Comfortable beds

Mold in the bathroom.

Old property... decent but not worth the money.

The room had 2 A/C units and neither of them worked. It felt more like a fan. Everything in the room was damp. I didn’t even ask for a new room because we had a 6am flight the next morning an fit was already late so we dealt with it.

I believe some of the very minimal staff were trying but with limited success. This property is rundown and seems to have some water issues because the smell of mold and/ or mildew was quite overwhelming and sickening.

Room appreared nice and clean buy was infested with bed bugs. Please be aware. 2 of the 4 parties got bitten up. Please check beds before

No refrigerator nor microwave in the rooms. Ice machine on floor did not work. For the price definitely should have microwave and refrigerator.

The breakfast options, and dining room were better than expected. The lobby and entrance was what I expected of the Crowne - clean,attractive, accommodating, professional

The hotel staff was friendly and helpful the room on the 6th floor was clean and quiet. I decided to stay another night they put me on the 5th floor. Soon as you stepped off the elevator it smelled like a smoke session. The people next to us kept going in an out. Kids running up and down the hall knocking on doors. Parking is extremely expensive.. I wouldnt stay there again

Lobby was nicely renovated but the rooms left much to be desired. Room was very warm and air conditioning was loud and had short cycles leaving the room warmer than set. The hallway smelled of drug smoking due to the room next to us. Was very close to airport and provided secure parking. Not worth the amount we paid.
