What I like about the property that every staff was very nice and the rooms were very clean the beds were very clean the only thing that I did not like that it did not have a pop machine or a chip machine and a lot what I like about in the morning you can get up and go down and get you some breakfast

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Room was clean and staff were friendly. The holding charge wasn’t clearly defined so that was a surprise. Also not a lot of food around the hotel.

I absolutely loved this hotel. The only thing is it looks terrible from the outside and there’s always a cop car sitting in front just gives the wrong idea. Great breakfast amazing rooms.

We were booked into someone else’s room! I don’t know what else to say about that other than who’s to say it won’t happen again or hasn’t happened before. The hallways and doors were all filthy and when we came downstairs to talk to the lady at the desk there were cops and full out domestic going on, then we waited for 10 minutes for the lady at the front desk and finally found her outside smoking. She offered to refund my money when we said we’d like to cancel our stay and then told Expedia something different so we’re left paying for a room we didn’t use and then we were late for the baseball game and had to find another hotel. Honestly just find a better place to go!! This was absolutely disgusting and the customer service was terrible too.

I reserved a room here a month ahead because my daughter is having spinal surgery and we were there for her pre-op appointment the next day. Mind you, we were coming from 5 hours away. We arrived close to midnight. We had cash for the room and asked could the $50 deposit be put on the card. The black feminine dude was rude. Like his tone was very unprofessional when he stated and i quote" NO it has to be on a card". He wouldnt even do it on 2 cards. I get if thats their policy but for him to sound angry at me like i wasted hus time is beyond me. We leave and go to the red roof inn and they were able to get at least a little rest. All im saying is you never know what a person is going through. I understand you have a job but as a human try have empathy for people. I definitely will never book there again and will not be recommending to anyone!!

The staff was super helpful. Kudos to the front desk team! The pool was nice, the room was nice, and it was close to other things. Some of the channels were off-line, but there were enough to choose from. The bed mattress was way too hard, though. It was like sleeping on the ground. Other than that, it was a great stay!

The debris from the ceiling was on ice container and sink and a lot of other areas. A lot of the ceiling had water stains . The whole room was dusty and smelled very old . Way too expensive for such poor quality hotel . I would never stay here again . Even the sign of the hotel was covered . Many reviews said the breakfast would be good , and the breakfast was awful ! Again I would never stay here , I rather sleep in my car . The workers were very nice though .

We had 2 rooms and only stayed 2 nights. The building definitely looked older, but we didn't mind that. We did experienced roaches in both of our rooms. We saw them in one room on the first night. The staff was very accommodating and moved us to another room. We didn't have any issues in the new room. We also found roaches in the other original room on our second night. It was very late when we saw them, and the front desk was willing to give us another new room. We had too much stuff and didn't feel like moving everything since we were leaving the next morning. We decided to stay and just take precautions. The staff gave us a discount for the inconvenience.

The hotel was great, the staff was super accommodation. The room smelled a little musty but it was better once I turned the ac cooler. Breakfast was fine - nothing to write home about. Excellent value. Went for a medical visit at Emory - we’ll stay here again.

You can see that the Owners are in the process of rehab this property. But there still a long way to go. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. The hotel is just rundown and in an area that is attempting to build up. In a couple of years this will be a good spot.
