The hotel was very clean and the staff polite. My room and the view was amazing.

I liked the location of the hotel. I also enjoyed the nice people at reception except for one dude.
The room and the property wasn't clean. I had to disinfect both rooms. The property didn't seem safe at all. Random people were walking around on the floors and someone knocked on our door in the middle of the night.
I know it’s during COVID so things are different, but when you walk in it’s not overly inviting as you are not in a lobby, but a hallway. If you look left, there are stairs that look like that could be the lobby area, but to the right were 2 little stands that looked like a business office. I went right and then waited a few mins for anyone to come to the “desk.” Room was underwhelming. Stains on carpet and some mildew in shower. Bring your own shampoo/conditioner. What they offer smells bland/stale, but that’s a personal preference thing. It just seemed very uninviting compared to most places I’ve stayed. Again, it’s during the pandemic so take this with a grain of salt.

definitely not what I expected,below average experience. checkout time was 3:00pm and our room was not available and even then they did not have any of the double queen beds available that we booked online. If checkout is at NOON, checkin needs to be after 3pm to make sure the hotel is ready for new checkins. Would have been nice to have extra towels and wash clothes brought to the room. Trash in hallways, made them smell horrible.Microwaves were filthy inside, I cringed warming up my food. Paid for parking the first day/night and the gate was open the entire day. What was the point of paying if the gate was going to remain open all day and night? Would I come back or recommend? No.

Booked the place based on their having a pool opened and breakfast provided. We called the Hyatt HQ before booking to confirm the pool was opened & paid the extra $20 for breakfast for 2 adults / 2 kids. When we arrived a day later we found out the pool had long been closed due to Covid, as was the kitchen. Despite being told they could at least provide muffins, fruit and juice, they only gave us a couple of muffins (for our $20) upon departure. Even the WiFi was down throughout our visit. We spent the night hearing the constant chatter of a neighboring room through the air duct. When we went to the front desk to complain (which we had to do, since they wouldn’t answer our calls) there was another family already there complaining about all the same things. The whole thing was so unimpressive.
The area was quiet, rooms spacious. Hotel staff informative and courteous.
This hotel is very beautiful the room is amazing. I love how big the rooms are. The bathroom designs are beautiful. This is the best afortable hotel I’ve been in. The pool and the gym was closed to to COVID but I love this hotel. The neighborhood is nice, calm and beautiful
Affordable 4 star Hotel with good onsite amenities. Cheaper than many 3 star spots nearby.
The best night sleep I had in so long!! The bed was soooo soft. Didn't want to leave.
Great location. Beautiful hotel. Very great staff. Super comfortable bed. If you're driving it's not far from the malls, restaurants, nightlife, Midtown, Buckhead, Battery, or Mercedes benz stadium. Overall great experience there and definitely will be staying there again!

It is disappointing to learn that we did not meet all your expectations. Unfortunately, some of our amenities were required to be temporarily suspended due to COVID-19 and orders by our local ordinance. This might be a slight setback but our hotel is completely committed to the safety and well-being of our guests.
