The experience was fine - the hotel is not a 4. The rooms need significant updates.

Overnight the toilet quit flushing properly. Had to use the bathroom near the lobby for "heavy duty " use. Thought the description online said free continental breakfast but I must have misread. Staff at the Bistro were very pleasant which made up for having to pay for breakfast.

Except for the elevator that was being worked on the hotel was very nice. It was convenient for me to get to my families home and parking was always available.

The hotel was a little older than, I thought. The rooms could stand an update or remodel, but overall it was okay, for the short time I was there.

This Hotel was so nice and clean. Conveniently located for dining and shopping. Free parking as well

There was one person on staff. They were working the Bistro and the desk. The room was a little dated, but it wasn't the worse I have seen. The room was very clean. The sheets were super starchy. I noticed, but my husband fell asleep in a second. The location is nice. All and all it was a good experience. It could have been better, but it wasn't horrible.

Very clean and updated hotel close to shopping. Quite surprised that that for the price there was no breakfast included .

Room was nice, cleaning staff very aggressive. Was not really given a heads up of when they would be cleaning. No breakfast either.

This was located in a very good area. A little hard to find.Sign was very small and lots of bushes hid the sign. The room was a king plus sofa. Was clean and comfortable. I made the mistake of not double checking the breakfast, etc. . They did offer bristo cafe which you paid extra for. No breakfast, or other extras which I have had at many Marriotts. The Price was average

The hotel was nice. All the things you expect a Courtyard to be. There was a glitch with the "breakfast included" rate (there sometimes is with Orbitz rates). The manager and front desk guy were perfect. Apologized. Worked it out. No attitude or problem at all. We love staying in this area because it's close to so much and still quite easy to get elsewhere.

The Courtyard is nicer than other hotels nearby that I used to stay at when traveling to Atlanta. The rooms are clean and nice, and they do all the little things right, like having a mini-fridge in the room and providing a channel listing for the TV. The exercise room and pool are adequate, and the balcony in the room was a nice touch. I will be staying at the Courtyard from now on when in Atlanta.

it was so clean .love the area

trip was nice in details of reservation stated breakfast included but went i arrive there was told it wasnt.

This newly renovated hotel had a spectacular lobby and sitting area. The pool was crystal clear and very refreshing. Lots of opportunity to relax around the pool. Hot tub was in an airconditioned room and the water temp was very nice. We checked in later in the evening and the staff person was not particularly friendly, tho not rude. We needed the pull out sofa made up and tho she said she would send someone, we had to call for bedding. Then we had to recall 3 times because the didn't bring pillows, then we noticed they forgot the pillow cases and there weren't enough sheets. That was very frustrating. Seems like what is needed to make up the sofa bed would be obvious. Same front desk staff person on another morning. Same civil demeanor, but not very friendly. Different staff on the morning of check out who were extremely cheerful, helpful and friendly.

Staff was courteous and prompt. Needed more towels at 2 AM and staff delivered within 10 min.

I absolutely loved this hotel and would love to stay here next time I come! The only problem is that the housekeeping lady forgot to clean my room and it really left me in a bind...

Everyone was very friendly. The computer (business) center was nice and was able to print directions for an activity in the area.

Check-in and check-out was very easy. All of the necessary accommodations in the room.

Just hung out and played at the pool. A little disappointed there wasn't a continental breakfast, but we just packed food for the kiddos. A little hard to find at first, but it was in a good location.

Very good. Terrific facility

Thank you for staying with us and for taking the time to post a review. While we offer many complimentary services such as Free Wi-Fi, shuttle service to the local Mall and area venues, we are sorry we did not meet your expectations by offering complimentary breakfast daily. We offer Starbucks Coffee and also have a 24-hour pantry in our lobby for our guests' convenience. Our 'Bistro' features many items to choose from including seasonal favorites. I am happy to hear how well our Bistro staff treated you. I also did double check to make sure there was not an error on our website and I do not show free breakfast listed. I am so sorry for the disappointment. Thank you for your feedback, and we hope we will have the opportunity of welcoming you back in the near future. Jerry General Manager
