I usually stay at this property when I visit Atlanta; however, this time I had to request towels before even taking a shower. Also, the heat wasn’t working. Maintenance came and he still didn’t fix the problem. I really didn’t understand this because I have stayed here over the last ten or more years when I visit Atlanta. I have brought groups of people to enjoy football and basketball games.

This property is in a prime area for events at the arenas, stadiums, etc. When I arrived, I was roughly two blocks away for well over an hour, simply trying to get to the lobby. Traffic control and accomodations were very disappointing. Valet service appeared to be overwhelmed. Regular parking wasn't clearly disclosed in the hotel information. You are basically on your own to find something near the hotel. I parked in the lot right beside the hotel, paying $30 per day. My rear passenger side window was broken out during my stay.

Horrible customer service! There was apparently 2 events booked at this hotel during my stay so it was busy to say the least. However, I was told by hotel staff due to how busy they were, valet was full and I had to park at a garage a block away. Then valet refused to allow me to stay parked in the unloading to be able to check in and unload all my bags. There were no carts for baggage and I was harassed to move my vehicle and instead carry all my bags from the garage a block away. Never will I give this hotel my business again.
