing so we had nothing to watch but our phones for duration of our stay. The beds were extremely hard so my daughter and I woke up with backaches. The tub was dirty, a hair was in the fridge and dead bugs were on the walls. The sheets had stains on them as well. I tried ordering from the app but that didn't work. We called room service, they took the order and hung up on my daughter twice, once for breakfast and they forgot our toast and once for dinner. I found out that I was being charged unknown charges that none of the front desk staff could explain after going there multiple times. When we checked in there were 3 elevators up and running (18-30) by the time we left it was down to 1. This hotel hosts a lot of events so it was loud music past midnight every day we were there. It was horrendous trying to get back on the property for valet I was almost hit twice. Terrible experience.

Other hotels in Atlanta should be held to these standards . Marriott Marquis is one of the hotels that have stood through the test of time and still operating on a championship level. If you come to Atlanta this is class comfort and a real taste of what Atlanta is about.
