This hotel worse hotel I ever seen I said I am cold all night I was freezing that was a disaster

Staff was rude Parking fee is very hefty Room had very few amenities

Amazing Hotel!!! Beautiful furnishings throughout and very clean. Incredible staff and quick check in process . My room was very nice with an incredible room. The bed was very comfy and I loved the waterfall shower . I had brunch at Sear and it was wonderful , so worth the $25.00 per person cost. We met friends at High velocity sports bar within the hotel and it was very nice as well. Will defenitely stay here again on return trips to Atlanta. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great hotel Friendly staff Central to downtown Atlanta Clean and modern

The location of the hotel is close to a lot of restaurants and the mall. Additionally, it is walking distance from many ATL attractions.

Staff was great made sure we were comfortable. Great hotel. Rooms we're clean. The only thing i did not like about the hotel is that they was Atlanta Falcon fans.. But other than that great.

Beautiful architecture, good restaurants and a convenient conference center.

We enjoyed our stay here. It's quite a place. Very cool looking. Comfortable and quite.

Got there about 4:15 p.m. after check-in time the room was not ready until 6:30 the hostas offered something in the lounge but only with a discount didn't have the courtesy to say we will pay for it as a complimentary

Went to Atlanta for just a little get away, Have stayed at this hotel before had a great experience, but this time it was only ok. The hotel itself was great the staff was great the room seemed great but once inside the room got in bed and the pillows and linen smelled sour like mildew then took a shower and the towels smelled the same way. Then every night the air would not cool properly

Nice comfy bed and nice room. Valet was pokey on Thursday night but efficient Friday am.

A resort experience in walkable Atlanta enjoyed as our first stop of solar eclipse chasing. Only negative would be the elevators are slow and close quickly when they open. Get in and get out! But enjoy the staff, the room, and amenities.

Loved the hotel. Hated that you had to pay 45 dollars per day for parking.

I LOVED this hotel. The room was beautiful! The pool was so amazing. It was a rooftop pool overlooking downtown Atlanta. It is a indoor and outdoor pool combined making for a gorgeous resort ambiance. The Canopy's were so nice, the couches, lounge chairs and hot tub made the pool my favorite part of my stay. The service I received when I checked in was the best I ever received. I wish I knew the name of the gentleman that assisted me. He was so helpful. I checked in very early and it was no problem and they accommodated me right away without even mentioning it. He also gave me an amazing room and mentioned I was going to love it, which I did. Having a Starbucks that opens at 5 am right in the hotel is a major plus for me. My only wish is that I could have stayed longer, lol. I will def stay here from now on when visiting Atlanta, especially in the warmer weather.

Welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Spacious a nd comfortable rooms close to everything downtown.

I have no complaints about the staff nor the hotel, everyone was friendly and helpful. I think i annoyed people in valet because I kept losing my valet parking slip (cause i lose stuff all the time.) They were still gracious and treated me fair. Hotel room was very nice. No complaints at all.

Hotel is excellent. But downtown atl is underdeveloped. If you like eating at Hard Rock Cafe, and hooters. You'll be fine. Not too many other nice restaurants or bars. There is a crappy mall. The hotel is fine. It's the downtown area of the city, that sucks

There was a conference going on while I was there. Very busy. Service was good

Great staff, rooms are nice. The hotel overall is beautiful'
