Renovate, Renovate, Renovate, please! We stayed 5 days. The bathroom could be a little bigger. The bedroom is a good size. The bedskirt/netting was dirty, one of the elevators had lots of floor wood chipping at the entrance. The toilet seat was clean, but very used. Cold shower on the first day, but, all other days, hot shower. It's not a big hotel. The hotel is in a decent area, not far from the city (roughly 5-10 minutes). The staff was terrific!
The room was great, except for the fact that I could every word from my neighbors in the next room. Check-in was easy, but the digital key only worked once.
The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Any interactions we had them were great! The hotel itself seemed old and a bit dated. Not a lot to eat around the restaurant (for a gluten-free diabetic), but we figured we would find something in the hotel restaurant, which the website said was open. Unfortunately, it was not and we had difficulties finding a place to eat.
I had lowered expectations because the property is under renovation. However, that did not excuse the other things that I found disappointing. For one, nothing says "cheap hotel" more than florescent lighting and there was nothing but everywhere. They do make energy efficient white bulbs now! The bathroom mirror was lit by 2 florescent tubes and one of them was out, making the mirror practically useless. Also, the refrigerator in my room was missing a leg and tipped to the side every time I opened it. How did that happen? There were stains on the ceiling tiles in the bathroom and the bedding stank of cigarette smoke even though it was a non-smoking room. I happen to be allergic to tobacco smoke. My experiences at other Hilton properties were largely positive, but I don't think I'll be visiting this location again.

We asked for coffee and clean towels twice, both times front desk said they couldn't help and would pass on to housekeeping. It never happened. Had to go out to get coffee and never got towels.
There was no housekeeping service provided during our three-night stay (they said “since COVID”) - we had to empty our own trash, request fresh towels (which had to be delivered later to our room), and no other services were provided. Very bare bones and the building itself is in disrepair.
I didnt like that there was a $150.00 deposit upon check in (I was unaware), they dont change the bedding or towels unless you request it, and their food and beverage wasnt available the duration of my time there. However customer service was excellent.
Quick check in and out. Great service. No issues. We were just one night.
I had a wonderful stay, sooo relaxing! Will definitely be staying again.
