Everything was perfect. Employees were #1. It couldn't have been any better.
Great stay with wonderful people making the experience even better.
Always excellent, though we experienced a bit it a traffic jam because work was being done on the front pavers and there was not enough staff to take care of people and direct traffic. We did a lot of waiting.
I would've expected more from the four seasons, but it was still nice.
Hotel was elegant in appearance. However, staff could not find reservation for more than 20 min even with confirmation codes. And when they did selected room on lowest floor by elevator. To the check in staff defense very young.
The Four Seasons is a beautiful hotel in a good location. The room we had (City View) was meticulously clean and comfortable. The pool is very nice - with a hot tub. My 17 year old daughter and I enjoyed a swim. It's bigger than many hotel pools. We also ate at the restaurant, Park75, which was excellent. Overall, a great experience.
extremely comfortable staff very accommodating and helpful, room was very clean and beautiful
Awesome place to stay, location is great. Very comfortable stay.
Great and friendly staff. Spa was one of the best services
It was the most comfortable experience and the best hotel I've ever stayed in and it all started with the gentlemen in valet! I think his name was Victor!
Good and friendly service. Clean rooms City Views not as good as marketed
Wonderful! I recently stayed at the Atlanta Four Seasons and loved it so much I booked again. Even better this time! Perfect spot for travel with my large breed dog, the service was excellent, the view from my room was beautiful, and room service was wonderful (again). Highly recommended.
Traveling with a large breed dog can be difficult but the Four Seasons Atlanta made it easy. There is a park right across the street and if you let them know you are bringing your pet they will set you up with bowls, a bed, and even freshly-baked dog treats. I booked a second stay almost immediately after departure! I will definitely use the Four Seasons Atlanta again.
I have stayed at other Four Seasons, so I was eager to stay at one close to home. The staff was great, but i was not wowed like I have been at others. For instance, It was my 10th wedding anniversary. I told them upon checkin, usually at other hotels we have stayed at we get a card or something for giving them our business. Not here. The room was great and clean, bed very comfy, but the cost for lack of service was the reason we did not give it 5 stars. Our room was not replenished with water, shampoo, or lotion. We had to call down for it. THIS is NOT what I call 5 star service when you are paying $600 for 2 nights, plus $64 bucks for valet. We had a great time, but i am not rich, and will spend my precious money somewhere else like Lowes or Ritz for our next anniversary.
We were treated like family and will definetly stay at this and other Four Seasons in the future.
Wonderful weekend getaway. Superb staff and service - incredibly comfortable beds and well-appointed rooms. Was treated like a valued customer at every single turn.
outstanding service and beautiful facility. The hotel offers exceptional rooms, with terrificly attentive staff (including a nice BMW to drop you off around town) and a very good restaurant and lounge. It is smaller and less bustling than the bigger convention oriented hotels by the Georgia Congress center that are loud and very public, so makes for a more intimate and special experience. I plan on staying here again next time I'm in Atlanta.
The hotel was clean, staff friendly, food was great, location was good, rooms were nice, spa was nice - pool is a great place to relax.
It was my daughter's 9th birthday and I wanted to do something special. For my son's birthday in February we stayed at the Ritz Carlton in Buckhead and had a fantastic time. I told them at check in that it was his birthday and before we could get to the room they had delivered baloons, terrific cookies, and candy. Even the man at the door wished him a happy birthday. I noticed that the Four Seasons would do many of the same things if they were made aware that I had my kids with me and it was her birthday. Three weeks prior to our arrival I called and I was told that they would make it very special for her. I have to say that I was disappointed from check in when I noticed they had my address completely wrong. To the woman at the desk I mentioned it was her birthday and I was assured that they were aware. The lady was nice but didn't deliver on anything. When we got to the room we found it nice but nothing special. Frankly, it looked a little worn. I was told that they would have children's toiletries, robes, and other surprises for them but there were none. I went back down to the desk and mentioned what we found and I was told that they would be provided at turn down time and the chaise lounge would be made up for my son. I told them we decided to go to dinner and a movie and would be back at 8 and if they could turn down the bed and do the other things at 7. When we returned at 8:15, only the cupcake for my daughter and cookies for my son were in the room. Once again I went down to the desk to ask for those things and about 15 minutes later someone knocked at my door and asked what assistance I needed. I once again had to explain and although she left and came back with sheets and a blanket for the chaise, she forgot the childrens robes and no kids toiletries ever arrived. Before we left I wanted to take her picture in the lobby with the tiara that she had with her just like she was a real princess. The man in the gift shop gave her a plastic frog and I took her picture kissing it on the grand stairs. In a small room to the side there were beautiful orchids and I was going to take her picture there. That is, until I was told that was a private lobby for the residents of the "tower". I don't recall a part of the Ritz where I was told I was not welcome in what appeared to be a common area. I know that these things are small but the expectations were set that the service would be exceptional and we just didn't get it.
