I am really enjoyed this property the amenities like pool. I felt safe area around & inside is really nice clean smells good. The staff were really helpful & polite . The view from room was lovely big spacious room w/ sofa desk area nice big bed clean sheets nice bathroom. Also no one came to knock door rushing or slowing down to check out. Very pleasant experience

Would give it to zero stars if I could. When you first check in they give you a page that basically says that if you are a loud guest after a certain time they will kick you out however, they won’t. They won’t do anything about it . when we stayed about a week ago on our trip cross country. There was a party going on next-door until about three in the morning. We called the front desk several times, and they did nothing about it. I finally called Expedia because we really needed to and Expedia contact the front desk and they told the front desk that there’s nothing that they can do about it because “ they are guests too “ so apparently that slip of paper doesn’t mean crud. So be for warned if loud screaming neighbors next-door at night they won’t lift a finger to help and they won’t even reimburse you or even move you to another room like most hotels will do. they can’t be bothered to take five minutes and do anything to help

My first stay there was very nice. This time I paid for a ballpark view or city view and arrived at 9 pm and was told the room wasn’t clean and the housekeeping had gone home. So I was moved to a different room with no view and there were two dirty used washcloths in the bathroom. The people are very nice but that was very disappointing.
