The property is beautiful and has a lot of glamour rooms are wonderful and spa was amazing. Traveling here at their peak season not a great idea due to shuttle service being limited around the resort and overcrowded. Restaurants can’t accommodate you because they are booked up, places running out of certain foods. Food was just ok and entertainment was not great. Waterpark was really great kids had wonderful time but other than that most other kid activities you had to pay they are not expensive though.

Property is big but easy to get around since trains pass by every 10 mins. Many pools to choose from and staff is nice. Room was clean but a lot of mosquitoes. Only complaint is the food. It is just mediocre. Buffet and a la carte is just subpar for 500usd a night per room.

Excellent hotel option, spectaculars views, pools and recreational areas. Water park very fun and perfect for all family. The attention of all employees is 5 stars. Spa facilities are relaxing and very well to take a break and rest. Is a bigger hotel and my only recommendation is add more trollies because people need to wait too much time to move between buildings. The other recommendation is to add activities for all family after 6:00pm because the hotel doesn’t have any activity until the main show at 9:00pm. In addition, I’m recommend more shows and activities for families.

Was not allowed to use $200/day. Accommodation was terrible/staff unfriendly! We were tricked into sitting through a 2 hour time share meeting that we said from the 1st beginning that we were no interested in purchasing a $80,000 time share and staff as mean after they could not convince us with several tactic. Rented a golf cart and didn’t work and was still charged no refund For days not even being able to drive it. Room/ bedding was moldy/moist smelling. They Hand washed and reused disposable plastic cups which was very unsanitary. I am just very disappointed with this very expensive trip and honestly feel ripped off. I did enjoy the pools, beach and the massages and pedicure it was they only positive part about of the stay.

When I was checking in I was explaining how through Expedia I had the “Gold status” for the room upgrade and for the $200 resort credit per day how it was explained when I was purchasing my package and I was told that she didn’t know what I was talking about. That made me feel very u comfortable because I was actually showing it to her from my phone and she was still acting like she didn’t know nothing about Expedia or what I was talking about. So I wasn’t able to do a room upgrade or get the benefit of the $200 resort credit/ $50 credit for spa service I was also told when I was check-in that I had the benefit of having my fridge and snack full per day and that didn’t happened I requested it everyday and I never got it with anything from the moment I checked in.

It is an old property, but it still has lots of potential. I had an issue at check-in when I requested connecting rooms, and when I arrived, they were not available. The elevators are not even for a 1-star hotel, and many of them were not in working condition. Foods are just good at the restaurants, and the outdoor areas like pools are serving terrible food. The water park was good, but no buns available.
