Very clean! We will be staying again. The only problem was the parking - we paid for self parking and rode around for over 30 minutes looking for a parking spot. If you’re staying here, i recommend paying the extra $3 or $4 for valet. Other than that 10/10. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Disrespectful staff. Water was off. Dirty water came out of the faucet. No bed sheets. Dirty bathroom just terrible.
Just stayed one night, very closed to the airport, got the hotel shuttle on time. Servers at the restaurant with no sense of urgency or lack of experience.
The hallway carpet was soaked with water by room. One wash cloth and towel was in room instead of 2, stocked with only one half roll of toilet paper, no coffee cups. The hotel charges a hefty destination fee supposedly for facilities like fitness center. Might as well raise the rates. Liked that hotel is off the freeway and next to a Waffle House.
Musty smelling room. AC didn’t work.

A big turn off at this property
I have stayed at this property a few times and this most recent stay was terrible. Firstly, we were not informed at check in that service in terms of room cleaning and fresh linen is not automatically provided daily. Apparently there is a form that you have to fill out to request those services. Additionally, my TV didn’t work, my iron didn’t work and when I requested a new iron, I was instead brought an ironing board cover. The furniture in the room was outdated, the carpet in my room was stained and so was the bathroom. We checked out two days early because our experience was horrible. I will however say that the bartender Antonio was friendly and accommodating. I also find it strange that in the city of Atlanta, there were no Coke products on site which as I now understand us a Sonesta thing.
The hotel has lost the charm it had when it was the Crowne Plaza. The lobby smelled like smoke and weed. Not sure if this was permanent or just a one-off issue, but the smell was persistent throughout our stay. The carpets and decor were dated and needed to be cleaned. The room was okay and clean-ish. There were some small issues such as some food crumbs, but nothing crazy. The shower pressure did provide some redemption, although adjusting the shower temperature was a bit of a gamble. The paint on the bathroom ceiling was peeling off. There were obvious patches missing. If you're just looking for a budget-ish hotel to rest in before/after a flight, it's not a terrible choice. The price is a bit high based on the condition of the property, but it's convenient to the airport. They're also a long-term parking site, which is one area they have improved. The lot was repaved and had much better lighting than before. They also had a cop car patrolling. For airport transport, they have multiple shuttles running, so it's a quick ride (pending traffic). The best part of the whole stay was our shuttle driver. He honestly made the entire stay much better. His energy and enthusiasm in greeting all guests and making sure we had a great start to our journey and travels were great. He also made sure we knew exactly how to get to the international terminal since the shuttle only goes to the domestic side (as with most hotel shuttles there). We're hoping we'll get to see him upon returning!!
The location was great, restaurant, transportation to airport. Also a bar inside. There was an issue that they took care of immediately. Highly recommend.

although everyone was very nice to me and my kids. I booked this hotel for the pool and it wasn't available. i booked through orbitz so its clearly they fault for not updating the information but still very disappointing.I stood on the 8th floor it smelled like mold in the hallway and also in the entrance of my room, maintenance definitely needs to be done not sure if i would rebook here again.
