Not set up to handle the number of people coming to the hotel

Very impressive place, good food options. Staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean, no complaints

Property is big and specific to conferences. Staff, however, are mostly rude and indifferent to customers. I went to breakfast and added it to my room along with a tip, somehow upon checking out, it was the biggest deal. I was charged $300 even though i paid in advance with Orbitz.

I love the Location of this Property!!! The hotel was clean the staff was wonderful.

Well at first i thought it was a great hotel . Until my last night there . House keeping didn’t come until 6 pm by then we had already cleaned up ourselves . Then upon my departure i see a roach crawl from behind the tv . Disgusted

Loved the location and ease of getting from train station to the hotel.

Awesome location for downtown, lots of things are walking distance. First night we walked 2 blocks to this brewery that had great food and beverages and was fun for kids too, we also walked and visited Coca Cola and loved it! The hotel was fun because of the indoor outdoor pool that the kids loved, bar right outside pool for parents to grab a drink for kids to swim :) we loved the elevators and the inside of hotel was fun to see, you will know what I mean if you go there , loved the city view from our room with one large window. The beds were just ok, pillows were good. Room was clean. We did buy the free breakfast package and it was worth every penny, wow the buffet was amazing!

I really enjoyed my stay and was really pleased with the inexpensive hotel and lodging package

Hotel was super busy a lot going on in town all of staff was polite and friendly. Price was reasonanle, thought valet parking was over priced, Starbucks needs to stay open longer.

Long and terrible check in process. Not enough staff allocated for this and incredibly slow. Then gave me the wrong room, which i then had to go line up again for another 20 mins to change. I was late to a dinner due to this. Check in shouldn’t take 45 mins.

Incredible customer service and staff. Would stay again next time I’m in Atlanta!

The wait was awful as they could not find me. The beds were horrible. Atmosphere was good

FYI, when I checked in, the clerk did NOT mention any of the amenities within the hotel. She wasn’t rude or anything but she just checked me in, gave me my keycard, and that was it. I know you all are renovating, but when I went to visit a family member (who was also staying here at my suggestion), I was walking on the 8th floor near room 824 and I saw a large brown cockroach on the carpet running around in the hallway. I wasn’t going to mention it at all, but since you asked for my experience, here it is. Sorry!!!

Only disappointment was room was not ready when I tried to check in. I did ask for extra trash cans to be placed in the room no one ever brought them up

Beautiful hotel!!! Looking forward to my next visit 🙌

Central location made it possible to walk everywhere we needed to, but you definitely want to be in before dark as the area gets pretty sketchy (we had several issues with homeless people and what appeared to be drug addicts during our two night stay). Uber pool pickup location on site for further forays. The hotel itself was gorgeous, but under renovation. In the room they seemed to cut a lot of corners: bathroom door doesn’t close all the way (there was a gap in the middle affording no privacy), in room glasses were dusty inside, WiFi was super expensive, etc. overall it was comfortable and clean.

Functioning business hotel. Somewhat non-informative signage. Room was comfortable, but the clock had been set forward by a previous guest, and not corrected
