Nice facility, the only recommendations I have is when I first checked in the staff at the desk checked me in and gave me a room key and that’s it, she did not tell me the amenities, what time places opened and closed, nothing. I have checked into multiple hotels over the years being a traveling nurse and that caught me off guard to have to ask for that information. Also operating the shower should be more simple, the shower knob actually came off and I had to pop it back on. Also would me nice if the tv could be upgrades to offer streaming services and not just cable. Other than that, it was an average stay in a hotel.
We loved our stay at the Emory Hotel and Conference Center! The staff was especially friendly and accommodating. The facilities are lovely. We will definitely stay there again.
The property is close to Emory university which is convenient as I have a son who attend there. They do not clean the room (thus high rating for eco friendliness, lower for cleanliness.
The lobby is beautiful. The rooms all smelled like mildew and the beds & pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Only positive is it’s proximity to campus.
Very nice property. Clean and new
This property had a beautiful atmosphere and it was hidden in a trees away from the huddle and bustle but only a block from the main road across the street from the CDC ...it took 5 minutes to get to Emory University. The hotel is large due to being a conference hotel, so there’s a hike if room your room is at the end of any hall. The staff couldn’t have been any kinder. The first room given to us was not ready, so we were upgraded to a new room. This room was average but a little larger with nice windows and walk out terrace. The restroom doesn’t have a fan and the air conditioner wouldn’t fall below 75 degrees. The bed seemed comfy, but bring your favorite pillow because there’s were huge. Overall, this was a nice hotel in a pleasing location... we will visit again in the future.
Very convenient access to Emory facilities, quiet, classy.
The staff was amazing and the rooms were comfortable. Great location. Really enjoyed our stay
It is a wonderful place to stay because it feels completely isolated from the city, but it is not.
This is a great space to hold a meeting. The hotel is very nice as well and the staff extremely nice and helpful.
Convenient location. Great amenities and the staff was very nice. Rooms were very spacious. Will definitely stay here the next time I am in Atlanta.
Todo esta bien. Limpieza excelente, felicitaciones a todos los trabajadores.
