The view was amazing The room was nice as well I used it for a romantic evening so everything was nice
Everything was good except for the fact that I wasn't allowed, by Orbitz, to use my coupon.
Convenient location but crowded dining/bar options, limited reservations available for the restaurants, no housekeeping services (really poor decision!), no early morning room service available for guests (which is NOT what we were advised upon check in)… just an average hotel with minimal services…and not cheap!!
Our stay was pleasant and welcoming!
The hotel was extremely crouded. The lines were way too long. Only 2 people were checking guests in. Waited 30 min to check in. At Starbucks the wait was almost one hour. Staff not helpful at all. I think it is a poorly managed hotel.
Great place to stay
Such a beautiful hotel! In the heart of Atlanta so everything is a short walk or Uber ride away. I wish we could live here lol we love hotels!

Checkin was wonderful. The desk comped me breakfast for my stay since my birthday was coming up. Limited spa hour due to the pestilence are unfortunate but understandable.
Cant park car will tow away in 15minutes no house keeping i cleaned my own room2days

The hour wait line to check in was absolutely ridiculous and no offer of complimentary breakfast for the amount we pay is a little outrageous
