This was my first stay at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Atlanta. The entire experience was outstanding, from check in to check out. Thanks!
Sink was stopped up. Staff doesn’t care or send any one to address the issue. The room has a musty odor.
My car got broken into as did another car that night at tgat same hotel. TVdid not work Had reservations for two room, but when arrived they could only find one. Do not stay here for your own safety.
The property was great, however, Orbitz charged me for a double queen bed suite, but booked a single bed suite.
Nice evening stay and very close to the Aquarium, coke museum, Olympic park and CNN. Great location.
We had gone to a concert so it was midnight before I discovered that the heat wasn’t working. I had to leave at 4 am so decided it wasn’t worth moving all our stuff we had unpacked. The room was 60 degrees. I slept on the sofa bed and the sheets hadn’t been changed since the last occupant. Front desk staff was friendly upon check in and parking was free in an adjoining lot.
Beds were very uncomfortable but our room was remodeled but looked still looked like it was unfinished. Breakfast was not that great and staff was picking up food even if you were waiting to get food. There was only one working elevator so to go down or up for anything would take such a long time. Not enough carts to check in or check out and not enough parking especially if you have to pay $25 extra a night for it. Overall will not book here again
Property requires an “optional” Parking fee to use the parking lot that they say they don’t own. In the lot is a 6 foot tall sign clearly stating they own the lot. If you don’t pay their “optional” parking fee they will tow your vehicle from their lot. Property is under renovation and the room we were given was unfinished. The area is very noisy.
Princess at the front desk was very helpful and super friendly. She’s a hard worker and truly likes her job, she deserves a raise! The ice maker on 5 floor didn’t not work at all! We had to go to other floors to discover another ice maker had a out of service sign on it. Breakfast could me better also. Overall I’ll give my stay a 3.5 out of 5.
Front desk staff were amazing. Princess, in particular, was very helpful in getting some forms printed for us while trying to use the Business Office services. She went out of her way to make sure we got what we needed. Breakfast was also very ample and parking was convenient for a downtown hotel.
Perfect location. Few minutes away from tourist attractions
